호텔방이 넓고 좋았음. 물 두병과 맥주 두병이 매일 공짜. 작은 주방도 있어서 간단한 요리 가능. 바로 아래층에 식료품 가게있어서 물 등 간단한 식료품 및 생활용품 구메 가능. 지하철이 멀어서 대중교통 여행객에게는 약간 불리함. 조식이 나름 훌륭함. 지하에 세탁실이 있어서 이용가능. 건조기도 있음. 방에서 말리려고 했는데. 세탁물을 걸만한 곳이 없음. 무료로 사용 할 수 있는 테블릿 피씨와 스마트폰 같은 것이 있는데 요즘 스마트폰이 다들 있어서 크게 유용하지는 않음. 강 바로 앞에 있어서 아침에 산책하기 좋음

훌륭한 호텔
훌륭한 호텔이었다. 호텔 로비와 방에 걸려있는 그림들도 인상적이었다. 오리지날 회화와 판화들이었다. 청소 상태도 세심하고 께끗했다. 무엇보다도 친절한 호텔 종업원들에게 받은 인상은 이번 뮌헨 여행에서 기록할만하다.

Good value for money, decent rooms and nice service. Because of internet connectivity issues, I would not stay there again. The Wifi on my first floor room was so weak that it did not show up most the time. Cell phone coverage was only usuable with an open window. Perfect for a digital detox. Otherwise, not.

Vriendelijk personeel en prima kamer. Eigenlijk een in alle opzichten zeer goed hotel. Minpunt is dat de kamer bijna niet koel te krijgen is (en dat in januari). Wel hierover iemand van de staf geïnformeerd, maar met onvoldoende resultaat.

Besser ein anderes Hotel wählen!
Maisonette Zimmer abgewohnt und völlig überhitzt. Klimaanlage funktioniert nicht, trotz mehrfacher Hinweise. Möbel abgewohnt, nur Badewanne mit hohem Einstieg als Dusche, Bad dreckig und wurde nicht richtig gereinigt. Personal unwissend und unfreundlich. Daher ist es wohl Pflucht, alles direkt bei Anreise im Voraus zu zahlen.

The property is an average older place, needs updating, and is not in the best of repair. The best part of the hotel are the saunas. All three of them. Three!! The room I was assigned reeked of smoke. As in old, in the walls and floor smoke, not like the room that had recently been smoked in. The nice lady at the front desk attempted to move me, but the other options were no different. Speaking at the front desk, the only person that is remotely concerned with assisting guests and taking care of customers is the lady. All the men are not helpful at all. Also, be aware that the rooms have down pillows and duvet, and it takes a fight with the staff to get anything else. The TV didn't work. The kitchenette, and range top did not work so I was unable to actually heat any food. And I gave up trying to get the front desk to do anything after asking four times.

Good location for Octoberfest. Hotel room was nice and quiet. Close to bus stop for getting to Hbf. Grocery store is located right next to the hotel.

Great hotel and restaurant
This is a wonderful hotel that is conveniently located a short taxi ride from the Munich train station. The property is inviting and very well priced for what you get. I would absolutely stay there again.

Das Hotel mag von der Ausstattung her ein 4-Sterne-Hotel sein, aber nicht vom Standard. Es wirkt veraltet. In den Lampen sind noch Energiesparlampen drin, welche beim Start flackern. Wenn man in der Suite nachts die Treppe runterwill, ist das nicht ungefährlich. Das Frühstück ist einfach, das Personal überfordert oder es waren noch Auszubildende. An der Rezeption wusste das Personal nicht, wo man die München Card erwerben kann. Normalerweise schreibe ich keine negativen Bewertungen, aber hier liegt soviel im Argen, dass es sich nicht vermeiden lässt. Restaurants, Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. In kurzer Zeit ist man in der Innenstadt. Der Hauptbahnhof ist ohne Umsteigen mit dem Bus zu erreichen.

This hotel is awesome. Perfect for visiting downtown Munich, Oktoberfest, or the river area. The hotel has a very good breakfast option, paid laundry service and even spa/massage (you need to make appointments ahead of time). The staff is very helpful. Would stay here again!

We had such a lovely experience. The airlines lost all of our luggage and the staff were truly so kind and were as helpful as they could be. The room, by European standards, was very well-appointed. We loved having the sleeping loft and the downstairs living area. The only thing that dampened things a bit is that the bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were pretty flat. A minor issue overall, though. The location is perfect - it’s tucked away in a quaint part of the city within walking distance to everything. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room was pretty good. Staff was helpful to some extent; some more than others. Also, while some staff appeared to try to be helpful, they were not always very informed. Also, the laundry facilities and arrangements were stupid beyond belief.

Loved that it had air conditioning. Stayed here for Oktoberfest. Not a bad walk, about 20 minutes. Surprised how quiet it was at night even with it being Oktoberfest time
