There was a restaurant and bar and nice lounge. Evening Staff (6:30pm) was exceptionally nice, friendly and helpful!

Crushed up hot Cheetos on the floor, crumbs in the bed and empty water bottles under the stand I made a complaint to the front desk before I left they said somebody would get in touch with me but never did it’s going on a week

Nice hotel, convenient to shopping malls, easy to get to. Nice little Bistro in lobby. Neat and clean with friendly helpful staff. Pleasant rooms with comfortable beds. I have stayed here 3 0r 4 times recently. Will go back again.

Work Stay
Staff was very friendly, the gym and facility was very clean and inviting. The room was perfect, very large and comfortable. The only down fall was the man snoring in a room near by. I heard him all night.

There were several things broken in our room that appeared to have been that way for some time. The hinge on the microwave cabinet was broken, a plastic lampshade was broken and taped several times, a USB charging port was broken. In addition the room was dirty. Hair and debris on the floors and in the shower.

Excellent!
The room was clean, inviting and very comfortable. The firepit was a bonus on a cold evening. We found the staff very welcoming and friendly, especially Stephanie on Reception, and Lora and Saba in the Bistro. Thank you Stephanie, Lora and Saba! We will definitely return to this hotel and also recommend it to our friends.

We enjoyed our stay there. The hotel suited our needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They even gave us a goody bag each with water, chips and a cookie. Everything was very nice, not a single complaint. Will definitely stay there again.
