아주 만족합니다. 시설 훌륭하고, 굉장히 청결했습니다. 숙박업소가 사진보다 났다는 느낌이 드는 경우는 별로 없는데 사진보다 좋았습니다.

Une légère déception malgré des points positifs
Séjour en famille, à trois. Ce qui est positif : - Bonne communication de l'hôte avant le voyage. - Très bonne localisation de l'appartement : à proximité du centre historique, et des métros, dans une rue animée mais pas trop - Nous avons eu l'appartement dès 10h du matin, juste après notre arrivée à Porto, parfait. Ce qui est perfectible : - 30 mn de retard de l'hôte au rendez-vous pour remettre les clés ! - beaucoup de vaisselle ébréchée et une poêle inutilisable car revêtement très abimée. - de larges traces de moisissure au plafond de la pièce principale, juste au dessus d'un lit. Pas très ragoûtant. - Une vue extérieure pas terrible : sur l'arrière d'un immeuble à l'abandon. Certes, nous jouissions d'un balcon, mais la vue ne nous a pas donné l'envie de l'utiliser.

I had a great stay! The property manager was very easy to communicate with and the location was amazing. We were walking distance within everything in Porto. I definitely recommend and I will be back!

Communication with the apartment manager was good until we contacted them about noise from the restaurants below. On our first night music was played all night through to the morning & my partner couldn’t sleep. We contacted the apartment manager & didn’t get any reply. On coming back to the apartment the next night, we had the same problem so my partner went down to speak to both restaurants & the music was turned off at a decent hour. Very disappointed by no response from apartment manager. Apt is lovely but poor view from terrace, wooden stairs & floors mean you hear all comings & goings so no, we wouldn’t stay here again.

We loved our stay at BO - Almada 346 and cant thank the hosts and staff enough for helping us have an amazing stay in such a beautiful city. Even before we departed, we had communications to ensure we arrived safely and they even organised transport to and from the airport. Our apartment was fantastic; clean and spacious with a lovely balcony to relax out on. We enjoyed making our breakfasts in the kitchen. A special thank you to Alex who was basically our tour guide and helped us see all the incredible sights and experiences the city had to offer and went above and beyond for us. We cannot recommend this place enough and would defintely stay here here again.

Excellent hosts, perfect for a stay with friends. Has excellent facilities. So close to lots of bars and restaurants. Only issue was the wifi, when you connected it didn’t work. Sink was leaking but was offered a new room instantly! Would definitely recommend

Handy zum mitnehmen lag bereit. Es standen Regenschirme zum mitnehmen um Flur. Eine kaputte Birne in einer Lampe wurde nach Meldung direkt ersetzt. Heizlüfter war vorhanden. Gemütliches Zimmer im Zentrum, Bahnhof in 10 Minuten erreichbar und Metrostation in 3 Minuten, Supermarkt um die Ecke. Nur im Badezimmer könnte man eine weitere Lampe am Spiegel anbringen, es war schon ziemlich dunkel.

Porto foi uma excelente surpresa. Vale conhecer .
Todos os anos visitamos nossa filha que mora em Paris e sempre aproveitamos para passar uns dias em Lisboa . Desta vez , resolvemos conhecer Porto e nos surpreendemos . Porto é uma cidade muito bonita que vale conhecer . Registro apenas um pequeno problema no apart para aqueles mais velhos ou que tenham problemas de locomoção . O apart não tem elevador , mas de resto é excelente em todos os quesitos para uma excelente estadia . Apenas por este detalhe não dei a avaliação máxima .

Super Lage, alles in Gehdistanz. Schöne saubere Wohnung, wenn nur das knarren des Fussbodens nicht wäre. Vor allem hört man jeden Schritt, vom darüber wohnenden Nachbarn. Der Empfang und die Betreuung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Great apartment. Walking distance to all major sites. Very modern and clean. Fantastic receptionist and maids, very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Limpo, bonito e prático.
Apartamento confortável, limpo e muito bem localizado. Tudo funciona muito bem do check-in, check-out. Única observação quanto ao piso de madeira que quando se caminha ele range e incomoda os vizinhos.

L'appartement est au top - propre et très bien aménagé - de plus le responsable de l'établissement est très sympathique, il nous a merveilleusement conseillé pour les restaurants et les visites à faire dans Porto et la région. A very well positioned property with easy walk to all the sights and the river. If you have a car then parking down the road (200m) is 23 euro a night, and if you walk about 700m then there is daily car parking at the supermarket (VIa Caterina) for 9 euro per day.

メトロの駅近くでかつ、サンフランシスコ教会・サンベント駅等多くのの主要な建物に徒歩圏内で行けるのでポルト観光には適している（坂道が若干きついですが）。設備は充実している。ただ、シャワーヘッドを固定したときに下に向けてお湯が出せないのは？と思う（水平にしかお湯に当たれないので）。

Nice apartments in a really good location. Stairs smell funky. The portable A/C unit in the room is a pain to use. Rooms should have safes.

Excellent place to stay but consider alternatives.
I expected the owner to there upon arrival. I let him know that my best efforts would allow us to arrive at an estimated time. Due to a lost bag we arrived 10 minutes later than expected. We were out on the street with two carry one and a suitcase. Finally, a door to the apartment opened but it wasn't the owner. That person contacted th owner and he showed up about 30 minutes after we arrived. This is an excellent apartment but a three story walk up with luggage is difficult. On the bright side Yoan was very helpful. The room is not expensive if you contrast that with the EXE hotel up the block. I would recommend this place as it is central to downtown and walking distance to many sights.

Wonderful and cute place with handy extras!
Exceptional stay in this wonderful cute place! Clean and cosy in a very central location with many good restaurants and wine bars nearby. The only thing is the squeaking floor - I was staying on the 1st floor and probably didn't disturb anyone but someone living above me started to walk around at 7am already which was a bit annoying. Reception staff very attentive and super friendly, even my suitcase was carried for me (the house has no elevator). The guest phone service is just perfect since my battery died by 4-5 in the afternoon due to extensive use of Google Maps. So it was very handy indeed! Highly recommended!

Accueil très sympa, bel appart avec tout ce qu'il faut et même un peu plus (tél portable et enceinte à dispo!). A part le parquet qui grince pas mal, tout est parfait!
