멋진 풍경과 조용한 휴식
피지에 6년째 거주하면서 크고 작은 리조트를 많이 이용했는데 의외에 반전이 있는 멋진 리조트였네요. 성인전용이라 매우 조용합니다 시설은 오래 되었지만 관리가 잘 되어 있는 편입니다. 작지만 이쁜 수영장. 무료카약. 매우 간단한 조식. 오후에 제공되는 무료 차와 머핀. 모든것이 가격대비 만족합니다 무엇보다 리조트 입구 정상에서 바라보는 바다풍경은 최고입니다.

Very peaceful and tranquil, very old property that has been well maintained/upgraded through the years. Not many menu choices for 3 or more days. Extra cost for breakfast items not on buffet line (toast, cereal, fruit). 30 kilometers to ATM's other food/grocery. Only a hot water maker in cabin (Acceptable as there could be major bug issue with cooking/food in cabins). 3 kilometers off main road on occasional steep/blind 1-lane road. Challenging for firsttime island visitor. Staff absolutely great. A very delightful stay otherwise.

All five of us absolutely loved the location, very beautiful. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. The kitchen department on the other hand needs a major haul. For the 2 nights spent at this resort there was not a single meal that we enjoyed. Barely made it half way through a meal. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Somehow the second night dinner was worse than the first. The chef needs to go back to school or change profession. Speaking to the manager about the quality of food didn't help in any way, no idea how to deal with the situation. Definitely first and last trip to this beautiful location.

Be careful before book.
Firstly, pick up from the road was an hour late. Then room wasn't ready when we arrived there. No towels in the room and bed sheet was dirty. No upgrade has been since we last visited 20 years ago. Toilet doors don’t have a lock. Ant and insect problem in the room. The sheets are re-used which is very old or torn. Not enough towels. With no vacancy at the venue, there was only one kayak to share and they ran out of snorkeling gears. Food per meal is quite expensive and you don’t have much choice as the nearest town is about 30 mins away. Not worth the money we spent The only positive thing is the staff have been amazing. I don’t think I will ever go back again at this venue.

Crusoe's Retreat is a 2-hour drive from Nadi Airport with shuttle options available. The resort had a fantastic common space, free wifi, free breakfast, pool, hot tub, pool towels, kayaks, and snorkeling, in addition to daily activities that provide an immersive experience into Fijian culture. The resort is one of the oldest so could use some updates to some of the infrastrucure such as loose deck boards around the pool, and not all rooms have air conditioning, but it's the staff and the experiences that really make the stay worthwhile. The friendly staff were kind and caring and treat guests like family. The food was worthy of a 5 star restaurant.

Lovely and unspoiled. It was very quiet but it was great to disconnect from technology and just snorkle, relax and hang with my kids. The property does not have all the flash mod cons but it was amazing to be there. The food options were limited but the meals were good. We had fun playing on the broken pool table and all the staff were wonderful.

Without doubt one of the best panoramas we have ever had in a resort. The views are breathtaking, simply a delight for the eyes. However, the resort is tired, dated and in desperate need of updating. We found the cost of meals exorbitantly expensive and to add injury to insult we were charged 10 Fijian $ for two eggs as they were not available on the breakfast menu. Evening meals were in the range of 30/40 Fijian and the choice was limited. (eating out is not an option here due to the resorts isolated location) We moved three times during our stay as in the first instance, we were advised our room had been booked for the following day. Our second location proved to be so noisy due to loudspeakers being played from 8.00am to 2.00am and after several complaints to staff and a discussion with the manageress, we were moved to our third location which was better. Consequently we lost 4 days out of 10 through noise and having to move rooms. Be aware of the incessant noise of music being played over a boom box which we personally found so intrusive. (We did receive a 'complimentary meal' for the inconveniences we suffered.) Most of the staff @ Crusoe's are friendly and helpful but we were perplexed and incensed that our initial complaints about the 'music' went unheeded. I would recommend any prospective guests consider taking their own snacks and drinks with them.

The property was very secluded, beautiful location, we walked to the Wellsley hotel next door and none of the the rooms have a view all of our rooms did, and wellsley is a 4 star and more expensive. staff was friendly. food was OK, breakfast OK nothing exceptional.

The beach was full of crabs. The sight of crabs all over the seashore is rare these days. Beach was very clean too

The location was lovely,very peaceful and quiet. The beach front location and views from bure were stunning. Staff were friendly funny and accommodating. The bure was functional with clean sheets and towels plus coffee tea making facilities. Overall a lovely location with highlights like evening gamesand entertainment. However food and menu lacked variety and options.

I loved this place! The staff were so welcoming, friendly, helpful, fun and accommodating. It was awesome to be next to the village and to also be off the main road and secluded. The tour options were good, the on site activities were great, the food was yummy and the bures were very comfortable. It was sad to leave and I would go back in a heartbeat!

Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Very good room. Was no phone or internet coverage in room. Therefore no communication in case of emergency etc. A lot of wooden decking rotting and not secure.

Good activities, not so much for the rooms
The views were amazing, location was easy to get to but not so much once it was dark as its down a long unlit road. The food and drinks were a bit expensive and the showers, although a double, had limited hot water, even when only using one and the pressure wasn't great. The hotel itself was amazing, very picturesque. We were able to borrow kayaks and snorkelling gear, heaps to see.

