As we are a property management company and not a hotel each of our units only comes with one space as the building is residential. We appreciate that this strata regulation does not take into account the size and occupancy of the unit but we are happy that our team could assist you with access to alternative parking options. We are sorry that you found difficulty within the day lots, however there are many closer options than the day lots which our team outlined for you. We do find this somewhat surprising given that the photos of the condo itself are a true likeness of the unit itself and this unit was selected by you for your stay. We perform pre-arrival checks of the unit after the condo is cleaned, in order to ensure that the unit is fit for guests' arrival. We can confirm that the unit cleared this inspection free of dirt and dust as we would never wish you to stay in a unit that would cause dissatisfaction in this way. We hope that for future stays your host is made aware of any issues so provide them with the opportunity to resolve these for you whilst you are staying.

When we spoke it is clear to us that the travel agent who booked this for you did not pass on any of the pre-arrival information that we provided leading some confusion on your end. In future we would suggest booking your travel yourself so that you are the primary contact for any information that you may need. If you would like to book through a travel agent then provide us with your personal information so that we can contact you and not a travel agent.
