My room had no heat. Freezing. The sheets were stained. The towels hanging in the bathroom had mud stains.

There are long term tenants, in particular the ones beside us stayed up literally all night there was frequent arguing, slamming of things in the room, frequent slamming of door from 11pm all the way until 7am nonstop. Upon leaving the room at 715am the male who appeared to be under the influence of some type of substance accompanied by multiple torn trash bags of clothing yelled across the parking lot while cussing told me to watch out they woke up with bugs all over them. Our room in particularly was in disrepair... furniture carved on with knives, heavily stained sheets and comforters leading my children to ask me if they had been washed, evidence of prior bed bugs, no live ones seen, but after all said ive treated myself, children and all belongings for bedbug exposure and my vehicle to prevent bringing them home or spreading while we were away. There was no tissues, no handsoap, no rails left in bathroom for towels as theyve been destroyed, the shower curtain was heavily soiled, the toilet seat was almost torn off. The room appeared to have been straighted but not cleaned. For someone who has low standards of cleaniness, stays up all night, is not concerned regarding bed bugs or bedbug exposures, and not concerned if their children is exposed too, endures or lives un those conditions or environmental standards... this place is fine. But if you as an adult dont want to experience this and my personal opinion is this place isnt kid friendly at all. I wouldntstayhere

Not so healthy
Location was great but the door wasn’t the door looked as if there was a gap from being forced open the air unit was dirty, as well as the room itself. The bed was very very hard. Can not say I will stay again, but I guess I got what I paid for right.

Room needed to be cleaned. Very dusty. Tiolet didnt want to flush. Dead bold was missing from door. Smoke alarm was hanging from ceiling. I have alergys.

Continental breakfast is cursory. Driveways are on a blind curve, so always exit on the downhill one to get maximum visibility. Staff is friendly.

Staff polite but seemed overwhelmed (we were the 2nd check-in of 2). Room was tired, but clean; property overall rundown and dirty; despite advertising (& therefore paying for it) breakfast, there was none. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Parking was close to room with outside entrance. Room was adequate. NO BED BUGS. Bed comfortable. Breakfast nothing to write home about. Coffee, mini muffit, toast with jelly. Enjoyed the stay

Total Disgust!!
We pulled in the parking lot to see people hanging outside the rooms and running around barefoot. They obviously lived there. We pulled in on bikes and people watching as we pulled in. We were very nervous about leaving motorcycles outside that tjey would not be there in the morning. The office stunk of mildew. I called Hotels . Com to cancel the reservation and the guy at the desk called manager and said cancel and card would not ne charged. It was charged. I called back to Hotels . Com and they would not refund my money. I never saw the room but can imagine what it looked like. Went across the highway to Quality Inn which was amazing. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!

The Continental Breakfast did not exist. The lobby was not lit and uninviting. If they have breakfast served, you could not tell by just looking around. The room was very clean and prepared for guests. The desk area, however, needs to have an easier access to a power supply for computers.

Disappointing......
Very dated interiors and the room door barely closed with the deadbolt screws falling out as well. No coffee available in the lobby or in any room. Wished that I would have known before I paid, I would have went elsewhere. Continuous traffic in front of my door from "locals" all times day and night. Hotel staff fighting amongst themselves while "working" onsite. I suggest going somewhere else....

Not a stop for me again.
This is a bit of an issue…i checked in about 11pm then about 12pm I went to the front desk to discuss a bed bug issue. I thought my eyes were deceiving me but the photo evidence was too much for me to handle. I asked to switch rooms and so they accommodated. I didn’t feel comfortable but didn't gave have any other choice other than sleeping in my car. Might have been the better choice.

Well, the property was ok and the room was what you get at that price. management was helpful and did the best they could with what they have to work with. everything worked as expected and it is a pet friendly business.

After multiple stays at other properties this summer this was the cleanest room my children and I have stayed at. Don’t let the outside fool you-the room was so comfortable and clean, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Was not clean. My sheets had a blood stain on them. Cob webs on the light fixtures. Breakfast was not breakfast. Muffin bread or coffee.

I did not stay at this property! When I arrived, there was no one on the property to check me in! I rang the bell, waited around twenty minutes for someone to come and called five times. I had to cancel my reservation with Expedia and sleep in my car. I WILL NEVER MAKE A RESERVATION THERE AGAIN!!!

Bad for families
When you hear motel, this is what I pictured but worse. Floors were so dirty, we had to wear flip flops just to go to the bathroom otherwise we would have to wash our feet. Bathroom had blood on the curtain. Sketchy area. Doors don’t close all the way. Front desk staff leave, so they’re very hard to get a hold of.

Better than some reviews lead to believe.
Area is nice. Easy to find. Felt questionable when arrived , seems to have many residents, but cordial. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location for what we were doing. Would probably stay there again if in area.

Reservation was screwed up they said room was not paid for even after showing them the receipt they wanted to charge me again tried giving me a different card number saying it was declined even after showing receipt with correct info they are nothing but crooks Reservation was for 2 people only gave towels for 1 and didn’t want to provide another Also room stunk very badly would not switch room for us Pillows were so flat a towel would of been just as good Ac didn’t work in room

Spend a Little More and Go Somewhere Else
2 threadbare towels, 1 small bar of soap, 1 small shampoo provided for 2 adults and 3 nights. 2nd day, bed haphazardly made and trash not emptied. The next day, no cleaning service at all. Very loud location. Pros: price, had hot water, beds not so bad.
