Good place and kitchen
Very good place to shop grocery and something, Shopping center is located just across from hotel. Also kitchen is convenience to cook for meal even they serve continental breakfast.

넓고 쇼핑센터가 가까운 호텔
오래된 방 냄새가 좀 좋지 않았지만 넓은 공간은 마음에 들어요. 직원들은 그리 친절하지 않고 조식은 그럭저럭입니다. 가장 큰 장점은 동네가 조용하고 바로 앞에 매우 큰 쇼핑센터가 있다는 점입니다. 가격대비 추천합니다.

한적하고 주변에 갖춰져있는게많은 호텔, 마트등 각종 편의시설
그다지 큰 불편함은 못느꼇으며 가격 대비 좋은 곳으로 편가한다, 직원들 또 한 물어보면은 열심히 알아봐주고 하였으며 조식또한 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었다, 와이파이가 정말 잘되어 있었다.

냄새나는 숙소
오래된 가구에서 냄새가 났어요. 그 냄새를 가리려 향수를 뿌려놓은거 같았는데 두가지 냄새가 합쳐져 도저히 참기 힘들었어요. 하룻밤만 잤길 다행이었어요. 쓰레기통도 비워져 있지 않고. 저는 별로 점수를 주고 싶지 않습니다.

The place was horrible there was blood stains on my bed sheet. The noises from early morning are unbelievable.

This is a motel with a lot of heart but has seen better times. Nonetheless we enjoy the quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It’s a tired structure and might not meet some expectations but it meets ours. We’ll be back as amenities are all within walking distance and staff are welcoming. 😊

The lady staff wasn't welcoming & refused me a early check in at 2:30 pm, and no one was available at the front desk for check-in until 3:10 pm. I was given a disable room with a broken tv screen. NOT HAPPY! The rooms are kitchenet's & studios(curtains dirty with nasty brown stains on them), with stoves to cook your meals. And the heaters are noisy, they don't heat them completely to stay warm during the entire nights. Desk staff was in agreement with Expedia to refund fees for one day early checkout, but renege!

Affordable and clean.
This is an old style place with lots of room and quiet. It hasn’t been updated in a good while, so it isn’t fancy, but the beds are good and the place is super clean. The kitchens in the rooms make this already affordable place that much more affordable. The service is good and the parking is safe. I have been staying here for the last two years any time I come to town. For the price, it can’t be beat. And less than a block from Alameda Beach is a super bonus.

I would call the accommodations adequate only. There was noise above us from the rooms there, in the middle of the night and on and on. It was a clean room but somewhat tattered. Adequate.

I was completely dissatisfied., had to switch rooms. First room smelled terrible, smelled like wet carpet and animal urine. Second room the curtains didn’t close completely in the living room area neither did the heater work The televisions were from late 1990 to early 2000’s. For the price this room was unacceptable. One other thing it’s like renting a jail cell no company after 10, must turn car radio off when enter onto the property, must be extremely quiet or you forfeit your deposit. I will NEVER recommend this site to anyone..

Book under Dire Straits Only!
Perspective lodgers- book this hotel as your very last option. Dirty couches, rugs, brass lighting fixtures, horrific springy mattress, 1950 bedroom television. It is apparent that management is not interested in modern upgrades. 1 star. The Only positive is the size of the room and the kitchen is clean. Upon entering the feont door and exterior of the hotel, dirty, walkways, painting is well overdue. Please, do kot enter the dispicable filthy washroom, i am considering calling the health department--Filthy! I am appaled that any third party would offer this hot mess to the general paying public. Corral Reef Management--shame on you for not investing nor caring about the physical up keep and aesthetics of your less than acceptable jotel offering. One week later, i am in still in shock. I almost decided to just loose my non refundable payment and sleep in my auto. Lastly, clean or rather, purchase new furniture, too many stains and just filthy. Consumers, make this your very last alternative! I never write negative reviews, i never have a reason to. This hotle needs to close down while remodeling to at least 2000 standards.

I liked everything about the property. Walkable, groceries nearby and right across the way the beach. Not just the property, loved the staff, very professional, welcoming respectful, helpful also took their time to answer all the questions that I had. We checked in at 3pm on a Monday. Forgot the date! And her name😔The young lady who checked us in. So polite and took her time to answer all my questions and made us feel very welcome. As well as the housekeepers and maintenance. We stay for 6 days. I would like to thank the Coral Reef Team!!! *YOU ALL ROCK*My family and I had an Awesome stay!

In general, the whole property is neglected and dirty. Halls and stairs carpets are very dirty (stairs carpet is very worn out). Room carpet was in a little better physical condition, but still dirty or stained. Room furniture looked like purchased from a thrift store, worn out and scratched. The curtain had holes in it. At least the beds and the bathrooms were clean and the place was quiet both nights. I would have gotten the same room at a lower rated hotel for just a portion of what I paid there.

The room where we was at was terrible. Some areas of the floor of the room were making noise when it's being stepped on, the roof keeps making noises that it distracted us from sleeping. This place just needs to be upgraded.

Really great budget property for visiting friends and family in the area. Dtwn Oakland is only 5-10 mins away depending on traffic. Unlike other larger chain hotels, housekeeping stops by daily to check in if you need service or to refresh towels. The front desk staff is kind and helpful as well.

I liked the location of this property. There are things to do within walking distance. Also, the front desk, while not particularly friendly, did provide what we needed, including a request for additional towels. The Continental breakfast was below average, opffering only pre-packaged pastries, and no non-dairy creamer for the coffee.

It was a quiet location, but that may be because we checked in about 8:00pm and left at 9:00am. I requested to be on the bottom floor of the MAIN building where the office is because my 97-year-old mother was traveling with me and she can't walk very far and she absolutely cannot go upstairs. The clerk I spoke to early on check-in day said she would note it in my file. When I checked in, a different clerk didn't see any notes in the file. At first he was going to charge me an extra $30!?!? When I refused and said the earlier clerk said all he had to do was check the notes as she would see that I got the location I requested! Then he called her, supposedly, and he STILL gave us a room WAAAAAY out in back in a different building, which had a LOT of walking for my mom! We were NOT HAPPY AT ALL!! The neighborhood is NOT SAFE and there are shady people hanging around the area all night long and we did not feel safe. Its VERY SCARY!! It was a HORRIBLE experience!!
