With this being a 118 year old Edwardian style house, and all efforts have been made to preserve the integrity, sounds travel, through the original inlaid wood floors, and, it doesn't seem to matter how sound-proof a home is, when there are young children present, take care and safe travels.

As this is an Edwardian era house, you are correct, not a lot of room for extra amenities, we hope the electric kettle and cups, we supplied added a small bit of comfort for you and your Mom. We have more than black bears on this extensive property, we also have bobcats, cougar, coyote, beaver, weasel and deer. Unfortunately, we have no control over the mosquitoes, as we are a Greenstep Canada 'Silver' certified business, we do as much as possible to assist the environment.
