The room itself was very spacious and almost clean. The bedsheets were clean but the cover over the sheets was dirty. Unfortunately in the evening there was no one there to ask for another cover. They took the taxes for the kids, too. But kids under the age of 15 don’t have to pay this tax. So we payed 12€ too much. The person that was in charge in the morning, was not able to speak any language, no English, no Italian… So we tried to show him the problems with the cover and the bathroom. It was clean, but the shower itself was so dirty, there was mold all over. Everything was completely calcified. The shower needs a really good cleaning! The sink drain was blocked. But as I wrote before, the person seemed not to be interested and nothing happened. At least it was cheap and as we stayed only two days, so we managed. The area is great, you are near the Metro and the City is so near you can walk. If you need a parking, I recommend the PARCHEGGIO NUOVO FERRARIS, they were friendly and the price was only 24€/day. It is near the Garibaldi Metro Station. I hope that the deficiencies are remedied, then I would be very happy to come back again. It really could be a very great B&B!

The location is great with walking distance to the historical city center and the main shopping area (via toledo). Just one metro stop from the main station, taxi took 10 minutes from the airport (at 5am). During our stay, there was no one at the reception and we ran out of toilet paper, this was a pity. Also, you can note that the rooms are already a bit worn out, but this is expected for that price. Overall, very good ratio of price vs. performance.

Das Zimmer war ganz ok, WLan war im Zimmer schlecht wurden immer raus geschmissen. Das Bad muss dringend mal renoviert werden. Alle Armaturen komplett verkalkt. Es gab keine Handbrause in der Dusche nur einen festen großen Duschkopf. Der Klodeckel war nicht fest und hat sich immer bewegt.

Well, you get what you pay for. Let’s start with the positives. The property is very conveniently located across from a Metro station and the Archeological Museum. It’s also within walking distance of Via Toledo and Piazza Dante. The staff are friendly enough although entirely absent between 6pm and 8am. Not sure what happens in the event of an emergency… The room was dated, the bed comfortable but noisy, and general standards of hygiene questionable. The washbasin seemed to be permanently blocked which upon the removal of the sink plug and close inspection came down to an enormous hair ball which I had to remove. Mould was also visible in the shower where water pressure was very weak. Toiletries were not provided. The whole place felt quite dusty. My nose was permanently blocked when in. Security could also be an issue. The doors are quite old and require an actual key to be turned twice when coming into the room and when you close the door. If you don’t lock yourself inside the room anyone can come in. That said, a kick to the door and anyone can come in too. In sum, it did the job but I won’t be staying again …

Muy buena, es la segunda vez que mi hija se hospeda aquí. Muy contenta, trato, limpieza, lugar centrico, comodo, el elevador muy util esta vez para mi ya que tengo 73 años. Felicidades. Sólo lo unico, los primeros 2 días me tocó unas chicas que estaban cantando en la noche con musica y muy fuerte, no se podía dormir, espero lo tomen en cuenta para futuras ocasiones hacer saber a los huespedes que es importante guardar silencio en la noche

This is a low budget/hostel type of stay. We ended up leaving two hours after checkin because our experience was so poor. Check-in: Inconvenient, brought all our bags to 4th floor. Then squeezed them through narrow office door. Receptionist casually checks us in and says our room is in another building around the block. So we lug our bags back downstairs and around the block - where’s the communication about this prior to arrival? Room: stains on sheets, half finished bathroom and smells like sewer. Worn furniture Other: Even the 4 different keys for the 4 different doors were an issue, there’s no phone reception or any possible way to contact the management. Overall, I think if you go in with the lowest expectations and understand this is bottom of the barrel type conditions - you’ll love it!

Don't go there. First we got a key that didn't fit to the main entrance door. We asked the receptionist to change the key which she did. Then we noticed that the bedding and the towels were dirty; obviously they had not been changed after the previous customer. There was dried snot with a nose hair in the sheet, I will attach a picture. In the room there was also straight access to the next room, so we could just easily go to other guests room and vice versa. Not very safe, huh? Luckily the neighbours did not want to rob us :) We asked the hotel to refund our visit so that we could go elsewhere because we really disliked to be there after the inconveniences. The hotel said no. They said that they can compensate the inconvenience changing the bedding to clean ones and offering us a breakfast which anyhow belonged to us :D :D The walls were paperthin, we were able to hear everything from the next room. Even the silent voices sounded like they would be in the same room. Which they kind of were, as we could have entered to each others room anytime. The breakfast was poor, only a croissant and cappuccino from the coffee shop opposite the hotel. If i have to find something positive of this stay, the AC worked well. I would be less pissed off if the price per night would be much lower. Very overpriced and not good value for money.

First of all thank you to the staff that were so kind to recommend me all the best places to go to and eat pizza. I loved this b&b too much. The mattresses of the beds were my favorite part because they were super comfortable. The room I stayed at was spacious. It had 2 beds and 2 balconies! Amazing view from the balconies to the city of Naples. Everything was walking distance and very accesible. The italian breakfast at the bar in front of the b&b was delicious. I had the pistachio croissant. The room had a blower, fridge, center table, AC, TV, and much more.

