L'établissement a été fermé suite à une liquidation . J'ai du quitter et trouver un autre hôtel. Je n'était pas le seul dans ce cas. Le personnel était pourtant sympathique, accueillant et agréable. Je ne sais s'il était au courant de la situation mais il n'a rien montré et est resté pro jusqu'à la fermeture.

Petit souci avec les serviettes sales qui n’ont pas été systématiquement remplacées. Nous avons du demander leur remplacement. Pareil nous avons du demander des rouleaux de papier toilette car un seul était présent et ça s’est fini très vite.. Quelques moustiques dans la chambre aussi... à part cela très bonne expérience grande chambre, bon petit déjeuner, personnel réactif et accueillant ! Très bon emplacement avec la plage à deux pas, le supermarché, banques, restaurants, et autres boutiques, etc... à 10 min de marche. Très calme avec la station de police à 2 pas.

The breakfast was great, they offered a nice variety and the food was delicious. The hotel location was good but the staff seemed uninterested and unhappy. At check-out there was no "thank you for staying with us", or "we hope you enjoyed your stay", just "you're all set". The hotel overall needs to be renovated, painted. The main negative point was that no one working there seem to care., except the housekeeping manager who responded to my negative check-in comment.

A éviter si vous souhaitez éviter une déception. - coupures d’eau - eau froide le soir - clim bruyante et non performante - pas de coffre - éloigné de la route principale (habituellement une bonne chose mais dans ce cas cela génère des surcoûts niveau transport) - Pas en face de la plage, il faut remonter la rue et longer un hôtel voisin. Les bons points : - personnel sympa - bon petit déjeuner - chambre avec balcon et lit confortable - Rue animée et proche des centres commerciaux de Rodney bay

The property itself was clean and somewhat appealing the room was very disappointing. There were no toilet paper holders, there was mild in bathroom, the lockbox didn’t work and the main floor door did not seem secure. The menu for dinner was very limited. We did not stay and left for another hotel within an hour

Very disappointed.No electric in bathroom for hairdryer etc.. faucet on sink couldn't turn off..had cracks in tile..no toilet paper holder..lots of mosquitos in room..broken lounge chairs and not enough of them..would not stay again..pictures make it look like you are located on the beach..not so..across the street..need to walk down the block to get entrance

Came to the hotel with a cousin, The lady wants to charge for each of us in one room (we are 2) Called to see if my room was ready the lady said yes come, came to the hotel had to wait 1 hour On the phone they say you can request for late checkout you have to pay 50$, when I ask the lady said no we don’t accept late check out When you use the sink the shower run at the same time

I am a female solo traveller and chose Blu for it's location and cost as I had work to do at the French Embassy so I didn't go for sightseeing although I did get some done. I spent 6 days at blu. Pros: Francisca at reception is amazing! The hotel food is delicious! Breakfast Buffet is simple but decent and tasty. Pool area is fantastic and the hotel is a 1 minute walk to the beach and 5 minute walk to restaurants, bars etc. Staff was very accomodating and friendly!!My room was clean and spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great shower water pressure. Nice amenities. Cons: crazy bugs my 2nd night only, fan and a lamp didn't work. Tiny shower. The cafe/ice cream/popcorn station was closed down. The rooms just need a bit of extra attention and that's it. All in all an 8.5/10!

Lovely staff , peaceful hotel
I stayed at blu from recommendations of my booking agency Wasn’t disappointed 😬 Staff very helpful. Hotel was almost empty as I stayed there in June ( monsoon weather 🙀) Adored the sweet hotel cat named...you have guessed...blu...how can you name such a sweetie blu!! Location perfect for trips to pidgin island, the rain forest..u...must try the zip wire across rain forest...awesome.

Nice hotel, l love the location, very friendly and helpful staff There need to be some maintainence on the wrought iron on the Verandas. When its sunny it is quite nice but when its raining its hazardous because the corridors to the third floor where I was becomes water soaked and slippery

The Swimming Pool was outstanding and a popular beach was quite close but the Bathroom, especially the Shower Stall, was too small...sadly, the excellent Buffet Breakfast was substituted upon the departure of their cricketing guests.The facility is also in need of repairs.

The nastiest place ever
1) the staff is really nice and they try so hard with the little that they have 2) there were CIGARETTE BUTTS IN THE POOL!!! where my baby was playing 3) the bathrooms are disgusting and just stink - no other way to say it. outdated and nasty! 4) they apparently are bankrupt and owe the water company money but lied and told us they had to cut off water at night because of maintenance work. 5) food was good and again the staff is really really good and accommodating and the breakfasts were good- I can’t argue about that one. they truly try 6) it is so expensive for sooooo little Please don’t book here. the sad part is that my self and my colleagues will have to return every year for a conference and I have told everyone about how awful here is, and if they had made an effort to address our complains instead of arguing with us - I would have let it pass. 7) They shut off our AC without telling us for 2 days in 90 F weather . Please don’t ever stay here !!!! It is really bad.

Awesome hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! I can't complain about anything. I stayed here for 3 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Close to the beach, affordable price and enjoyed cocktail night to meet the staff. My room was located on the ground floor right in front of the pool. Rm 117!

Affordable Hotel.......based on what you want
The Good - the price of the hotel is unbeatable for the location. It is walking distance from Reduit Beach and restaurants. Seeing that I wanted to do activities for my stay in St. Lucia (thereby save money on accommodation and spend on activities and restaurants) the price of the hotel was highly acceptable. The staff was very pleasant. They allowed swimming in the pool late into the night as well as they allowed you to bring in your own alcohol. They provided cups, ice and an ice bucket for me to have drinks at the pool. They weren’t a stickler for any set rules. The room was clean and the breakfast was satisfactory for the price. The Not-So-Good - the place does need an upgrade. The exterior needs some refurbishment and the rooms are a bit dated especially the bathrooms. But as I said above, they are clean. And again, the price is was exceptional when compared to other hotels in the same areas. There also seems to be a water problem as water is not available from 12am to 5am during my stay. All in all, Blu is a good choice based on what you want. If you want a basic hotel that allows you to save money whilst having a vacation.........this is it.

HOTEL A RODNEY BAY
Hotel à Rodney Bay non loin de la plage de Reduit avec plusieurs restaurants à proximité (le restaurant indien est très bon). Il est à la fin de Rodney Bay donc assez loin pour ceux qui se déplacent à pied, la route principale est à 20 minutes à pied. Hôtel calme, batiment entoure la piscine. Peu d'activités. Il conviendra à ceux qui recherchent la tranquilité et les petits prix tout en étant proche des zones d'animations.

Hotel was close to everything in Rodney bay
We visit St Lucia a lot this time was for family a commitment we was very impressed by the way we was treated and enjoyed our stay . The hotel needs a bit of a touch up around the railings that lead to the room . But the staff was fantastic in all we had a great stay at the blu hotel
