I did a double take when I read this and strangely enough my finding's were somewhat different to yours for example I didn't see nor could i wipe any dirt from the corners of the window or shower, I pulled the kitchen blind down without any problem and the cord was clearly visible and so was the blind ??? Toilet seat has been fixed, sorry for the inconvenience had you dialed reception we could have fixed that in seconds. Thank you for the suggestion of Vinyl stick on tiles, bit tacky so we'll pass. Unfortunately we cannot control the Students or what time they choose to be quiet that's a them problem. Wishing you all the very best for your future.Kind Regards
