Hi and thank you for your feedback , particularly your kind words re myself , it is greatly appreciated. Regarding the heat , this can be a little frustrating as we have the heat on for most of the day but leave it to guests to control the release of the heat in their own room. We installed an upgraded system whereby the heat is released by the radiator controls - and we advise all guests re this upon entry but some people may be a bit confused and this seems to have happened on this occasion and we are sorry that you were cold when you could indeed have been warm. Regarding the shower door in the twin room we completely renewed this unit only last year , but nonetheless sometimes , based on handling the of the door , the door will slip off the ring . It can be a simple matter to re adjust and if a guest cannot manage we could easily have helped - so once again - we are disappointed we did not get the chance. Finally , we checked all the lights in the room including over the mirrors and all are working fine . We really could have helped with any and all your problems and we are disappointed you did not advise us and we are sorry that you did not enjoy that aspect of your stay. Regards Elaine (Proprietor)

Hi and thanks for completing a review and indeed for staying with us at Seamount House . In regard to your observations we would like to respond as follows : Our standard offering for breakfast is a Continental breakfast, which is quite extensive and this is clearly detailed on our website. If guests are leaving early we offer two options , a "take away pack or a self service option , where guests can have cereal , fruit , yogurt , bread/toast , juice and tea/coffee. Most guests really appreciate the options provided when they are leaving early. In regard to the water - there are three rooms with electric shower access and two dependent upon the electric immersion support. We have the immersion on in the morning , in the afternoon and in the evening. It is only on rare occasions when people have showers outside normal check out times that we incur problems .
