Al llegar a recepción hacer el check in , llegó tarde por el tráfico y cansado y al entrar me atienden en recepción Irasi y saludo en español con un hola a lo cual me contesta : what do you mean?, ok hago mi check in en su * idioma * Regreso al coche a buscar lugar y no encuentro en toda la propiedad , me estaciono atrás de un coche en la entrada , donde hay 2 más y al entrar me dice que no me puedo estacionar ahí ahora si en * español * Bueno pensé que no hablaba español y le digo que no hay lugar y pues que hay / coches más adelante de mi ,’ y le comento que hay 2 más , me dice que son de los empleados ,me dice que me llamará en cuanto se encuentre un lugar cuestionando que le mentí, por la mañana me levanto y bajo a mover el coche y sorpresa siguen ahí , le comento a otra señorita melisa y me dice que irasi le dejo una nota ,pero me cuenta que esos coches con de huéspedes y que no hay ninguna prisa por moverme , pésima actitud de irasi . Gracias

I had booked a two queen bed and received a one queen bed. The heater did not work. Very limited on all towels.

This location was listed as 8 miles from the airport but was actually twice as far. We wouldn't have reserved here had the info been accurate. Our room had an overflowing toilet when we entered & there wasn't another room available. The staff was at first not wanting to cancel our reservation so that we could receive a credit. Rather than readily assist, Expedia rep thought I would accept no refund. I booked through the site, expecting the service Expedia promised.

Pipes are old, you can smell that they are dirty, needs a plumbing update, I felt gross washing my face and showering. Floors weren’t clean and our key cards would go on and off on working. Staff was not very friendly and parking is limited. The lighting in the bathroom was dark and the bulb was clearly almost out. Wouldn’t recommend.

I stayed at this hotel for two (2) nights. This hotel was probably about ten (10) minutes away from Downtown Austin without any traffic, and it was just off of Interstate-35. It was a little bit difficult for me to find this hotel, and I did see what looked to be a homeless man near this hotel at the abandoned gasoline station. This hotel consisted of five (5) stories, and it had many rooms. Despite this hotel’s high number of guests, it was quiet and there was a large area for people to park. The breakfast was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the toasts, the potatoes, the eggs, and the waffles. I had no problems with the air conditioning, with the hot water, with the television, and with the friendliness of the staff, but the Internet reception was mediocre. I enjoyed the gym on the ground floor. I especially was happy with a free alcohol happy hour on most nights during the early evening hours. It was great to socialize with the other guests. I had room service each day during which I stayed at this hotel. I briefly went to the pool, and it was chilly.

We loved our stay! We thought happy hour was so neat! We were are target and Walgreens and several restaurants. Very convenient location. We will stay here again in the future!

The food was mid at best, basic breakfast, eggs, what seemed like uncooked potatoes, waffles, cold sausage, toast, cereal, bagels, yogurt. Check in was easy, the lady upfront was super sweet and kind. Our room was right next to the elevator so you’d hear people walking by here and there thru the night but nothing too bothersome. Views weren’t the best but didn’t really matter since we weren’t at the hotel most of our stay. Easy access to highway and many restaurants surrounding the area. The hotels next to use seemed a bit sketchy and parking didn’t feel secure as there weren’t that many post light outside nor any cameras for security. The doors on the sides of the hotel didn’t open so we had to go all the way to the front when we parked at the back of the hotel. Beds were ok, not the comfiest but we managed.

Hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are amazing! The only drawback is the noise level. The walls sound as if they are paper thin and I could hear people coughing and talking from a few rooms down in my room. If you are a light sleeper it is not a place where you will be able to sleep without being woken up. I consider myself a HEAVY sleeper and was woken up many times by noise such as laughing, yelling, televisions, and the housekeeping staff knocking on doors all day.

The room looked clean but whenever we laid down we noticed the bed was wet. It was a strong smell. We noticed someone who was there prior to our arrival pee on the bed. The front desk lady didn't want to change the room, she just wanted to give us new sheets because they were full. The mattress was wet too. She called the manager who changed our room but she had the worst attitude(but according to front desk employee they were full). In the morning the manager on duty didn't care. He gave us corporate number but stated that all they were going to do was contact him anyway. Didn't care about it like if it was normal. The worst hotel experience. NEVER AGAIN.

Johanna, I am saddened to hear that our conversation the morning of your departure was not to your liking. When you asked to come into my office I obliged and you explained the situation. You started off by stating that you did not want a free stay or anything other than to inform me of an issue you experienced. After you had finished your explanation you were the one who asked for corporates number and I once again obliged. I simply informed you that contacting customer service would end with them reaching out to me and that I would explain to them our conversation and the steps we would take to ensure issues like these do not arise again. One of our beds had dirty sheets, pet hair visible and a foul smell on them. We requested new sheets at the front desk and these sheets resulted to have pee stains and a pee smell. Although staff were friendly and accommodating, I would not stay here again. The hotel is in need of major upgrades. The breakfast was subpar and very limited.

Walls are paper thin you can hear whoever is next door. There's was also a very loud noise in the wall that was continuous, sounded like a water heater. Wouldn't stay here again.

Gina,Thank you for leaving a review about your recent stay at our property. I am sorry to hear that you had an issue with outside noise coming into your room. Our walls are 100% solid concrete and our water heaters are located on 1st floor which was far away from your room on 3rd floor. We have since checked the room and the constant noise you heard coming from the wall was the A/C units located in the rooms. Each room has individual central air units and they do create a slight noise when they are in use.
