I must say this review is very concerning as it certainly does not reflect the level of customer service we strive for. Whats more we have had no solo guest named Zoe stay with us from Wotif. We did have a solo lady traveller in March, however she loved the place and was very happy when I offered to make her dinner so whe would not have to dine out alone. Hardly mot welcoming a solo traveller! Our rooms are all very well apointed with a large selection of toiletries, selection of teas and coffee and a platter of fruit and chocolate in the room, hardly the bare minimum. We do take this very seriously and are dissapointed that Zoe if she did stay withus did not let us know of her feelings.
