르당섬으로 가는 선박이용이 편리한위치
위치는 사반다르 제티까지 도보 5-8분으로 아주 편리합니다만 객실청결도나 시설은 기대에 못 미칩니다. 하지만 저녁에 도착해서 아침 일찍 선착장으로 이동을 위해서 잠만 자고 가는 정도라면 이용하기에 적당한 저렴한 호텔입니다.

This hotel is not suitable for family as the room is so small for 4 people to be cramped into one room. No elevator provided and very unsuitable for elderly especially if you stay in level 2. No window provided, thus 4 people staying in the room is suffocating. Sound proof is also bad. You can also hear every word from the next room, abd it turns bad when people talk too loud and baby cries... The worst part is bad smell coming from the toilet. Even though the toilet is clean but the smell is so terrible, may be due to lack of ventilation. The only good thing about the hotel is the location which is in the centre of town.

No Water Supply
For the 2 days we stayed in this hotel, we had problem with the water supply. First day, we were lucky as water stop supplying only after we showered. We informed the staff and left for tour around the city. Came back late afternoon was told that the men still fixing the water pipe, so had to wait about 15 mins before able to use the toilet again. 2nd day, it happened again in the late morning but they fixed it again. However staffs were helpful, friendly and polite.

Good location and value for money!
This hotel is just a stone throw away from Pasar Payang and Chinatown. You can also walk to the bus terminal to take the tourist bus to Crystal Mosque, Terengganu Museum, Floating Mosque, etc. Very affordable price, which makes it suitable for people transitting from/to nearby Redang/Lang Tengah/Perhentian island. The only bad thing is that there is no elevator in the hotel. You have to carry the luggage yourself.

Good cost performance
Convenient location for spending time We stayed in this hotel just to take a rest for 5 hours in order to wait for flight, therefore we selected cheaper price. It was good hotel for cheaper price and there are some eating and shopping places.

Central location
The welcome was great, the staff were great. The only drawback was the size of the bathroom which was miniscule and almost impossible to wash at the wash basin. The location was good, close to the bus station, the market and China Town.

Budget good hotel
Booked a family room with 2 Queen beds. It's a budget and good room. You have to pay for your carpark from 8am to 6pm (60sen hourly). Location was awesome. Walking distance to Shahbandar jetty (Redang island), Pasar Besar Kedai Payang and few minutes drive to Batu Burok Beach, Tamadun Islam and Trengganu State Museum.

You get what you pay.
Poor maintenance. Room not cleaned properly. Bathroom and room light too dim. Family room too cramped. Check in and out swift. Near to tourist attractions, Pasar Payang and Chinatown. No lift. Smoke smell in non smoking room.

room new but with noisy tenants
Staff send me to new building coz out of room. New building no staff around, only cleaning worker clean up room. Room not big, but still ok for me. The room very new and facilities good, but bedsheet not clean enough, skin felt itch. At night, got a big families with a lots kids (i think got 3 rooms) making a lots of noise, a lots of children run around shouting,streaming,knocking the door around the corridor, and the adults also smoking, drinking beer, talking loudly too. Call to main branch complaint for 3 times, no body come over to settle the problem. Lastly after 3 hours that i cannot stand with the noise and my whole families cannot sleep too, i went out and tell them to slow down their voice.

Great Central Location
Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean. A short walk to Chinatown, waterfront markets, old fort and bus terminal. I would stay here again.

hotel in the city centre
flexibility at check in time and the room facilities is awesome they provide u with mini bar fridge, safe box, hair dryer , water heater, flat screen tv and astro as well. the bed is a hotel standard bed and they provide towel as well so far the stay here is comfortable and convenient because it closed to the bank restaurant and many other shops

One of the best stays in Malaysia for the price

Nice hotel near pasar payang
Overall was okay, comes with hair dryer, water heater all the things, but the toilet is not that good, quite dirty, and you can smell the smokes. Dont know where it comes from. Good job and please improve!

Security the hotel need to be improved.
There is an outsider knocking my room door in the middle of night. Im sure that he is not the room service personel. He might be knocking a wrong door, because he leave notes saying that a person call him to come to do some sort of 'service'. I'm a bit dissatisfied on the hotel security because they let the outsiders to come in and out of the hotel premise easily.

The hotel didn't have cafe as stated on my itinerary but there was a very good place opposite where the food was very good. Also hotel needed a lift as lots of stairs even to just floor 1

good service and great location.
Originally room booked was too small for the 4 of us but they upgraded us to a bigger room for a small fee. We were happy with the room and they were very nice and helpful. We would definitely come back again. It's near Chinatown and the pier.
