Hi Megumi,Thank you for choosing us!Auberge Le Lupin started by the younger brother of the owner of the ski rental shop in 1991, we are trying our best to continuing the traditions.And we are sorry about the noises, because our two standard room on the garden floor and under the dining room, that's why we only open the dining room from 8am to 8pm to avoid disturbing the other guests.Have a great season!

Thank you for your review. For us, the restriction you detest is to protect our guests from being disturbed and having a good sleep at our auberge. But you let us down, sorry to say....At first, on our reservation page, the check-in time is requested and we stress "PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DON'T ACCEPT THE LATE CHECK-IN(AFTER 8 PM)" even. Normally the confirmation letter includes this request, but you failed to find it. After your reservation, you received the welcome letter and you replied to it, which indicates it as well. On your reserved day, we called you before 8pm and explained to you why we can not accept that. At that night, a 3 years old baby was living in the room under the entrance. Even we just changed the floor of living room this year, we were sure that your arrival would disturbe the family. But we agreed to wait for you until 9pm in a moment of weakness, becasue you said that you came by bike and could not find other place to stay at that night. Before your case, we received the bad review from a guest who arrived late and requested us to wait. And the same time, the complaints from other guests who were disturbed by him. This time, we made the same mistake. Our other guests complaint that you kept going in and out frequently and made the noises almost 1am in the morning. You never know how sorry we feel for them, because the guests who respect our policy and respect other guests could not sleep well at our auberge. We are a small inn, but we try our best to serve every guests well. So, you will never be in the list of welcomed guests.
