일단 하수가 냄새가 너무 심하구요 객실 냄새부터 먼저까지.. 너무 더럽습니다

So good
Location is so good. 10mims walk to kuta beach. Most amazing thing was a breakfast. So nice and different everyday. I loved it. But room was not good. Airconditional didnt work so i had to change room. Also i saw cockroaches in the room before change. New room didn have. Swimming pool also was so nice. I likehere a lot. Thank u!

하수구 냄새가 너무 심합니다.
다른사람들 후기에 하수구 냄새 이야기 했는데 저희가 들어간 방이 하수구 냄새가 너무 심했습니다. 방을 바꿔 달래서 방을 바꿨는데 그게 그거였어요. 어릴때 수학여행가면 볼수있는 유스호스텔 느낌이고, 조명이 어둡고, 화장실은 넓은데 무섭습니다.타일이 어두운 그레이 색이라서 전반적으로 호러영화에 나올법한 호텔이에요. 와이파이도 느리고 이제껏 갔던 호텔중에 최악입니다.

good: 직원들이 아주친절함 (데스크의 매니저만빼고), 객실이 아주조용함,문제대처 객실에문제가있어서 방을 패밀리룸으로 바꿔줬는데 오히려 더 불편했음 첫날 코넥팅룸을 잠궈놓은상태로 밤에급하게 바꿨는데 아무리찾아도 콘센트와 스위치가 없었음 방에 전화도 고장이었음 다음날 바로 데스크로 가서 해결함 수영장 사진보고 예약했던건데 실망도 너무실망함 특히 루프탑수영장... 그래도 객실은 가격대비 괜찮았음 (마지막 가격으로 싸게예약함) 정가로는 안갈듯.

성수기라 가격대가 살짝 높긴 했지만 딜럭스 테라스였지만 뷰가 수영장이 아니라 구석이라 살짝 아쉽긴 했지만 그래도 전체적으로는 좋았어요

Stay for 14 days. My second time there. Had no complaints about the hotel its old but have done renovations since l stayed there before. Its value for the money close to everything. Can hire scooter from hotel at $6.00 a day.

Great property for what you pay. The rooms are a little out dated but considering your not in the..for long it's fine. Our only problem was the aircon leaking in room and the wifi very weak

Smelly bathroom so bought our own air freshener. Swim up bar pool area was mouldy.Towels were stained. staff and service were the only positives. Hotel needs renovation

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERY!!! Health hazard, smells like mould, and a poor attempt at a perfume to hide it. Pool looks nothing like the images online. Had we stayed here I have no doubt my daughter would have ended up in hospital. Staff lied and said they would refund the stay, however have refused to. EXPEDIA has had a poor response and continue to list this hotel despite knowing the risk to patrons BEWARE

The staff were so beautiful and attentive The room had a wow factor when entering but had long full windows where people walked so couldn't open curtains The rooms by the pool are great but filled with smokers left it unpleasant to walk to the restaurant area Didn't like the idea of drinks in and around the pool for obvious issues Same with food plates

An Ok- Stay
Bathrooms were in a terrible condition. AC's smelled moldy. We changed rooms due to the AC smell which resulted in a slight improvement. Rooms did not feel clean. I felt more dirty leaving the bathroom than before i entered. Pools were pretty alright, and the location was very central and at the same time quiet. Breakfast were average. The personnel working there were absolutley fantastic. All them very service minded, smiling and in general good people. However, the facilities is in need for a refurbishing. Keep in mind that the hotel is 30+ years old.

Get what you pay for
Hotel needs a lot of maintenance it’s getting old. the water pressure and the cleanliness in the bathroom is disgusting. The staff are amazing and friendly. It’s a cheap hotel with great location.

予約していたプランと違う部屋を用意され、チェックイン時に「部屋が埋まっているのでごめんなさいね」というお知らせのみで代替措置なし。 （シングルベッド2つ✖️2部屋を取っていたのに、シングルベッド2つの部屋を1つとクイーンベッド1つの部屋を一つ） 15分くらいやり取りをしてやっとクイーンベッドの部屋にオプションベッドを入れてもらえた。 確かに屋上のプールは景色が綺麗だったが、部屋の設備もインドネシア感たっぷりで記載されているアメニティも置かれていないものがいくつもあり、日本から持ち込んだ海外対応のドライヤーを使うたびに部屋のブレーカーが落ちるなど、部屋の仕様は最低限しかない。 以前同金額で日本のビジネスホテルレベル程度の仕様のホテル（プール付き）に泊まったことがあったため、とてもがっかりした。リピなし。

Ground pool is easy to get in and out. Located near everything you want without a taxi. I stayed at many Bali hotels and this hotel is surprisingly good for the cost. Housekeeper very efficient. The only thing i didn't like is the TV. No English news channel or movie channel. I travel solo and like to have early nights sometimes.

We started with a room that the aircon was not working.The Staff did all they could to get us another room,they went out of their way to help us.Got another room aircon again not cool so we settled for a fan through the manager MR Bagus.He is such a pleasure to deal with the Owners of this Hotel needs to spend some money as it has deteriated soooo much and everyone working there are copping the unhappy travelers on a daily bases.I can say to ALL THE STAFF THANKYOU FOR ALL YOUR SMILES AND TO MR BAGUS THANK YOU. YOU HAVE A HUGE JOB AHEAD OF YOU EVERYDAY.TO EVERYONE FROM RECEPTION TO BREAKFAST TO ROOM CLEANING THANKYOU.nOT FORGETTING DEWI AND SITRA.

Friendly staff and service . Only one negative to write about the bathroom needs fixed as the water doesn't drain it stays in the bathroom and i think biy unhygienic. Overall very good .
