Lovely stay
Had a two night stay and received a warm welcome from first contact, check in and throughout stay. Very well appointed and a great location. Easy walking distance to two pubs. Great food available. Had nicely cooked tasty breaded h day with good choice of items.

Lovely place to stay
We spent 3 nights here this time and would definitely go back. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The garden was beautifully kept and we were able to use it to sit in. we are looking forward to our next stay.

Lovely stay at Bowens. We've stayed here before for a fishing trip and the breakfast was as good as I remember. Would highly recommend.

Friendly and polite hosts. A good sized room and bathroom. Breakfast very good. Catered for my gluten intolerance. Would recommend for a quiet place to stay. Easy to get to with good parking.Many thanks.

This B&B is wonderful. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean. The gardens are beautiful and loved sitting in them. The host kevin and claire are lovely friendly people and make you feel so welcome. The breakfast was delicious. Looking forward to going back and we definitely will be.

Lovely & quiet setting. This is our second time here and will use again. Very enjoyable sitting on the veranda having breakfast each morning. Beautiful grounds to enjoy too. Both visits the room cleanliness was spot on. Thank you.

A lovely & quiet B&B within beautiful surroundings. Despite being close to a road, it was ultra quiet due to the location within the grounds. Walking distance to the village & pub. Breakfast was great as you were able to tick box as little or as much as you liked which suited us both. Kevin the host was polite & pleasant. Thankyou & we will visit again.

Location, location, location. And some.
Beautiful location and friendly, helpful owners. The location in a small village gave us opportunities to explore locally. Our hosts provided a set of circular walking maps that gave us access to our reason to be there. Stunning countryside and a really nice pub serving very good food made our stay complete. Would happily return to stay again.

A wonderful stay
A really lovely b&b. Greeted by Kevin on arrival and shown straight to our room looking out over the beautiful garden. Breakfast was substantial and fantastic with plenty of choice. We would definitely stay again. Meeting Bella and Hardy was an added bonus! Thank you for sharing your fabulous garden with us.

Excellent B&B
Fantastic - lovely room and en-suite - never seen so many towels! Tea/coffee/biscuits in room. Breakfast - served to our room was excellent and the quality of the coffee was as good as it gets. Lovely friendly couple and we will return next time we visit the area. And a big plus for us; we could recharge our EV whilst we slept.

A quality, comfortable bed & breakfast
Clean & comfortable chalet with a lovely view of the surrounding fields & hills, set in the grounds of lovely old house, situated in a charming village. Good local pubs for evening meals. Very accommodating host who provided a delicious quality cooked breakfast every morning. Ideally situated for touring & walking around Herefordshire & Shropshire. Thoroughly recommended

Lovely trip to Hereford
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The accommodations was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring that part of the country. Hereford itself was great for restaurants in the evening and only a 5-10 minute drive away. Highly recommend a trip to Symons Yat beautiful views of the valley. Claire and Kevin were really lovely and genuinely interested in where we were going for the day and how it was when we got back. Also the breakfast was fab and loads of it !!! My eyes were bigger then my belly when I ordered the night before 😂

Excellent two night stay
We had a lovely two night stay. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were in one of the courtyard rooms which was spacious and furnished really well. Breakfast was excellent and delivered to the room.

Th Bowdens b&b was a lovely clean comfortable room with kingsized bed and comfortable arm chairs. The courtyard room is set in a lovely garden and made for a very relaxed stay with garden furniture spread around the different parts of the gardens and patios. Food really good and very substantial. Would definitely recommend it

A really nice place in the Wye Valley
Spent a couple of nights at The Bowens B&B and it was lovely. Really attentive owner. Breakfast in the garden. The renovated room was big enough and the bathroom was quite large. The water pressure was not great, but that's to be expected in an old property. Good quality wifi throughout, onsite parking. A couple of nice pubs within a short drive. A good base to explore the Wye Valley.

A memorable few days in a b&b.
Stayed in one of the rooms situated outside the main house. It was lovely being quiet, roomy, clean and comfortable. Everything you would need inc. Kettle etc. Plus fresh milk if needed. Were lucky enough to have sunny days to enjoy a delicious breakfast in the lovely garden. Hosts were welcoming and informative. Village pretty with nice walks around the area. Definitely need a car to visit local attractions.

Perfect stay in the Wye valley.
From the friendly welcome, comfortable room, fabulous breakfast, and glorious village location, everything about our stay here exceeded our expectations. Of particular note was the delicious breakfast served in the beautiful garden. The owners could not have looked after us better.

Claire and Kevin were so welcoming. Their property was in a wonderful position with lovely view. Our en-suite room had a lovely view and external access which was great. Breakfast was very tasty. Peaceful Location 5 Star Accommodation
We had a lovely relaxing 4 day break at The Bowens B&B. The rooms are set behind the main house in a small courtyard. These rooms are very spacious with beautiful views of the garden and surrounding countryside. Everything has been thought of from storage space, plug points & lovely bathroom - the small entrance area to the courtyard rooms is ideal for storing muddy boots! There are lots of stunning local walks a shop, pubs - we can recommend the Green Man - and gift shop. The garden is lovely to relax in and just watch the birds.