La location è situata in una posizione abbastanza strategica a metà tra la stazione centrale, comoda per noi turisti, e via Toledo vicino ai quartieri spagnoli. Il B&B inoltre è vicino alle diverse attrazioni turistiche come Napoli Sotterranea, il museo archeologico, il chiostro Santa Chiara, Via San Gregorio armeno e via San Biagio Dei Librai (la famosa spaccanapoli) e altri luoghi culturali. Dalla nostra camera si aveva una vista delle due vie principali. Mario, il proprietario, è stato molto gentile e accogliente. L'unica nota un po' negativa è stata la colazione convenzionata col bar, si poteva scegliere tra brioche e caffè o tra brioche e cappuccino, quindi abbiamo preferito farla in giro per poter provare diverse specialità napoletane come le zeppole, i babà, le sfogliatelle e tanto altro. Comuqnue consigliatissimo se avete intenzione di girare Napoli a piedi e provare le specialità napoletane.

We had late check in fro two single rooms. We had to pay a surcharge of 20 euros but had explained that we were arriving at the same time so we would only play this once.At the site we were asked to pay 40 euros, and then (for some reason) 35.

The key aspect to emphasize is that you do not get what you see. Our family was accommodated in a different location from the one advertised, in a room with old furniture and fixtures, everything of a quality quite below of that portrayed in the pictures. Run down access to the building, with poor lighting in public areas. Terrible mattresses and very poor internet access in the apartament. Breakfast consists of coffee and pastry at a nearby cafeteria. Extremely limited parking in the vicinity. On the plus side, walking distance to the Archeological Museum, Via Toledo and the historical part of town.

Signor Nogueria.Siamo molto dispiaciuti, per l'accaduto, ma ci preme chiarire quanto segue: Lei ha prenotato una camera familiare depandance, che corrisponde perfettamente alle foto della camera Calabritto nella struttura di nostra proprieta', ha una finestra in camera ed una finestra nel bagno privato, cosi' come da foto su Expedia, e cosi' sul nostro sito www.bbilventredinapoli.it. Gli arredi sono nuovi, i materassi nuovi, cosi' come il letto spazioso , la camera misura 22 mq. ed il bagno 16mq . ( troppo piccola?) Le e' stata inviata una lista con gli indirizzi dei parcheggi del centro storico, dopo che avevamo tentato di prenotare al Garage Cavour, che risultava al completo. Il Ventre di Napoli have 2 locations with rooms. One is on the Via Costantinopoli, the other around the corner in the via Broggia. The rooms are very nice and clean. For breakfast, you get a voucher in a Bar nearby. Voucher is good for a drink and a roll/croissant. Good place to stay, very close to the historic center.

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe. Die Zimmer sind richtig sauber Personal sehr nett Checkout war um 11 Uhr . Unser Flug jedoch erst um 19 Uhr. Wir durften unsere Koffer noch im Hotel lassen und kurz vor der Abreise die Dusche nutzen. Nicht jedes Hotel bietet so etwas an. Super Lage , sehr zentral und der Preis für eine Gruppe tragbar.

interno della location ben strutturato, pulito, elegantemente arredato, curato nei particolari, a ns disposizione, caffè, zucchero, sapone; l'esterno della struttura lascia un po' a desiderare: androne buio, antiquato, non lascia un bel bigliettino da visita, sono presenti alla vista dei turisti le trappole per i topi: consiglio cammuffarle poiche' cio' potrebbe creare ansia. Ludovica è stata molto gentile e disponibile, è venuta a prenderci sotto il portone per aiutarci con i bagagli.Una segnalazione sulla colazione: mentre Ludovica ci aveva detto che andando al bar convenzionato potevamo prendere una bevanda calda e una brioche, aggiungere un succo e prendere una pizzetta al posto della brioche, invece il bar è stato molto categorico e si è limitato a darci “alla lettera” una bevanda calda e una brioche a testa, e per me che non gradisco nulla di dolce non c’è stata possibilita’ di scambiare la brioche con la pizzella, restando a digiuno. Per un'altra cosa siamo rimasti un po' male: noi abbiamo prenotato questa vacanza il 15/3 per le notti del 16/17 maggio con uscita il 18/5 pagando, tramite Expedia, euro 130,48 piu’ la tassa di soggiorno di euro 8,00. Il giorno 11/05 abbiamo chiesto direttamente a Ludovica di aggiungere la notte del 15 , allo stesso prezzo, e la stessa ci ha detto che l'importo era piu' alto poiche' stavamo chiedendo la disponibilita' in un periodo di alta stagione! Abbiamo pagato ben 20 € in piu' per una notte facente parte sempre dello stesso periodo!

