Emailed to check in, completed check-in, and was explained I would get a digital key and could go straight to the room. Had been up to travel since 2 am EST was tired and just wanted to go to the room. Never received the digital key, and had to go through the check-in process after waiting for the concierge to finish the conversation with the crew on the walkie-talkie. I have checked into Hilton properties numerous times without having to stop at the desk, received my digital key, the hotel has been paid for the room, incidentals, and no damage. Not a huge fan.
