The property looked good from the outside but the inside need work. The ceramic tile was missing the mortor so they would move when you walked on them. The furnace to some time to warm the room up. And the ceramic tile in the bathroom was also loose. The front door had looked like it was kicked in at some point also.

We love staying at Sonesta Suites when we travel but this property has went down hill in the past 3 years. When we arrived we were greeted with condos that had laundry handing all over the balconies and their trash cans over flowing. We overlooked that because we really like Sonesta suites. The lady at checkin was very nice. On our walk to the room we were greeted with a steady flow of cigarette butts that led our way down the sidewalk. We had to go to the front desk to ask for 2 hand towels for drying our hands. The room appeared clean but is in serious need of a deep cleaning and not just a 15 maid service. The bathroom fan has very visible mold all around it and the dust buildup on the door casings and baseboards is in my opinion ridiculous. During the night we were awaken to a nice little departure argument of “F*** you and F*** you back.” Hum. The surrounding area has started to bleed over to this hotel and it’s not my cup of tea. That atmosphere may be pleasing and fine for some but just not us. This place has SUCH potential with a little tweaking. The lady at check out was professional and nice.

The business next door (over wooden fence) was noisy and the guests next to us had left several cigarette butts on the stairs. Other than that my son and I agreed it was a wonderful home away from home. Very nice staff!

The suites are not as nice as the pictures would make you think. They are definitely not worth $186/night. The carpets were stained, and we could feel holes in the floor under the carpet. There was a huge gap at the top and bottom of the door. The staff was very friendly, but the suites were subpar.

We were there for 10 days and They were supposed to clean our room after 7 and never did. They told us to put dirty towels outside and they would get them, they sat there for 3 days before someone got them. An alarm kept going off in our room the last night and we couldn’t reach the front desk at all so we had to figure out how to turn it off ourselves. Showers didn’t drain and the faucets were falling off. And the room had a weird stench in it the entire time.

Great hotel, could have been a bit cleaner. The room was a little dusty and there was a tree in the back of the property with trash in it. But we were warned ahead of time that housing keeping was short staffed. Rooms were spacious, everything worked, and nice and quiet. Great place for a family vacation especially with large families. I would definitely stay again.

Wonderful week here
Honestly everything was perfect, staff is kind, the rooms are covid compliant and the bed was comfy as could be! The only thing is if your in the first 2 buildings 16, 17, parking is a little spread but it wasn’t really a major issue. Still plenty on parking just maybe not in front of your building. 10/10 would recommend

Affordable and comfortable!
I had stayed at Sonesta in Albuquerque the night before and noticed that this location wasn’t as clean or comfortable. BUT, I’m sure I would have been just fine if I hadn’t been in the other one the night before.

Great, comfortable place to stay
We are local, and stayed here for a week when our pipes froze during the 2021 winter storm. They were accommodating of our cats, which was a must. Our suite had a full kitchen which made our longer stay so much more comfortable and allowed us to stay in off the roads. Will be our go-to place to stay again under similar circumstances. It was warm, and the free WiFi was strong and allowed us to work from “home” and stream a lot of movies and tv while we were snowed in. It was really a home away from home.

Thanks for your review, Steven. The last claim we received for bugs, we did have Ecolab come out and inspect and they were unable to find any evidence of such thing. Management very professional and attentive to the client needs and the facility and ground where actually clean, compared to other facilities in the area that I fortunately had to experience. My choice of place for extended stay in the Oklahoma City area.

Had a HUGE list of things taken from the room. Including two school computers so the boys missed a week of school. No answers as to how they were able to get in. Disappointed that no one cared or tried to help. Staying here cost me about $4,000

My sincerest apologies that this happened to you DW and that you feel we did not care that this occurred. We in fact did, I assure you we never want something like this to happen to any of our guests. The lock interrogation was completed and it was uncovered that the door was left open. I did what I could to work with the young residents the following morning in locating their items and I hope they were able to locate them with the help of the local police department. I wish you nothing but happy and safe travels. Again, my sincerest apologies.

I have stayed here more times than I can count. It is always consistent. The rooms are clean. The beds are very comfortable. The advantage of a complete kitchen is wonderful.

The property itself was fine, just a few issues. The first issue was the trash dumpster. It was totally full and overflowing. Unfortunately our room was right in front of the dumpster so each time we came and went, it was a definite eyesore. Plus there were cats roaming through the trash on the ground and it smelled. We also found an old bag of trash in the closet in the kitchen by the fridge. We couldn’t even take it out to the dumpster because it was so full. Housekeeping only comes once every 7 days so we had pizza boxes, diapers and other misc trash but no where to put it. The room itself was fine. Plenty of room and space for the 7 of us. The beds are very comfortable and it was great having a second bathroom and heating/cooling unit in the loft. There was a fairly large red stain on the floor in front of the bed upstairs that kinda creeped me out. But the worst thing was the pair of underwear hanging in the loft window that I didn’t discover until our last day. I have no idea how long it had been there but it was disgusting. We will stay here again but I will inspect the room prior to settling in. The staff was very helpful despite the issues we had. We decided not to get breakfast from the hotel so I have no idea what the to-go breakfast was like.
