Hi StaceSorry to hear about your unhappy here. we believe the both pool should be under maintenace just for a moment not for your whole stay. restaurant and bar were not on advertised on all of our website either since we changed service mid of last year. sorry for that. WIsh to see you next time with better service and facilities.

The swimming pool did require to be closed for a while due to maintenance and the tennis courts are not available at this time. The floor beneath you is a construction zone as we are renovating rooms. If you didnt have a lamp you should have come to reception & asked as we have spares for you

Hi Peter,Unfortunatley we are unable to control what happen when we are not on site, the after hours call center is to help if you have an emergency like lock yourself out of your room, If the other guests bothered you, we gave you a copy with the security companys number & local police. Our rooms are a little worn but as you can see we are slowly renovating & upgrading, thanks for the feedback

Hi Dominique, Sorry about the insects in your room, we had the motel sprayed only a few days before you arrived to try prevent this from happening, As for being the room close to the main road, if you kept both windows closed you shouldnt have heard any noise as they are sound proof, sorry you didnt enjoy your stay

Hi Meredith, thank you for your review, there should be handsoap and toilet paper in each room, if you asked the reception they would have given you the above items, as for the WiFi the signal depends on the weather and it was very windy when you were here. We are unable to control what our guests do when we are no longer on site, this was a wedding party who called the police on their own family as they were unable to control their alcohol, we are sorry for any inconvienience but the police matter was not the hotels fault
