* 위치 : 신투어에서 15분 거리. 더운데 힘들었습니다. ㅠㅠ 하지만 맛집들이 가까웠고 짱띠엔 다리도 가까워서 야시장/동보시장/후에성에 걸어가기는 오히려 좋았어요. 더운 날씨에 물 많이 마셔야 하는데, 쿱마트에서 저렴하게 장볼수 있어요. * 호텔 및 직원 서비스 : 좁은 골목 안에 있어 있어 살짝 당황했습니다. 객실은 모텔급이라고 생각하시면 되지만 가격대비 넓고 좋아요. 제일 좋은건 직원들의 친절도. 아침 먹는 중에 투어 픽업 왔는데 걱정 말고 밥 먹으라며 우리 픽업을 제일 뒤로 늦춰줬어요. 그리고 매번 불편한거 없는지 걱정해주고, 서툰 영어도 성심성의껏 알아들어 주었답니다. 호텔에서 투어 상품도 연계해 줍니다. 바로 문의하시면 될꺼예요. * 객실 서비스 : 어메니티는 직접 가져가시는게 좋아요. 이불이랑 수건은 매일 갈아주세요. 골목 안쪽에 있어서 소음은 거의 없고, 발코니가 있어서 빨래 널기도 좋아요. 냉장고 성능이 좋아서 물 얼렸다가 들고 나갔답니다.

Nice hotel, bit noisy
Nice Hotel and staff. The light in the bathroom didn’t work properly and there is a lot of construction noise in the morning. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

最低クラスのホテル
Hotels.comで予約した際の内容と実際は大違い。残念ながら改めて報告と抗議をする予定。ホテル自らも、そのように言っていた。どのようなケースでも、如何なる旅行の際は、日本人はこのホテルに泊まるべきでなかろう。蚊も居るし、空調も壊れているし、ベッドのシーツも要求しないと持って来ない。とにかく最低クラスのホテルだった。

十分に快適でした
立地面では空港行きバス乗り場（20 Hà Nội tổ 10, Phú Nhuận, Thành phố Huế, Thừa Thiên Huế）に近い、価格面ではバスタブ付きなのに格安、ということでこのホテルにしましたが、良い選択だったと思います。 王宮までも行きはメータータクシーで30Kドン、帰りはぶらぶら歩ける距離でよかったです。 設備的には、小型給湯器での給湯のため、バスタブが一杯になる前にお湯が出なくなりました（時間をおいて２回給湯で対応）。また、掛け毛布がなくシーツのみでした。 スタッフは大変にフレンドリーでした。

フロントに日本語が、通じる方が多くいて、親切に接して貰えました。歩いていける飲食店が多くある場所です。フエ空港からのリムジンバス停留所からも近いですが、ホテルの場所が袋小路になっているので、少し注意して下さい。今回泊まった部屋は、バスタブ、ボトルウォーターがなかったのが、残念です。

バスタブ付きで湯の出は良いとまでは言えないが、個別の電気湯沸しのようで、湯が切れる心配がない。聞き取りやすい英語または日本語で気持ちの良い接客。静かだが便利な立地。それでいて安い料金。日本人の望む宿を知り尽くしている。

Excellent value; warm & English-conversant staff
Hotel staff were incredibly friendly, willing and able to help, and their excellent English made-up for my non-existent Vietnamese. Very warm and welcoming. My room was very large for the price, and clean. Shower water pressure and temp control were good. A/C worked well. Mattress was comfortably soft, though still firm enough to maintain shape. Unsurprisingly, hotel staff are able to arrange tours and rides through what I presume is their network of motorbike and car drivers. I also presume that the same is true of the restaurant recommendations given, which were very good (Lien Hoa for veggie options of Vietnamese and other Asian cuisines). For a tasty and cheap fix of Western food, Nook Cafe is immediately across the narrow alley on which Sunny B is located, apparently owned and operated by an Aussie expat. One flag, though: if you plan to tour the sites, be more aware than I was about how the entrance fees at each work, as this was not explained by the hotel staff, and my tour driver did not speak enough English nor I enough Vietnamese to be able to communicate this. Each site you are taken to will have an entrance fee: VND 100,000 for most of the imperial tombs/monuments; VND 150,000 for the Citadel / Imperial City; a discounted price is available if you purchase entrance to several sites, rather than the full price at each site. Admittedly, this is a problem of my own making rather than Sunny B's, as this information is widely available online and in guide books.

