La struttura è decadente! La stanza che ci hanno assegnato era piena di polvere (sono allergica) e con un condizionatore che immetteva nell’aria un odore nauseante di muffa. Dispenser per la doccia da 250 mL, anziché monouso. Cuscini ornamentali sbavati (si spera) e sporchi. Personale alla reception inesistente (eccetto Jean Paul) e maleducato. Piatto doccia sporco. Il pavimento del bagno presentava dossi nel rivestimento, per cui si inciampava e il mio compagno, inciampando, si è ferito il braccio dx sulla maniglia acuminata (un rasoio) riportando una ferita lacero/contusa di 20 cm sul braccio dx. Direttore inesistente, sia per il cambio della stanza che per l’incidente! Scarsa qualità del cibo, una mensa aziendale è meglio! Anche al ristorante il pavimento era quotidianamente unto! Il giorno di Ferragosto ho assistito ad uno spettacolo macabro: maialini da latte impalati a coppie, con i musetti vicini, impalati su spiedi piantati all’ingresso del ristorante, tagliati a metà, quale offerta sacrificale ai turisti, reminescent del secolo scorso! Scena che ricordava le leggende sul Principe Vlad l’Impalatore, a cui si ispirò Stoker per Dracula oppure dal film di Kubrick “Spartacus”. Dopo “un sogno in affitto” di Paola Marella, in cui sono mostrate le bellissime ville della Sardegna quale cornice per vacanze da sogno, potrei definirlo “un incubo a caro prezzo”, dove il peggio della Sardegna è riassunto in un’unica location: Hotel Village Chia Laguna, documentato da foto!

Sehr schön gelegene Hotel Anlage, ruhig und sehr nettes Personal. Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat: Keine Information im Hotelzimmer, dass nur auf den Boden geworfene Tücher ausgewechselt werden. Es wurden einfach alle ausgewechselt, bis ich dies am 2. Tag gemeldet habe. Ich finde der Umwelt zuliebe und Wasser ist sicher auch knapp auf der Insel, sollten Tücher nicht täglich gewechselt werden. Man kann doch gut 3 x Duschen mit einem.

OK hotel for families, rooms are very noisy
We stayed for 8 nights, it’s very much a hotel for families. The food at the buffet is very good (e.g. freshly prepared pasta and grill) and the beach is very nice (every 15min a hotel train takes you there). The kids club and staff are great and very friendly. The service in the buffet and the beach restaurant is friendly but not very attentive. The take-away food at the beach restaurant can have very long-waiting times (up to 1hour wait for 2 pizza). The rooms are a bit old (we had mould in the area above the shower), but worst of all you can hear every noise from the rooms next door (e.g. crying babies), so we had trouble sleeping. We complained twice at the reception but we were not offered a solution. Due to the very noisy room, we would not stay again.

The resort is good for families with lots of children around. We should have picked adults only resort. Staff is friendly but rather manic and the service is a little all over the place. Our room and our bed were good, but smelly drains. With half board package do expect to still pay for water and drinks - we were disappointed that there were no drinks included. Only coffee / tee for breakfast and some orange juice and water for dinner. Charging 3,50 euro for water at breakfast should be made a crime.

Ho soggiornato 13 giorni al Village, posso dire che e' molto sopravvalutato e veramente troppo caro per quello che offre. Struttura non nuova che non consiglio a coppie perche' principalmente alloggiano famiglie con bambini e durante la cena l'atmosfera diventa veramente caotica e rumorosa.Non tutte le camere sono vicine al ristorante e quindi non sono comode. La pulizia delle camere ha lasciato a desiderare in quanto per più giorni consecutivi nel balcone le donne in servizio nemmeno svuotavano il posacenere. Personale per la maggior parte gentile ma alla reception una addetta ad una richiesta di un accappatoio in camera, tra l'altro già da giorni chiesto è sempre con risposta che lo avrebbero portato, ha risposto che noi stavamo alloggiando SOLO in un 4 stelle e quindi non prevista.Una vergogna nessuno dovrebbe permettersi di dare risposte di questo genere facendo distinzione tra i clienti che alloggiano nella parte a 5 o 4 stelle. Servizio spiaggia ben fornito in quanto il trenino parte ogni 15 minuti dalla piazzetta centrale del villaggio. In questa piazzetta si trovano vari negozietti ma merita una segnalazione la signora che vende i giornali, sempre scocciata è maleducata di ricevere clienti ed ogni giorno se non ti presentavi con la cifra esatta ti rispondeva che dovevi andare a cambiarle i soldi perché lei non aveva cambio nemmeno di 20 euro. Cose da pazzi!! Buffet invece ben fornito e ottimo cibo. Bravo il piacevole cuoco!!!!consiglio Hotel Spartivento o Aquad

Bellissimo villaggio mia figlia entusiasta pulito e curato personale tutto cordiale e attento animazione giovane forse troppo .do un giudizio positivo a tutto escluso 2 cos'è uno la lontananza della camera che ci è capitata 2 abbiamo trovato nel nostro percorso il meeting unieuro e unondindentisti forse un po' troppo. Voglio sottolineare però la disponibilità dell hotel nel darci servizi migliorativi sopratutto il ristorante del laguna dove il cibo e di gran classe.

