Stiamo sistemando tutto quello che nel dettaglio poteva sembrare come una mancanza ma e' la nostra location che ci fa combattere contro acqua ed umidità. Siamo dispiaciuti per le foto ma l'acqua che ci invade essendo a 100mt dal mare e' un nemico troppo difficile.Abbiamo coibentato tutto e speriamo di aver vinto la battaglia contro questo elemento imprevedibile!

Stating on our webpage an very clear are the property policy: Our reception is open from 15 to 20. All requests for late arrival are subject to authorization by the property. These are the fact, if not aware of late arrival we cannot authorize check in outside reception time. No contact was made before arrival to inform us about the late check in. We called several time the Guest and did not answer, the phone was ringing but nobody answered! These are the fact! Calling us unprofessional does not justify the Guest lack of respect for rules and regulation of our property, nor threatening to review us badly like the Guest did!

Very Funny Anonymous ridicoulous review

Technically speaking you booked for a NON Refoundable reservation, so the charges are made by Expedia not us, please read carefuly the cancellation policy before accusing us!!! , you did not advise on arrival time, your number was disconnected, the reception is covered until 20pm, and you find us exactly where you were supposed to find us,in reception.. Upon arrival we gave you a huge apartment,2 double rooms and a huge bathroom, since you were with your mother we thought it was the best thing instead of separating you and you accepted!!! we offered you a discount and to pay for the garage but you did not acccept. we have nothing more to add, we find this review proposterous

Regarding this review we would like to clarify that: -by company policy, rules and regulations we change all the sheets and towels every 3 nights(hence on the 4th morning) -if the guests do not leave the apartment before 12.30( hence they stay all day inside) we are unable to do any operations including the change of towels and sheets if we are not informed beforhand by the guests. The sofa bed and the bed are extremely comfortable no guests have complained ever about since are brand new. The guest specifically requested months before the check in, during in several conversations a 2 room apartment and possibly without stairs for safety issues of the kids hence we did our best to satisfy the request with the best option we had for the guests needs. Once arrived eveything seemed to be fine with the guests, but on the 4th day the guest requested a change of unit. On such a short notice and with our property fully booked it was impossible to satisfy the request even if i wanted i could have not done it. The apartment has clothes hangers unfortunately the guest was not interested in using them. Regarding city regulation we have explained so many times that no music is allowed in bars and restaurants, if people hang out on the street we cannot do anything about it( we live in a democratic country after all) and unless something illegal goes on the police force will have to be informed but since Salerno is one of the safest city in Italy we fond the comment really proposterous. Let alone we rented an apartment and guests are in charge of keeping the unit and all living spaces clean for hygene purposes as it was their own house( the above mentioned Guest was not an example of a good housewife)
