I stayed on the first floor, it was noisy sometimes out in the hallway, other then that it was a decent place to stay. They had a good breakfast. They don't freshen up your room for you if you stay multiple nights unless you request it.

Cleanliness disappointing- only cleaned rooms every 3rd day of stay. No clean towels, coffee, or toiletries. Breakfast was good.

Thank you for staying with us at the Country Inn & Suites in Lincoln, NE. I am sorry to hear that our hotel did not meet expectations. We have moved to stay over service every 3 days to save water and be environmentally friendly as part of new green initiatives. We understand that this can be inconvenient and new. We will take this into consideration.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool as our granddaughter came and swam. The pool was nice and clean. Our room was nice. We enjoyed the breakfast!

The rooms were not very clean at all. Had reservations for a suite but when arrived they said there weren’t any available. Thankfully they ended up giving us 2 rooms but still not worth what it cost to stay there. Carpets needed vacuumed and countertops and bedding were not clean.

Spa tub did not function. Heating unit ran inordinately and didn't respond to wall thermostat despite maintenance taking a look at it.

Winter Escape
We had a great weekend! The hotel is ready for updating but our room was clean and the attached restaurant, Villa Amore, was outstanding! We ate there three times during our stay as the temperature outside was below zero. The front desk staff were friendly and check in was smooth. Breakfast was very good. The lady taking care of it was so friendly and kept everything stocked and the surfaces wiped and neat. It was a great get-a-way on a snowy, bitter cold weekend!

The bed not very comfortable the shower had some hair in general the rest of the room was clean the hotel is a little old needs a remodeling the excellent breakfast and the lady of the kitchen Always aware of having everything clean very good service in the breakfast area. The hotel is fine for a short time.

The parking lot had multiple junk cars with flat tires that had obviously not been moved in some time.. The hot tub was out of order the entire time. Pillows and bedding were inadequate.

I really liked the property. The staff was very kind and helpful and the premises was nice, neat, and clean. My bed was super comfy. My room was cold but I could easily adjust the thermostat. My only real complaint is that all 3 days that I was there, there were dark brown bananas in the breakfast bowl. Everything else at breakfast was FANTASTIC.

Overall, a nice hotel. Staff is outstanding. Room left something to be desired. There was something that was splashed on the wall by the bed that has never been cleaned and the carpet was pretty stained as well. Walls must be very thin, we were on the second floor and we could hear people downstairs talking at 4am.