I recommend the hotel but would not recommend their trip from Hue to Vientiane, unless you like being treated like cattle.

Direkt im Hotel befindet sich ein Tourendesk, die bei Zugtickets etc. behilflich ist. Gegenüber ist ein sehr schönes kleines Dachcafé. Etwas teuer für vietnamesische Verhältnisse, aber wirklich empfehlenswert. Würde aber eher ein Hotel auf der anderen Flußseite empfehlen

Spacious family room
Very spacious and clean family room. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, and would offer us coffee/tea everyday. Although the facade of the hotel looks unimpressive, our room looks new and comfortable. Value for money! The hotel is located at an alley by the side of the main road, inaccessible by car. So our driver drop us off the main road and it is only a super short walk from the main road to the hotel, so not an issue even with luggages.

女将さんが色々と、ツアーなど提案してくれました。「何飲む？お茶か？コーヒーか？」「ツアーがいいか？バイクはどうだ？自転車もあるぞ」と世話好き？な感じでした笑 日本語が堪能な女性スタッフもおり、こちらの都合を吟味し、オリジナルのバイクツアーを提案してくれました。 最終日は12時チェックアウトでしたが、夕方まで当然のように荷物を預かってくれ、シャワーまで貸してくれました。 すぐ近所に食堂も何件かありました。

I booked 2 rooms for me and my sisters family, we couldn't be happier. The hotel was safe with convenient access to everything, everywhere, the room was clean, comfortable. All the staffs we met were extremely polite and helpful, I feel like they enjoyed doing their jobs rather than they were paid paid to do so

spacious room with 2 double beds That fit 4 of us comfortably. The room looked new, clean, fresh with nice decorations. The exhaust fan was a little noisy when using the bathroom. The lobby was small ( who cares?). Free HBO, cineMax, fox sports, Cartoon Network and countless local channels. The hotel was safe, quiet and surrounded by many local restaurants. We tried few different ones and the food was delicious and it cost from $1.5-$2.5 per person. Lastly, i paid $27/ per night. I normally paid from $120-$150 for the same room in the Us

Nice staying in Hue!
We spend in this hotel almost two weeks and we enjoyed our staying. Location is good: in the centrum but few minutes walk from the most growded touristareas. Hotel alley is quiet at nights but in daytime there is many nice rastaurants and few shops open. You can rent bicycle or motorbike at good price there also and book some trips. Hotel itself is a little outdated looking (so are the other hotels near too) but comfy and clean. Rooms were also clean (they cleaned the rooms everyday) and beds were comfortable (if you like quite hard beds). Big balcony shows the alley view. There is airconditions in the rooms and also ceiling fan. Only minus was that towels were mostly quite tiny and sometimes holey and there was no handtowel at all. Safety deposit is in the reception. There is staff 24/7, but do not be suprised if you arrive late back to hotel and the nightguard is sleeping in the hallway (normal habit in Vietnam). They left the door open for us and then the nightguard gave us the key and continued sleeping :D Staff is really helpfull and nice and they speak quite good english (quite rare in Hue). They are really happy to help you with booking the trips or planning your staying. You can also rent car and a driver from hotel if you need. They serve breakfeast in the hotel in quite reasonable price but almost every restaurant serve the breakfeast too. I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone who appreciate good location but don’t want to live in the tourist trap streets.

Nice basic hotel, well located, friendly & helpful
Looking for a base while in Hue for few days. Binh Duong 3 is in a budget hotel alley, set back from main road (good) with bunch of restaurants, bar travel and motorcycle rental places. Two blocks from the river so 10 minutes from the citadel, it was a good base from which to explore the city. Staff were friendly and helpful, full of advice, and volunteered to bring tea and hot water to room which more than made up for not having own kettle. Cleanliness rating would have been 4 if not for fact that quilt was rather grubby. But blankets were fine so this was not an issue.

