스페인계단, 마트, 지하철역 모두 가깝고, 현지인들이 살 법한 스타일의 숙소라 더 좋았어요. 굉장히 깔끔하고 방도 커요. 단지 24시간 프론트가 없어서 주인과 텍스트로만 연락을 주고 받아야 하는게 좀 아쉬웠어요.

I did enjoy my stay and I loved the vintage style of the room. The key 🔑 was a little problematic as it’s hard to use most times. Host left some yummy snacks and water upon arrival and it was well received.

You can walk to pretty much everywhere, although the Capitol/forum is a good 30mins (although fascinating so you’ll want to give it a bit longer and stop for coffees and ice creams and such). Room is absolutely fine. Big comfortable bed, hot shower and everything you need. The location is percect, a couple of minutes from the Spanish steps and loads of good quality restaurants, delicatessens, ice cream shops and bars right on the doorstep. Quite near the high end fashion shopping district but walkable to other more down to earth neighbourhoods. We spent four nights here in order to do a three day condensed visit to central Rome, the Vatican and Ancient Rome, and it’s hard to think of how it could have been better placed or more apt (assuming you like to be self-contained and don’t need the full services of a fancy hotel.)

Great place for exploring Roma
Fun small place. It is a great location! You are right in the center of shopping and restaurants! Close to the metro but walking distance to almost everything! We were out early and in late so didnt get to try breakfast... We felt safe in the area!

地の利よく清潔な部屋
チェックイン、チェックアウトもWhatsAppで連絡がスムーズ。コルソ通りやスペイン広場に近く、近くに沢山のレストランだけでなくスーパーもあって便利。

The communication about the room was confusing and my daughter and I ended up in the wrong room but didn't know about that until Friday night when we thought someone was trying to get into our room. Unbeknownst to us, we had someone else's room and the way it was explained to use about how we were to get to our room, was not quite explained right. I think it should have been explained a bit better and maybe a picture should have been sent and we didn't get breakfast so we had to buy a lot of food.

We only got back yesterday and staying where we did in Rome was perfect. Location was amazing. The surrounding area was perfect for sight and dining out. Accommodation was better than we expected for the price, so much better than a cheap chain hotel. Individual and charming. Contact details were easy and self explanatory. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you to Marta who was on hand via what’s app and to the gentleman at the B&B. If we can we will be back. Rome was amazing.

Perfect. Full of Roman charm. High ceilings made the room feel airy and cool though the temperature was quite high. Centrally place it was easy to walk to around and view the sites.

We had made reservations several months ahead of our stay and specifically called out that we needed two rooms (one with a queen and one with 2 twin beds for our 2 grown sons). When we got to the hotel, we found two rooms, each with a queen sized bed. The owner was not around and was hard to contact. Her response was that it was impossible for her to remedy the situation. She didn't offer anything to make up for the fact that she had messed up the reservation. We were also expecting breakfast, since that is part of the name of the hotel (B&B) but there was nothing.

Greetingsthanks for your reviewas I explained on the phone, the twin bed option is based on availability and your request could not be accommodated.moreover, as specified at the time of booking, our structure is a guesthouse and not a B&B, and does not include breakfast; this was also stated in the mail you received from us prior to arrival.however, we leave available to guests, as a courtesy, a snack tray with a kettle, tea, herbal teas, coffee and some packaged products.I am happy that your stay was still satisfying and I hope you will be our guests again.

The property was super cute and they even gave complimentary snacks. The bed was super comfortable. However it was really loud and there was construction going on around our room. And in the mornings we could hear them making breakfast since our room was closest to the kitchen.

