Dear Costumer, although we are very surprised about what you mentioned we would like to thank you for writing a review about B&B Terrazzaa Dei Sogni. Following you can read our explanation/answer about your points: 1- As you can read basically in every review, something that everyone really appreciate about us is our familiar behaviour with all our customers and when you say that we have been rude, this really hurt me a lot because of course it was not our purpose. At the moment the only common place we have at disposal to our clients is the terrace which can be use any time. However, we will shortly renovate a new indoor area that can be used. 2- If requested we serve coffee, tea and hot water and actually we mantioned you that but you never asked. 3- Ragusa Ibla is unique becouse is built on an hill and you need to be prepared to walk through staircaises. If this is not your intention you might riconsider your visit. The staff is always happy and spontaneous to help you with bags. 4- All the windows are soundproof but still can happen that sometimes you can hear some voices but not longer than midnight. In add, there is only one chimney, the others are disuses.
