As for daily cleaning, since we are not a traditional hotel, we do not offer complimentary cleaning daily, but we do offer a one-time complimentary cleaning for stays that are 7 nights or longer. The front desk and our company, Churchill Suites, are separate entities and this building does not offer supplies or cleanings as we provide these directly with our guests. Since we are not a traditional hotel and this apartment is located in a residential building, there are times that issues do arise and we would certainly discuss anything like this with building management immediately and work toward resolving the issue. We could've and would've certainly sent the cleaners back to your apartment to re clean the floors and do apologize for your findings. We're not sure who you spoke with regarding extra toilet paper and we're sorry to hear this. Our customer service reps are generally a pleasure to speak with and are available 24/7 to answer any of your questions. We do our best to resolve any requests as soon as we receive communication to our Customer Service phone or 877 office number. We do offer complimentary welcome packets which generally provide all you will need during your stay with us and can provide any additional products upon request. Again, we're sorry for the issues you mentioned and hope to have an opportunity to host you again with a more pleasant outcome and experience as many of our guests have received in the past.