Il B&B si trova in un palazzo d’epoca in pieno centro storico, in area pedonale; tutte le principali attrazioni sono a pochi passi. La stanza era piuttosto piccola, essenziale nell’arredo e servizi. Al rientro dalla cena ho trovato la stanza al buio per assenza di corrente. Tutto il resto del B&B aveva la luce. Ho provato a contattare il numero del proprietario fornito per l’assistenza anche in emergenza, prima via whatsapp per non disturbare troppo (erano le 23,45) e poi con uno squillo diretto, non avendo ricevuto risposta. Nulla da fare... La corrente è tornata dopo quasi due ore. Probabilmente sarebbe bastato indicarmi la posizione del quadro elettrico. Mi ha molto infastidito che nessuno si sia fatto vivo neppure al mattino. Non pretendevo le scuse, ma almeno una chiamata di cortesia no?

Belle chambre très calme au coeur d'un quartier vivant. Un peu surpris par la literie dans un premier temps (Je me suis revu chez ma grand-mère, il a 30 ans) mais on a dormi comme des bébés! A 5 minutes du métro de la Piazza Spagna, 10 minutes de la Piazza del Popolo, accès rapide aux différents sites de visites. Restos / bars / cafés / superette à proximité. Service discret et efficace. Un excellent séjour.

The location of the property is absolutely ideal. Close to everything. No need to take public transportation to go to any historical site. Upon my arrival I couldn’t get in and had to stay in a cold rain for more than 30 minutes. The property manager blamed Expedia saying that I was supposed to be informed by Expedia that they don’t stay in the location and I should contact them before I arrived.

Not so perfect after all
The stay should have been perfect EXCEPT for when they turned off the AC from their main control. When I asked about it, they said there is a law about conserving energy-- I had to tell them that our main consideration of choosing their hotel is the AC before they turned it on again. They should not put AC to describe their room if they do not want their guests to use it.

Kommunikationsproblem
Es war fast unmöglich mit dem B&B vor Abreise in Kontakt zu kommen. Whatsapp ist die einzige Möglichkeit, Mails und Anfufe (kommt eine SMS mit Hinweis auf Whatsapp) werden nicht beantwortet. Nach 4 Tagen vergeblicher Anfragen dann am Tag vor der frühen Abreise der Code, wie man in das Haus gelangt. Danach wieder komplette Stille. Das ist kein entspanntes Gefühl, wenn man erst kurz vor Ankunft erfährt, ob es die Unterkunft noch gibt, wie man hinein kommt und ob man vorher das Gepäck abladen kann. Auf diesses Gefühl werde ich sicherlich beim nächsten Mal verzichten. Dann lieber wieder ein richtiges Hotel. Ansonst Plastikcroissants, Plastiktütchen für Seife, Shampoo, Nescafe. 150/Nacht für 2 Personen. Doch etwas zuviel. Der Vermieter wird das sicher anders sehen.

Our room was very hot. The manager or owner would only communicate by WhatsApp or email, and took 24 hrs to respond. Refused to turn on AC, even told me it was illegal to turn on Air Conditioning in May. Would not provide a fan. We opened the window to try to get air circulation but the street noise below was terrible. Non-existent guest service. The room is not in a hotel, it is a “guest house”. Taxi or Uber will not drive to the front door so we had to drag our bags down the alley to the entrance. No elevator. Location is close to dining and Spanish Steps. Would not recommend.

Wir waren über Silvester 3 Nächte dort. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Zentrum und hat ein nettes und herzliches Ambiente. Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Excelente alojamiento.
El alojamiento es muy agradable, las habitaciones y el mobiliario hermosos. El servicio excelente. Muy formales, accesibles y amables.Nos atendieron de maravilla, muy bien situado, pues está cerca tanto del Coliseo como del vaticano. Un lugar muy recomendable.

Great location and good room
The room was a fine room with the ceiling 3 meters up. The breakfast was decent but had to be eaten in the room. No problem as there was a tabel and some chairs. The service was good and kind and the room was clean with fresh towels every day if desired. The location near the spanish steps was brilliant.

Amazing location right near to the Spanish steps!! Lots of little shops and restaurants nearby to try out as well as being close to Spagna metro station! The room was spacious and nicely decorated. The breakfast was amazing- loads of choice and delivered to the room!! Would go back!!
