Small inn within easy walk of restaurants . Filippo was very helpful, gave us home made croissants at 6am then drove us to the airport!

Philippo was a wonderful host and a terrific baker. For breakfast he served homemade muffins and delicious baked treats. All served with his homemade jams. The property was spotless and very comfortable. Would stay again.

This is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast! Filippo is a wonderful host! The rooms were pristinely clean, linens wonderful, bed comfortable. The breakfast was delicious treats from the bakery. We stayed here the night before our flight out of Palermo so we did not spend a lot of time here, but the town was quaint and beautiful with a lovely town square with lots of restaurants within a quick walking distance. Just lovely!!

Filip, the owner, kept in touch with us as we needed a late check in. He actually held our parking space open for us. Breakfast was very good with pastries, coffees and fruit on their rooftop. Our room was on street level and did not have any windows.

We found the property very convenient to drive to from the airport, were greeted warmly and found the room pleasantly decorated, clean and quiet. The AC worked well and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the rooftop terrace was very nice.

We ended up at TerraSole unexpectedly after a canceled flight to our planned destination, but we couldn’t have had a better experience. Filippo was so welcoming and even picked us up from the airport late at night. Him and Sebastiana are wonderful and so accommodating. We were sad about our missed flight, but TerraSole & Terrasini in general ended up being such a gem. We are so thankful to have met these lovely hosts and to have been welcomed into their B&B. We will definitely be back!

Best Bakery B&B!
We had an early flight out of the Palermo airport and wanted someplace close to stay with transport to the airport. We came across this property and booked it. The owner, Filippo, is an absolute gem. He was flexible with our times and even got up at 4 in the morning to take us to the airport. And... since we were going to miss the breakfast part of our stay, he provided us with a "to go" breakfast of fresh baked goods made by him. Oh - and he even had coffee ready for us before we left for the airport. The actual property was very clean, beautifully decorated, and well-located. We wished we could have spent some more time there!

The property was very clean and easily accessible. I loved how close it was to the Piazza Duomo. What makes this this BnB 5 star is most definitely the hosts. Fillipo and Sebastiana are exquisite hosts. Each morning they serve you a breakfast of freshly baked cakes and other baked goods and coffee and the beautiful terrace. The room is cleaned daily and the fridge was always stocked with fresh cold bottled water. The parking can be a bit tricky in Terrasini but you usually find parking either right in front of the BnB or within walking distance up the street. Rooms were cooled by air conditioning which was a much welcomed break from the Sicilian heat. I wouldnt hesitate to book this property.

What’s not to like, it was fab!
Delightful clean & comfortable accommodation. Fresh fruit for breakfast and the choice of delicious home made baking by Filippo was amazing. Sebastiana welcomed us and despite the 3 flights of stairs to climb with our luggage, we had a fantastic time chilling on the terrace. Central location, easy access to restaurants/bars/beaches. For an agreeable fee, Fillipo also gave us a lift to the airport nearby. Great service!

Great place to stay. We were flying out of the Palermo the next morning and it was perfect for a quick transfer to the airport. Also the town of Terrasini was quite nice with some excellent restaurants and a beautiful town piazza.

Adorable place!!! And quiet!!! And Filippo was just amazing! He was so kind and helpful. His biscotti were awesome! And he got up to make me coffee at 3:45 am before taking me to the airport. I loved this place and would DEFINITELY recommend!!

Wonderful
This is a wonderful B&B. Just a 15 minute drive from Palermo airport, it's a great starting point for a Sicily road trip. Filippo is a wonderful host, and is extremely helpful. He also offers a shuttle service to and from the airport (or to the car rental, if you are picking up a rental). Homemade cakes and great coffee for breakfast, and some excellent cannolis. Would highly recommend! Our room had a balcony full of flowers.

Fabulous bed and breakfast!
This is a fabulous small, boutique, bed and breakfast. We chose it because of its proximity to the airport. It was our last day in Sicily. We could not have been more pleased. The rooms are large, fabulous, and comfortable. The breakfast is Amazing. Filippo cooks all the baked goods starting at 4 AM. He was prompt with his contact and made everything easy the town its self was charming.

We stayed here for 2 nights, place has its own onsite (street) parking, clean and spacious room. Filippo and staff are very hospitable and helpful, Breakfast was amazing as its freshly bake. The place is close to the center where the restaurants and beachside is walkable. Just make sure to have cash in hand for payment. Overall if we go back to Palermo a good place to stay.

Filippo was awesome. He helped us get to the B&B from the airport, showed us around town and made us feel very welcome. He provided excellent ideas for how to spend the day. Best of all was the great breakfast the next morning with fresh baked pastries, fresh fruit and blood orange juice.

Love it!
I returned to this B&B because it is so pleasant and the owners so hospitable. I love having breakfast on the rooftop garden patio. And it is only two short blocks from the piazza duomo, the center of the town. I highly recommend this place!

Enjoy home-made pastries in a rooftop garden
This B&B was like a little garden, and was most pleasant. I could find it by the plants growing over the balcony rails. In the morning the staff fed me the most delicious pastries baked there on premises. Highly recommended!!!

Very clean, comfortable, excellent 1-night stay
Spotlessly clean, comfortable, delicious continental breakfast, (don't miss the lemon carrot cake!), affordable - Terrasole B&B is a great choice if you are heading to or from Palermo Airport - just 15 minutes. We booked this B&B for the night before our departure after a 2wk stay in Sicily and it was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving - and we were delighted to find the town of Terrasini so clean and welcoming. We did some last minute shopping, including a stop at local bakery for almond cookies, a beautiful walk along the waterfront - so lovely. The service at Terrasole was excellent: clear communication in advance, very friendly and professional. We parked just in front of the hotel, on the street (perfectly safe). Sebastiana made sure to have the breakfast buffet (and our yummy cafe lattes) prepared early, as we had to leave to catch our flight by 6:30AM. This is an extremely well-run establishment at a surprisingly low price - we highly recommend and hope to return someday ourselves! Thank you to Filippo and Sebastiana!