It's ok but not a 4 star
If you were expecting a 4 star you will be disappointed by the Village. If you just want a half decent place to stay then it's fine. The village rooms are in need in refurbishment, there isn't any room service and you will struggle to find any good food other than a very expensive ham and cheese sandwich between the hours of 12-7.30. If you want to stay at this resort stay at the hotel. It's above and beyond the Village or Oazi. The Village I would not recommend...

Great hotel near to a nice beach, good for kids
Had a lovely time at Chia Laguna with my wife and 3 year old daughter. The hotel itself is very nice with beautiful surroundings and great food in the restaurants. The weather wasn't perfect as we went at the start of May (warm but a bit windy) but we still had an amazing time. We enjoyed taking the train to the beach, which was beautiful, clean and not crowded due to the time of year. Our daughter had a great time at the Kid's Club every day and I must thank Jennifer, Anas and Giada for taking good care of Ria and making all the activities so much fun. We also did a couple of excursions and Nicola at the excursions desk was incredibly helpful. The Spa is great too!

We booked a room for couples only and found out on arrival that this did not mean couples only and was not an adult area. We had a screaming baby in the room next door which does not make for a relaxing holiday. It meant that singles could not book these rooms. They claimed to have satellite TV which was only news channels. the buffet was very hit and miss. we went for dinner at 8.30 on a few occasions only to be told there were no tables and to return half an hour later. On our return there were tables but no food that appeared edible apart from the pasta which was cooked fresh. When we complained to reception, there was no interest shown apart from telling us that we should go to dinner at 7.30 - with all the children - I don't think so. As there was nothing else in the immediate area it gave the resort to opportunity to charge exhorbitant prices for drinks!!!

Die Anlage bietet vieles. Die Abendunterhaltung war eigentlich gut gemacht aber schon kinderorientiert, für meinen Geschmack zu laut und müsste nicht jeden Abend sein. Man konnte sich zum Glück in eine anderes Restaurant verziehen. Die Beleuchtung im Aussenbereich des Selbstbedienungsrestaurant ist zu grell und blendet, dadurch ungemütliche Atmosphäre. Die Kleiderboutique hatte nur ein beschränktes Angebot. Essen recht gut.

All'arrivo ci è stato fatto un upgrade gratuito al resort 5 stelle. Semplicemente stupendo camera,struttura,mare,spa,ristorante, tutto al top ma soprattutto mai trovato un personale così eccezionale in nessuna altra struttura, a partire dal check in fino al check out. Complimenti a tutto lo staff e al manager che hanno fatto la differenza rispetto ad altre strutture.

Location da vero relax!
La struttura gode di una posizione ottima, in ogni angolo il giardino, la piscina e i giardini di ogni camera del Village, sono tenuti benissimo e c'è un profumo di fiori e piante meraviglioso, un vero godimento per un "naso" come il mio! Il personale della reception è genitlissimo così come la maggior parte del personale in generale: sono disponibili, sorridenti e simpatici, tranne l'addetto alla griglia che era molto indisponente. Complimenti invece alle ragazze del Bouganville, soprattutto Manuela, Margherita e Sara, sempre gentili, veloci e sul pezzo, brave! Le camere sono silenziose, ma l'insonorizzazione andrebbe migliorata perchè si sentono troppo i vicini. Sono anche un po' buie, mentre di mattina il sole arriva presto perchè le tende oscurano poco :-( Per il resto sono molto spaziose e ben arredate, i letti molto comodi, perchè non si affossano, ma i cuscini hanno un odore pessimo, nn capisco perchè negli hotel nn prestano attenzione a questo aspetto, basterebbe mettere più di una federa x manterli puliti! Ottima la colazione, dove c'è sempre di tutto e di più, e anche a cena c'è sempre una bella varietà di prodotti e pesce ogni giorno, peccato le vespe che arrivano ovunque e nn permettono di mangiare fuori e godere di un clima e un panorama spettacolare. Assurdo il ricarico sui vini, anche i locali, prezzi più che triplicati, Caralis,assurdo! Comodissimo il trenino che porta alla spiaggia, farei però l'ultimo alle h 20 per godersi un po' di più il tramonto!

This is our 5th visit and 1st since a major refurb and opening of new spa facility. Peacefulness, food, beach, staff and accommodation all excellent