I like the quietness. Just relax and enjoy the morning walk by the beach or take a morning swim. Continental breakfast is basic mostly Carbs. I wish they could add boiled egg for protein.

The resort is set in a beautiful cove with easy access to the coral lagoon. The kayaking was fabulous. Some of the staff, particularly the male members, were so welcoming and pleasant. We had booked a deluxe bure but were given a standard one. We were told it was not possible to change it. However, following a couple of nights with a roudy group partying into the early hours, we were moved. The first room was dirty and cramped. Because of the layout, my husband slipped in the shower and cut his head which delevoped a sepsis. Also, we had to share the first room with a rat and a mongoose who were living in the beams. The second room was better and cleaner, but some of the staff would smoke at night behind the bure which was unpleasant. The food and drinks were overpriced and very poor. The breakfast was basic, unhealthy and limited. We really wanted to like the resort because the Fijian staff were working so hard trying to make it work. However, there were too many negatives.

This was my second trip to Cruseo’s in a year so I knew what to expect. It’s a lovely laid back place there the staff are attentive and the facilities and food are ok. For the price I would happily visit again for a chilled time.

The cocktail bar right on the waterfront with stunning sunset views was unforgettable. The staff are very friendly and the food was excellent. The facilities don’t disappoint either. A hot spa after a long snorkel on the coral reef next to the resort was most enjoyable! I will certainly be coming to stay again when I return to Fiji next year!

Crusoes is correct in that you leave as a friend. Staff were awesome. Lovely location right on the beach with as much or as little as you want to do. Food is expensive and not fabulous and alcohol expensive. So take your own snacks and get some duty free alcohol and you will be sweet. This resort is quite off the beaten track which is part of its attraction. Small village next door which interacts with resort with is great. Accommodation is cheap compared to other resorts but our 7 night stay was fantastic. Bulla.

The accomodation was superb. The staff were genial and cooperative. If there was a downside it was being parked in (the only car in this predicament) as we had th leave by 5.30 am… The security nightshift manager snapped to attention and solved the issue… Awesome stay..💝

Crusoe's is a lovely option if you want quiet and secluded. The grounds are lovely, there's a pool and hot tub, perfect when it's rainy and the views from the bures on the hill is majestic.

We have a delux burrs. Right near the ocean. Loved every minute of it. The food was delicious and fresh and so quiet. If your looking for a quiet place with no noise pollution and many tourists this is for you. They had buffet means twice while we were there. We did one night but the second night my husband asked if we could have grilled fish and chips and salad and they happy to do this. Food peices are the same everywhere we went. So we didn’t find it overly expensive. Our bed was so soft and comfortable. The best sleep I’ve had in a long time. We came as strangers and left as friends Ana was lovely and inino.

Booked & paid for a deluxe Seaview room & were put in standard Seaview room …. Staff said nothing until I asked - not moved, had to argue for a $70FJD discount on check out. Room very basic…. Lots of ants on ceiling, dripping tap, Shelving not clean, cobwebs, dirt, water backs up in shower, 2 coat hangers not enough - these standard rooms really need a revamp. Breakfasts - very basic … we paid extra to have some eggs. Dinners were nice - lovo, lasagne Staff on food service lovely Free 10 minute massage …. Beautiful Evening entertainment - nice, but MC loud & entertained the guests that were loud. Prefer a quieter resort & Wesseley next door closed $15 for a bottle of water - make sure you bring your own from the shops on your way through

This is a very nice and quiet place to be away from the busy schedules of life. We stayed here with our family and the staff were amazing...very friendly. The view is spectacular and different activities each day. The welcoming and the farewell song - just so emotional. We love the place and the view is so amazing.

Overall a great experience. It looks like some upgrades are occurring, which is encouraging. This stay is a little gem that really shines in the hospitality department. Staff are congenial, the offshore snorkeling is great, and it was a perfect place to land after a long-haul flight to Fiji. I’m looking forward to returning!

Staff were always happy. Treatments ( facial, pedi and manicure were excellent). Housekeeping went the extra mile with fresh flowers in our room. Breakfast was included and was comprehensive.

Snorkelling in front was good. Staff fabulous. Spa nice. Meals very good. Note that there are a lot of steps especially if you are in the upper bures. No air con in upper units but louvered windows and fan quite acceptable. Had to sign an agreement that you wouldn’t bring your own alcohol to resort including your own room!

Staff were amazing. Overall the place was lovely but could have some improvements. 1. Needs an atm machine. We had no idea how far from town we were and how to get money. 2. Needs a few more supplies in the activities dept. we couldn’t get 2 pairs of fins for snorkelling one morning as one adult size pair was already being used. There should be enough equipment for several people to join in activities at once. The staff were most helpful and friendly in all regards. They did their upmost to make everyone feel welcome. Thank you.

The property is old and set apart from main roads and crowds. The upgrades makes it a quiet place to get away from it all. The easy access to the beach and friendly village next door adds to the appeal. Staff are experienced, friendly and genuine. Food was much better than expected, especially when picked from blackboard menu with fresh fish and market produce.
