No body else has complained but we will thoroughly check the room.Rooms get rented daily if there was infestation we would have heard ,bugs do not discriminate .thanks for your input we will look into it.

if you leave the door open bugs are going to enter since the door open outside not in internal corridor so we can not stop that and it is summer'.thanks for your input

I do not know what service you expecting ,all we offer is on website and we are no frills motel.if it was terrible you could have come back right away and get your refund but you know you could not get that affordable hotel/motel in summer on weekend near Niagara Falls.We have lot of people who are satisfied but every one is entitled to their opinion.thanks for your input.