Can do better than this. Beware of tour bookings.
This mid range hotel is up a tight alley so don't expect the taxi to drop you at the door. It's only 100 mtrs to the lobby from the main road but in the rain (as we were) with heavy luggage it seems a mile away. Even though it's in an alley it is still fairly noisy (motor bikes) but then Vietnam is an attack on all the senses (I mean that in a good way). The room was spacious and clean. The bed, OK. One lad in reception was always making tea for us served with gracious apologies for differing problems that weren't always his or the hotel's doing (10 out of 10 for effort). The bathroom was tiny and a tad run down but it worked and had plenty of hot water. One funny aspect was that in the cupboard we had several blankets/doonas that looked like they had been rescued from the scrap bin for use if we felt cold. Unfortunately our stay was soured by two events. First I got a dose of 'bad belly' and was constantly looking for a toilet (2 hints here; 1 I ended up sucking Imodiums like M&M's. 2 keep lots of 1000 & 2000 VD notes in the pocket for public toilet entry). 2nd event was letting the hotel make some bookings for us. They stuffed our bookings badly with outright lies about connecting buses (planes arriving after the bus departed and booking us on non-existant buses). As a consequence we ended up arriving in Sa Pa at 0330 instead of 10pm the night before. Think I'd look for a better hotel next time but this one would do in a pinch.

Great service and value for money
The staff at the Hotel are fantastic and really make you feel welcome. The rooms are great, the location is excellent and the service provided was brilliant. Definitely recommend this hotel especially to couples travelling on a budget!

Hotel in Seitenstraße relativ dicht am Perfumriver
Ein kleines, sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel mit freundlicher Betreuung. Wir haben hier an der Rezeption den besten Umtauschkurs während unserer ganzen Reise bekommen. Das Frühstück war qualitativ nicht so toll, es muss im Nachbarhotel eingenommen werden. Am enttäuschendsten war der Kaffee. Der vietnamesische Kaffee sucht vom Geschmack her seines gleichen. Leider gab es im Hotel beim Frühstück nur eine dünne "Plörre". Wir sind dann nebenan frühstücken gegangen, dort bekamen wir für unwesentlich mehr Bezahlung ein Frühstück vom Feinsten.

建物は古いけれど、部屋は清潔で水回りもきれいでした。 朝食はついてませんが、周りに朝からやっているリーズナブルな食堂がたくさんあるので、困らないと思います。 スタッフも親しみやすくてとても親切でした。 空港でのピックアップとフォンニャ洞窟へのツアーを利用しましたが、適正な価格できちんとしている印象でした。 コストパフォーマンスがいいホテルだと思います。 ただ、部屋にセーフティボックスがないのは欠点だと思います。

もっと長居したかった、とても良いホテル！観光の世話も焼いてくれる。ただ、推しが強かったり、中には間違った適当な情報もありそうなので、しっかりと自分で確認することが大切。自分がちゃんとしていれば本当に良いホテルですよ！！

We had the penthouse room and it was massive with a large balcony. Beds were comfortable and clean. Location was good. Not far to walk to the main attractions. Hotel is down an alley so slightly hard to find, but there are many nice places to eat nearby,

Good value, friendly staff and centrally located
We stayed here one night - rooms are a bit old fashioned but clean and spacy. Good location to explore the city of Hue. Hotel staff was friendly but tried - as anywhere else in Vietnam - to sell you extra's. Watch out for the bus transfer (Hoi An in our case) if thet propose it - you will be picked up by a car and driven to a central point where you will have to wait 45min before the backpackers bus to arrive and takes you to your destination.

Very good value for money
The room was very big with a balcony, reasonably priced and a good location. Couldn't fault the standard of hotel, good free internet services. Staff were quite eager to book us on tours/trips however when we did decide to book our own, they were fine.

Great hotel
A convenient, comfortable and clean place to stay in Hue. Rooms are big (even the basic room) and have balconies and very good internet speeds. There is even a lift! (the first one we have had in the hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam). Staff are very helpful and friendly and help book onward travel and tours (especially Kim).
