Hello Faris, I appreciate you taking the time to leave feedback however I am incredibly disappointed to see you leave us such negative feedback. I would firstly like to point out that the room you had been located was a Deluxe King Ensuite, furnished with one king size bed (not a single as you have stated). I must also inform you that we had located you correctly as per the reservation we had received from the agency.To our horror we had discovered that room descriptions being listed on particular OTA'S was not of a true identity to the rooms we have at our property, some of which were offering an extra bed. I must clarify that was not in any way an error on our side and following this discovery I have spent a lot of time liaising back and fourth with partners to rectify these mistakes immediately. I can absolutely understand and relate to your frustrations here, if you believe you are paying for a particular facility you would of course expect to receive it. My team work incredibly very hard to ensure guest satisfaction so as I'm sure you could also understand our disappointment, errors such as these are very damaging to our brand and reputationI would like to mention that the price you had payed for your stay was correct in relation to the room you had occupied. (No overcharges there)I would strongly advise that you do follow this up with the correct party.
