The property is undergoing an update. We stayed in a king accessible room. The shower made life easy and a stool was provided. The wall of the shower was damaged and duct taped together. The floor is a little slippery and would benefit from more texture or small grouted tiles. There was no soap dish in the shower. The grab bars were great. The other suggestion would be to lower the bed so it's easier for a handicapped person to get into it. The bed was also a little too soft for me. I was getting a hospital procedure the next day so did not sleep much. But the facility was very quiet and I only heard a few small noises from other guests. I did not get to eat breakfast but my husband was happy with his. Also thanks for having the small snacks available for purchase at not too exorbitant prices. It made it easier not having to go to the store in the Gateway area. The man who checked us in that evening was great--very friendly, professional, and efficient. He made us feel welcomed.

This was one of nicest Best Westerns I have stayed in. The rooms were very comfortable and nicely appointed. The staff was very friendly and informative. Would definitely stay there again when I am in the Eugene area.

Their system was down when we got here at 9:30 pm, so we had to wait 30 minutes. Then it came back up and they couldn’t find the Expedia reservation. No amount of confirmation info or calls with Expedia would help speed up the process. We spent over 1.5 hours in the lobby getting it worked out. My first mistake was going with Best Western rather than a more customer friendly facility. Overall, the room was OK, it smelled nice and seemed to be clean, though the basic facilities are dated. On a good note, they kindly opened breakfast for us a little bit early so we could make it to a tournament on time. I never leave bad reviews but this was a mess.

We attempted to check you in using your personal card temporarily, but you had refused to let us authorize your personal card. Because our system was down, the Expedia reservation had not come through. We did try to explain this to you as well. We apologize that there was nothing more that could have been done to make the check in faster.

The woman at ✔️ in was pretty snappy and very short with her responsiveness. We booked this due to it having a pool. The pool was closed for the season. There was painting going on and the painters were nicer than the woman at checkin. I don't think we will come back to this location. Plus side.. the cleaning ladies were wonderful! They should be running the front counter! The rooms were spotless!

The site I booked stated there was a laundry room, sauna, gym, ect. Nope! Closed for remodeling. Had to drag my laundry to a laundromat down the road. My body aches and in town for a Slocom re heck and booked this place because of the sauna but it was closed for remodeling. The upstairs neighbors were stomping all night for our entire visit. The neighbors dog was barking off and on while our dog was silent. We paid extra for a third level room with a balcony with our service dog. When we arrived they shoved us into a ground level room with a small patio. The breakfast was a nice perk but served same thing every morning and they ran out of things like bacon because of other neighbors taking a wasteful plateful and the hotel didn’t make more so we would do without. No courtesy waters, have to pay $2/bottle. It’s the little things that disappointed us.

We have since removed the sauna from all online sites, we apologize that we no longer offer this amenity. All of our balcony rooms are the same size. We apologize that your stay was not satisfactory.

The front desk was very helpful when checking. They were a little hampered by computer issues but got me set up even with the huge rush of check-ins.

Older property. Staff was super friendly. No curtain in our room and the heating/cooling unit was loud/clunky. It was not 'ewe' but just older and not updated.

Broken heater in the first room. Ice maker on 3rd floor is broken and, “has been broken for a while,” according to staff. They’ve “run out of extra pillows.” Horrible threadbare towels. Typical Best Western! They are really unwilling to work with us stating issues with “booking through a 3rd party (hotels.com)

The stay was decent, my bed was broken on the left side so I had to stick to the right or it would roll. The staff was very nice and accommodating. As for the area around it, there is a large population of drug deals/users around the area which is why I gave it 1 star.

Decent enough but could be cleaner
The staff is super nice. This place is easy to get to from the highway and there is a Tesla supercharger within walking distance. The place is nice enough for a quick stay but it could be a bit more clean. The carpet in the hallways haven’t been vacuumed in a while it seems. The towels they give you are super tiny and have seen better days. The repairs done over the years are very noticeable, in that the cover plates aren’t put back on properly, the carpets in the rooms have edges that are coming up, etc. for the price, I’d thing it would be a bit nicer, but as I said, it’s nice enough and the proximity to the supercharger are what drew me in.

Much better than average traveller’s motel. Far enough off the freeway to be quiet but close enough to be convenient. Very clean with comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast was comprehensive and freshly cooked. Well above average quality of food. Staff were efficient and friendly. I’d return to this hotel on future trips.

Have some different pillows...the 4 "BALLOON' pillows were painfully uncomfortable...offer a variation of softness. You provided 4 identical pillows! OFFER coffee in the breakfast area...don't make us go to that machine to get the coffee! VERY INCONVENIENT!

Great place to stay! I was concerned upon arrival of the noise factor with several high school teams staying but we didn’t have any issues. Nice big spacious rooms and easy walking distances to dining. Definitely recommend and will be back for future stays in the area.

Staff and room were great. Only minor issues which are to be expected how ofter linens get used. Our shower curtain was ripped up a bit. Also our window didn't have a screen.

Great breakfast with lots of choices / rooms were very clean. Large rooms. Friendly staff. Not a lot of areas for a pet to walk but a small dog area not far from the hotel. Only negative were the linens - flannelette, too hot and not nice and smooth.

Dark and Dingy
We were traveling with a small dog and they put us in a dingy and dark and it was right off the lobby so it was very noisy. It was room 109. When I complained they just said sorry. I know they were booked that weekend but I made my reservation over 6 months ago and I was extremely disappointed.
