Our family of 7 was in Kelowna for a conference and this was a great find! This worked so well for our needs. The hosts were great and the breakfast delicious. We really enjoyed our stay.

The owners were absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was hand made and delicious. Location to beach beautiful. I would go there again!

It’s very close to the Boyce Gyro Beach, basically 3 houses away. It’s also close to restaurants, shopping and even hospital. The house is a newer built and quite clean. The breakfast is good.

Larinda and Darren are great hosts, very welcoming and fun to be with. Our room was perfect - comfy bed and very good shower. Breakfast was a treat. And delicious! The location is awesome - close to downtown and a great jumpoff for the many parks, beaches and wineries in the area.

Ein paar Tage im schönen Kelowna
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war einsame Spitze. Schon die Begrüßung war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer, wir wohnten im oberen Geschoss, war sehr groß und geräumig. Auch Dusche und Toilette (getrennt) waren sehr groß und modern. Das Frühstück wurde frisch für jeden Gast zubereitet. Es war sehr lecker. Besonders das Omelett. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber und stilvoll eingerichtet. Die Parkplätze sind optimal und kostenlos im Hotelgelände. Ein kleiner sehr gepflegter Garten lädt zum Ausruhen ein. Das Hotel liegt an der Hauptstraße in die City. Die Stadt Kelowna ist sehr sehenswert. Natürlich laden die Weinlokale zum gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Es war eine tolle Zeit.

I just visited Kelowna and stayed at Boyce Gyro Beach Bed & Breakfast and I was very happy and surprised. The house was beautiful and very clean. Laurinda and Darren are very nice and they were very welcoming. Sitting around the table while Laurinda made breakfast felt like home. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you both for your hospitality.

Talk about finding a needle in a haystack! This place is amazing. Great location, amazing owners, comfortable for a LGBT family with 2 teenage boys. We are so happy with our choice to stay here

Hosts were very nice and everything was very clean and comfortable. Good location close to the beach! Only issue was when we booked it, it said we had our own private bathroom, but upon arrival it was a room with a shared bathroom with other guests. This wasn’t the fault of the hosts and they said they would bring it up with Expedia so hopefully that issue is resolved. Didn’t end up being a problem anyways.

Beautiful BnB next to beach
Amazing bed and breakfast next to the beaches in Kelowna. Comfy rooms, very clean and filled with art. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants a great above average Bnb in Kelowna

Wonderful experienxe. Lorenda makes a wonderful breakfast and they also gave awesome suggestions for dinner and for getting around BC. I highly recommend!!!

Our rooms are very clean with new linens and over clean since I am OCD on cleanliness. Our area is prime across from the beach and walking distance to everything. Most all of our guests say I give to much breakfast ex. Yogurt parfait, large omelette, bacon or sausage, baby potatoes and toast, orange juice, coffee and or tea. Maybe a buffet style accommodation would have suited you better. As far as noise, my husband was working on our surround sound which he mention and was getting it corrected so volume did not disturb our guests. But I thank you for your review and reviews good or bad are valuable to us and our business.

Gorgeous B&B
Beautiful well-kept home close to Gyro Beach Park. Room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Homemade breakfast was perfect and nicely presented. The hosts were very friendly.

Great get away
We stayed two nights at Boyce Gyro B&B and enjoyed our stay. Darren and Lorenda are great host. The B&B is conveniently located and easy to find.

Beautiful home in a great location!
We just got home from an amazing four night honeymoon at Boyce-Gyro Bed and Breakfast. Our whole stay was wonderful from start to finish. Darren and Laurinda had a delicious bottle of local champagne on ice waiting for us in our room on arrival since it was our first of a few honeymoons we were going on, which we thought was very sweet. They were very accommodating and knowledgeable about the Okanagan and had several really good recommendations for places to visit in the area, from wineries to restaurants and pubs and all of their recommendations were spot on! Darren even offered to arrange a limo wine tour with a friend of his if we didn't want to do the traditional tours! Laurinda's breakfasts each morning were delicious and she was very accommodating of out dietary restrictions( I'm a vegan and my husband is pescatarian). Overall our stay was wonderful and I would highly recommend anyone to stay there! We left feeling like family and will definitely be going back!

B & B close to the beach
For those that like a B & B experience where you are truly in the family's home, this could work for you. You have a bedroom and attached bathroom to yourself, you must pass through the living room to the stairs upstairs. Family was watching a movie the night we were there. No coffee, tea etc amenities in the bedroom, you have to ask your hose. I think we are not B & B people, it felt intrusive, not unfortable to us.

Thank you for your review, every comment is appreciated. BB is for people to experience community and have a hands on experience. BB are homes that welcome people from all corners of the world to give them a feeling of family and comfort - with no barriers - Coffee and tea is in the kitchen for all to have and make. We do not provide coffee and tea in rooms for it is a liability, we are always open armed to everyone. Not sure why you felt intrusive, you spoke about your referendum with your community of Richmond, that you where working on with all our guests. We felt that you where both more than comfortable staying an extra night, when you where originally only staying one.

Smashing place
We had one night at Boyce Gyro but would certainly go there again. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and made us feel at home. The room was immaculate and very comfortable and we had a hearty freshly prepared breakfast. It was a shame to leave. We don't normally write reviews but we've made an exception in this case. Free parking at the front was a bonus.

Best B&B ever, don't miss it!
Stayed for two nights at Boyce Gyro Beach B&B, and what a lovely and fun stay we had. The B&B is just a 1 min walk from the very nice and clean lake beach, easy walking distance to restaurants and stores. The rooms where spacious, super clean and very comfy beds. But best of all, extreme hospitality from our lovely, welcoming and fun hosts, Laurinda and Darren. They really made our stay something to remember for at long time. Excellent location
After a heli ski trip to Revelstoke we stayed at this B & B for two nights to ski Big White Mtn. Big White is only 45 min away. This location is across the street from the lake. The home and everything they have to offer is more than a 5 rating. The rooms are excellent, the beds are excellent, the showers are excellent. The Breakfast was excellent and the owners are great people. We ate at two different restaurants both within walking distance. Great meals and would highly recommend. We are entertaining a trip back to the area from Georgia next year and we WILL stay at this B & B.

Great Location, Friendly Owners, Comfortable Room
Darren and Lorraine have made an oasis in a lovely town. The B7 B is just across the street from the beach and within a very short walk to downtown and the main park. Lots to do in Kelowna - only wish we had planned to stay longer. Lorraine served breakfast at a comfortable hour 9:00 am, so that we could sleep in a bit. Darren was generally in the living room area and always accessible. Loved chatting with them both - very interesting couple and genuinely nice. The back yard has been recently landscaped and looks great. Will definitely want to come back and stay again at the Boyce Gyro Bed and Breakfast!

Great B&B by the beach!
Great value for money! Very comfortable accommodations and delicious breakfasts. Hosts were amazing!!! We'd go back again in a heartbeat!