Buongiorno Egregia Sig.ra, sono contenta che il B&B le sia piaciuto e si sia trovata bene. Ma ci preme risponderLe ,punto per punto, per poter soddisfare le sue perplessita': - per l'androne del palazzo storico, nel centro storico di Napoli,(quasi tutti sono cosi')non abbiamo la facoltà di ristrutturarlo ne' modificarlo, in quanto non siamo proprietari del palazzo. -le trappole, al contrario di quanto afferma, devono essere sempre ben visibili, soprattutto per i bambini e per chi possiede animali, che se nascosti potrebbero essere pericolosi. Ci siamo confrontati con il proprietario del bar, il quale ci ha detto che Lei ha richiesto una pizza ,(lui non ha le pizzelle) che di solito a Napoli non viene servita come colazione, in alternativa avrebbe potuto dare una piccola differenza (un euro circa), ma lei ha preferito consumare la colazione standard. In ultimo, Lei ha prenotato circa due mesi prima, avvalendosi di uno sconto prenotaprima, non rimborsabile, pertanto lo stesso prezzo non poteva ottenerlo prenotando due giorni prima, dove le tariffe, per un periodo di alta stagione, non sono scontate.Abbiamo una richiesta molto alta per la nostra struttura che e' in pieno centro storico, di fronte al Museo Nazionale. Con la speranza di aver chiarito i suoi dubbi, come del resto abbiamo fatto anche verbalmente, speriamo di annoverarla in futuro come nostra gradita ospite. Distinti saluti.

El establecimiento era agradable pero hubieron muchas fallas. Solo ví al personal el día que llegué ya que me tenían que dar la llave y cobrar los impuestos y demás, luego no los ví más nunca!. La habitación era cómoda pero jamás hicieron un cambio de sábanas ni mucho menos una limpieza. El baño se vivía inundando y jamás fueron capaces de cambiar las toallas que terminaban empapadas por que salía agua por todos lados. No había nadie en recepción como para hacer un reclamo y mucho menos cuando me fuí para entregar las llaves.

Buongiorno, la ringraziamo per il suo giudizio. Il cambio regolare delle lenzuola e delle asciugamani effettivamente non è stato effettuato ma solo ed esclusivamente perchè per tutta la durata del soggiorno ha esposto il cartello "si prega di non pulire la camera" e abbiamo rispettato le sue direttive. Il personale è presente in struttura dalle ore 9:00 alle ore 18:00 e nonostante gli orari,al momento del suo arrivo ore 00:30,eravamo in struttura ad accoglierla; ad ogni modo sono esposti i numeri da contattare in caso di emergenza,sfortunatamente non abbiamo ricevuto nessun messaggio per soddisfare ogni richiesta. Very comfortable stay
We had a spaceous two-room appartment full of light, superb view from the balcony, comfortable beds, great wi-fi. Short walk to the best parts of old town and also close to a metro station. Friendly staff.

Attention, on vous dit pas tout ! Sachez qu'il ne s'agit pas d'un hôtel, donc: pas de personnel sur place. Il faut donc absolument arriver aux horaires souhaités par le propriétaire. Si vous arrivez après 18h, il vous en coutera 20€ par chambre, quand bien même vous arrivez en même temps que des amis qui ont dû aux aussi réglé ces 20€. Concernant le petit-déjeuner, pas d'hôtel donc pas de salle de petit-déjeuner. Seulement servi dans la chambre et surtout à partir de 8h et pas avant. L'établissement dispose en réalité de 2 adresses, et même si vous précisez ne pas vouloir être dans les dépendances, vous vous y retrouvez sans avoir un mot à dire. Ne prévoyez pas de valises trop lourdes ou sinon prévoyez de la monnaie car il vous coûtera 0.10€ par utilisation de l'ascenseur !! Heureusement que les chambres sont au 1e étage. Idem pour les serviettes, le changement ne se fait qu'au bout de 3 jours. Si vous souhaitez qu'elles soient changées avant, il vous sera demandé un supplément. Enfin, alors que l'on avait pris chambre "deluxe" avec petit-déjeuner, il nous a été demandé de régler quand même le petit-déjeuner. Ce que nous avons refusé puisque nous partions à 8h.

Very convenient spot for visiting Naples
We spent one night in an economy double room which was very reasonable and quite adequate for an overnight stay. It was a bonus to have the self selected buffet breakfast delivered to the room in the morning. However we found the room a bit small and claustrophobic for our needs. Our second night we were upgraded to a triple room and this was so much better. We loved it and would certainly recommend you take this option. The hotel is very convenient for walking into the centre of Naples .

Not a great stay :(
The room itself was nice and a good size, very friendly staff too. But the room as dirty with dusty floors, stains on the throw pillows, etc. the breakfast 1 day was also served with a yogurt cup that was 1 week past sell date and a slightly moldy orange.

Majoituspaikka sijaitsi lähellä vanhaakaupunkia ja siitä oli hyvät kulkuyhteydet ympäri Napolia. Huone oli iso, mutta valitettavasti hieman rapistunut. Kuitenkin suhteellisen siisti kokonaisuudessaan. Vieressä olevan katolisen kirkon kirkonkellot kuuluivat todella kovaa huoneeseen ja ne häiritsivät meitä toden teolla. Aamiainen oli suht ok, ei mitenkään erikoinen
