Big home with cozy rooms and delicious breakfast!
We enjoyed our stay at Angie's BnB. The house was very large and impressive. Our room was cozy and adorable. There was a closet and suitcase rack which were very helpful in staying organized. The decor was adorable and chic, but definitely "cozy" as far as size. Angie has different rooms to choose from, so I suggest you speak to her about your needs and she will make sure you get what you expect. Breakfast was amazing! The location is near downtown. While not close enough to walk, it is not far. We found plenty of parking downtown for a fee. Angie gave us advice on what to see and do. We loved our little get-away!

Highly recommend
Angie was very friendly and made us feel at home. The food was amazing. The location was just a short Uber ride from the waterfront. Accomodations were comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. I highly recommend this place.

The family owned and run bed and breakfast was quite clean and very inviting. Each morning our breakfast was prepared with 4 star chef quality ingredients and taste.

Top Notch Stay!
We had such a great time at Angie's B&B. The house and grounds are so cool and really give you historic Wilmington feelings. The room and accomodations are very quaint. We loved sitting on the porch and having breakfast in the dining room. The best part of our stay was getting to interact with Eppy and Mary and everyone else that is what makes this place feel like a home away from home. Before we arrived, Eppy reached out to coordinate our arrival and make sure that someone would be there to greet us the moment we arrived. We were welcomed and given a lovely tour. When we had a small issue figuring out the hot water in our bathroom, three people jumped in to assist us immediately. Angie's Bed and Breakfast really does feel like a home away from home and you will love it!

Angie keeps a lovely B&B. This was actually our first stay at a true B&B. We got a little too caught up in the R&R to enjoy the breakfast on our short stay, but the room was clean and inviting. There is no shortage of character with this unique stay!

Dont miss out on Angies
They B&B already looks outstanding and location is not far from anywhere in Wilmington. It was cozy but Angie really makes it 10x better. She is a wonderful woman who cooks food to order and shes so personable. She said "i dont wany anyone leaving here unhappy." If you havent met this woman or stayed here you are missing out.

Cold showers not welcome.
I am sorry to say that we had no hot water for showers during our 2 night stay and the only recompense we were offered was a discount if we came back again, which we are unlikely to do for that reason. The owner of this beautiful old Victorian home didn’t believe us when we told her of the lack of hot water. We took cold showers after waiting 15 minutes to see if the hot water would make its way to the third floor. She came to the room herself to confirm the water wasn’t hot and still never offered us any compensation. On a positive note, breakfasts were generous.

Angie, the owner, is helpful and full of stories about Wilmington. She is a great resource. The property is well maintained and the breakfast will carry you through to lunch. There are a lot of stairs (16) to go up to get to the room so the B&B is not really handicap-accessible.

This was the first time I stayed in a bed and breakfast and it was a great experience. Angie was super nice and I really enjoyed her cooking in the morning. I really didnt want to get out of bed after staying out late but knowing she was downstairs cooking was motivation enough to get up! The house was really cool and I felt like we stepped back in time! Thank you Angie for a great stay. I hope to be back again one day!!

Grand old house, full of interesting memorabelia and decorative items. Our 3rd floor room was spacious,with 2 double beds and a sitting area. Angie makes breakfast herself, is an excellent cook too - she was a caterer. She adds to the character of the house.

We absolutely loved Angie’s B&B! It’s a gorgeous home surrounded by beautiful landscaping. Angie herself is super sweet and makes the best breakfast. She was so attentive and made sure we felt like family for our entire stay. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Wilmington, I highly recommend it!

The house is old, charming and in mint condition. Breakfast was excellent and the Angie is very knowledgeable about the town's history and entertained us with fantastic ghost stories. She also advised us about the places worth paying a visit in this interesting area.

Beautiful Home in the Heart of Wilmington
This is a great old home near downtown Wilmington. It was a short drive to the riverfront, and not too far from Wrightsville Beach. The house was well-decorated, and the rooms were comfortable. Angie was very helpful and accommodating, and took great care of us. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast. The price for our stay was reasonable for what we received.

A lovely, grand house. It felt like coming home due to the warmth and the fun of the hostess and her family. Convenient location on the main street of Wilmington. The hostess took me herself to the car rental and dis everything she could to help with anything I asked. I will be back !

Rode out Hurricane Florence there and it was a wonderful experience. Angie and Chris were great hosts and the meals were excellent. We would recommend Angie's to anyone who enjoys good food and a comfortable room. A bonus was the unique decor. Something interesting everywhere you look.

A Lovely Stay!
I really enjoyed my stay at Angie's B&B and felt very comfortable. The B&B is easy to find on Market Street and only a ten minute drive to the River Walk. No loud noises to keep you up. The room was very clean. Had my own private bathroom with a super shower and plenty of hot water. Loved the softness of the sheets. Very cozy sleep in a good bed. Parking is in the back of the house and very safe. Angie made a great breakfast with plenty of hot coffee and fresh fruit. Breakfast is not only served on weekend as Expedia states. Guests had breakfast on Monday and it is served during the week. Please correct that on your site. Lovely house and lovely dining room. Beautiful antiques. Angie is very caring and dotes on her guests. Can't do enough to make your stay a great experience. I will come back over and over as was the saying from other guests. It has become my number one place to stay in Wilmington. Thank you Angie for a memorable stay.

All th etvs in the room are about 10" in size, etc
All the yes in every room, but one Rae too small, you cannot watch comfortable from your bed, the most of the beds are a size full, not queen for 2 people who are avg size that is uncomfortably tiny! Dusty bathrooms, the mattresses are too firm and hard on the back! We did not sleep well any nights. We've stayed here several times to give them a chance, because they are so friendly, but very disappointed, will not be going back! There is no place to keep cosmetics in the tiny bathrooms. You only receive one breakfast on sundays. Saturday mornings we had to fend for ourselves. This happened twice!
