버우드 역에서 가깝고 웨스트필드, 울워스등이 가까워 쇼핑도 편안하다.
버우드역도 가깝고 해서 교통도 매우 편리함. 시설이 낡아서 불편함도 있음. 주변에 경찰서등이 있어서 치안도 그만하면 좋음. 아침 샤워시 더운물이 잘 나오고 있어서 샤워시 불편함이 없음. 침대는 낡아서 조금 불편하며 소음이 발생함.

Too old , need renovation.
It is near to Burwood station , stores and shopping center . But it is too much old and untidy. Nobody want to live as there accommodation.

호텔에 도착한 후 체크인 하면서 역겨운 냄새로 참을 수 없었고, 배정된 가족룸은 곰팡이 냄새로 진동하여 토 할것 같았다. 호텔비를 포기하고 다른 호텔로 이동 하였다. 호텔닷컴은 마치 아침식사 제공,무료주차,와이파이 제공을 이유로 높게 추천하는 듯이 보였으나 이 숙소는 게스트를 받아서는 안되는 환경이었다. 숙소의 실망이 추천 사이트의 신뢰성이 의심된다.

I work in the area so i find BBB convenient. Yes it is an old place and probably has a lot of stories to tell. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Remember the price matches what you get and if you just want to lay your head down for the night then this place is economically perfect.

Noisy room as we were at the front of the hotel. Overall it was fine, for what we paid. Only stayed one night, staff friendly. Easy location to trains.

Overall not a bad place, we purely booked in to sleep over night. Clean bedding and comfortable beds. Cleaniness of the room was very average but was of no concern. Would definitely book in again.

Can you please remove the cockroaches and the bad smell, facilities need to be repaired, please remove the noose from ceiling and the peep hole in the floor

Great location
My friend and I stayed at the bnb for a concert at Olympic Park. Perfectly located to catch the bus into the Park and lots of great restaurants a short stroll away. Room was tidy and comfortable, and the extra bathroom down the hall was handy. Check in is actually from 3pm, not 2pm like booking sites state. Will stay again next time I see a show at Olympic Park.

The manager is rude and demanding. The room is extremely substandard. You are not made to feel welcome for the breakfast which was a avery poor offering.. If i was responsible for offeri g tbis establishment to my clients i would be most embarrased and remove them from the listings immediately. I have taken photos of many of the problems. Broken windows , lack of adequate clothing storage etc. And will make them available if required.

Burwood B&B takes advantage of a large 100+ year old house in nice condition, so atmosphere is somewhat quaint and historic. Everything was clean and readied for our stay. Nice hot water and location only a short walk to facilities. Good continental breakfast provided. We recommend you stay, ideal for family or groups.

Our landlady was most helpful and found us a room on the ground floor when she saw I was using a frame. Breakfast was a bonus, the railway station was very close. The buildings are dated, and could do with an overhaul but for convenience and service it is very good

Discusting hotel
Turned up to be told 3.30pm check in when it stated 2pm, lucky they agreed to let us in at 2pm. The room we stayed in was terribly unclean. The staff weren't helpful at all. Our beds didn't have pillows when asked they said they would bring one. We are still waiting. The bathroom was so dirty I had to shower with thongs on. The toilets we're that discusting that both my husband and I put toilet paper on the toilet before we used them.no bath as it has no tap handles. Asked for the hair dryer as advertised, but still waiting for that as well. Also check the rules in the room, $5 a day electricity bill if you leave a light or the dusty pedestal fan on etc If you have slept through the noise of everyone walking the bare wood floor hallways you can go down for Breakfast Which is, water, tea and coffee, your choice of 4 cerials, frozen bread to toast yourself, and she offered to cook eggs, that's breakfast.

Worst hotel ever, never book
Room stuck no cleanliness and to top it of we walking in from diner and saw 6 cockroaches. Please dont waste your time. Book somewhere else.

Floor was gritty with sand. No air conditioning or circulating air. Bed was hard and on the point of collapse.

Breakfast starts at 7.30 and complaints
1. I was lucky to get breakfast at 7 on the first day but was told I could not have breakfast in the room though I paid for it when I booked as b/fast came with the room. On the second and third days I was not allowed to eat my breakfast in my $140 per night room! 2. The room is not secured as the window lock was useless and the window wooden frame was rotted and the glass was out of the frame 3. The bed slates were missing from the bed so your back side went into the missing slats. 4. The room was not cleaned, no soap provided on day 2 and 3. Fridge switched off when I got there (it was a very hot day). On days 2 and 3 the bed was not made. 5. For the price $140 per night, I would have expected air conditioning. 6. There was no adjustment for the blinds as the "strings" were broken. 7 Rating on this stay is a MINUS TEN for the high cost of the room, the broken bed slats and service! 8. I hope I can get some sort of refund for this stay.

Sad - but has potential
When you find reception you cannot get in... then you wait after ringing the doorbell several times. The lady that answered then organised my check in in a scruffy, little, untidy office. I was then directed upstairs to my room. This is a lovely old home that has been let run down and not loved as it should be. The entry to the room is by yale lock without a locking system on the back of the door. The bathroom is TERRIBLE. The seat with a view has a window that opens onto the street view without a lock on it. The glass does not meet the framework. The blinds are at all odds and ends there is NO presentation of the room whatsoever. On the upside the bed was surprisingly comfortable and the linen clean and fresh. The towels tho Sheridan are sad. NEVER going back.

Booked "family room" for my mother and uncle who were visiting their dying sister at Concorde Hospital. Their report: for family room, "ensuite" miniscule - so small they actually went down corridor to shower in communal shower. If they'd used it, the water from the shower would have gone all over sink, toilet etc Scungey - not well cleaned room or bathroom. Leaking toilet with small pool of toilet water re-accumulating on bathroom floor Photos make the place look significantly better than actuality. Mean service - only 2 sachets of instant coffee in room, no tea. When teabags requested, fistful of bags passed to my mother to put into room (no dish, ?clean hands) My family actually wondered whether it was actually a brothel or something... Ate breakfast in local cafe due to concerns re likely hygeine of kitchen.

Really old and unclean poor breakfast and bad facilities. Would look for somewhere different next time.
