Thoughtful service
The owner left a note for me just in case and I felt it was sweet. Great morning meal and not far from the falls. I would stay again!

We went for Christmas holiday to Niagara falls and booked this b&b. it's so clean and well maintained. Loved our stay. It was homely environment and rooms were so we'll decorated. We were served breakfast on table which was being freshly made.i would definitely recommend this one.

This was a lovely bed and breakfast! Very charming, and less than a 10 minute drive away from the Falls. The hostess was very friendly and helpful and makes a wonderful breakfast, a deal for $5. We got to enjoy some nice company with the other guests at breakfast as well. Would recommend and stay again.

cuddling this place is a bed and breakfast is really a misnomer it's just a big old house that they rent out the rooms at night. There isn't staff here it isn't a family-run operation. it was an oriental lady here we barely spoke English when we checked in there was nothing to make us feel comfortable or at home here. there is no breakfast included here they had to they said they charge for breakfast and it was optional that's not what I call a bed and breakfast.

Thanks. It’s great that you said I stated about it not included breakfast. That’s what I give people more choices, it’s not just the price also favors. The main point is Canadian people told me that: nothing is free in Canada that’s why they said: It’s included( you already paid for your breakfast) here you are free to pay or not pay. Actually you knew how much you paid here and how different you paid at another. I just interested about you paid too much else but complain paid too much lesser here because it’s not included $5.00 breakfast. However thanks for your coming.

The room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels were provided as well as shampoo and body wash. The hostess Li was very friendly and made us feel welcome. She took the time to explain things to us and made sure we were settled in ok. We found the bed uncomfortable and the breakfast was mediocre at best.

It is a legal requirement of the Canadian government to not smoke in the house. Plus it is just good health for all those who are in the house. It is common curtesy, in this area, to remove shoes and use the provided slippers when in the house.

Enjoyable bed and breakfast.
Our Hostess Li was very friendly and helpful. She made a very nice breakfast for a nominal charge. The room was clean and nice and suited our needs well for the price. The location was Within walking distance for those accustomed to walking, and there is also shuttle bus service. As with most bed and breakfasts, the property had its unique character. Don't expect a chain Motel environment.

Room is clean, easy checking, friendly host. BnB is located on a quite street with on site parking. The property is a little far from attractions with a 40 minutes walks to the falls.

The host was so kind and worked very hard to ensure that we were comfortable. The room had a private bath. Breakfast was very tasty. There was a very peaceful atmosphere with lovely plants and relaxing music.

NIB&B is terrific – very clean and well appointed. Li is a wonderful and gracious host, and keeps a very nicely appointed and very clean home. Healthy and generous breakfast, don’t pass it up – best deal in town. Great location and a good, healthy walk to downtown and falls areas – always appreciate a much-needed stretch and exercise break from travelling. NIB&B is simply a great choice and value for all the right reasons – host, home, location, value ... Enjoy!

It was very quiet, slept in both days. We were upgraded to gorgeous big suite. The breakfast both days varied excellent. The house 140 years old was renovated like new was gorgeous. Even the gardening excellent. Location was ideal just off Niagra Parkway, walked to falls scenic

Cute B&B and nice owner.
Cute little B&B. We were arriving late and the owner told us to call her when we get there so she can get the door for us. She was so nice. She cooked breakfast for every guest. Breakfast is simple but nice: France toast, Canadian bacon, fresh fruit, yogurt, coffee or tea and orange juice. Will stay there again next time.

It was very conveniently located to the falls. Li is a wonderful host and very helpful. She takes interest in making her guests feel comfortable and is very hospitable. She very kindly upgraded our room. The breakfast is delicious and very filling. We will definitely look to come back here again

Check in was good. Very welcoming. Room was very clean and breakfast was very good with large portion and nutritious. Window air conditioner continuously rattled which was annoying.

Good breakfast from a very nice lady. Clean room and bathroom. About a 30 minute walk along the river to the horseshoe falls. Quiet area away from busy downtown hotels. WEGO bus half a block away to green line which takes you up and down to all the falls attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Liz is very kind and caring. It was fun to stay at a bed and breakfast. The wego stop is so close and it isn’t a bad walk to downtown. The breakfast was way more food than I could eat. Loved it. Thanks Li.
