숙소는 생각보다 넓고 좋았지만 주변에 클럽이 있는지 새벽내내 숙소 창문 앞에서 사람들이 떠들어서 힘들었어요ㅜㅠ

위치가 제일 훌륭합니다. 큰길 바로 옆 골목에 있어서 밤늦게 소음도 적었습니다. 방 컨디션 또한 좋았고 직원들도 친절합니다. 숙소를 기점으로 아래로는 광장이나 관광지가 가까웠고 위쪽으로는 쇼핑하게 좋은 위치라 여행 중간중간 숙소에 들려 휴식을 취하기도 좋았습니다. 다시 이용할 마음이 있습니다. Thanks for your service and good rocation :)

I couldn't sleep because of the club noise
호텔 바로 옆건물 지하에 클럽이 있습니다. 밤12시부터 새벽6시까지 사람들이 길거리에서 시끄럽게 떠들어서 2박하는 내내 잠을 자지 못했습니다. 참고로 제가 머문 방은 313호입니다. 캐리어 무게 재는 것도 유료입니다. 1유료 hotel next building underground is club. 2 night stay this hotel, couldn't sleep all night. people out of the club make noise on the street 12am to 6am.

와이파이 빵빵한 호텔!
공사중이라 시끄러웠으나 직원들이 엄청 친절함! 늦은 시간엔 살짝 위험한 위치지만 그래서 조용한 밤을 보낼수 있었다. 와이파이는 최고 빵빵! 에어컨이 약한편!

숙소 위치와 서비스, 시설 모두 훌륭하여 대만족하였으나 호텔전체 금연인 줄 알았는데 객실에서 담배냄새가 너무 났습니다. 또한 솔 광장 메인에서 가깝다보니 새벽까지 매우 시끄럽네요. 여행의 피곤 덕분에 그럭저럭 잘 잤습니다만 소음에 민감하면 좀 불편할 수 있습니다. 스페인이란 나라가 밤늦게, 특히 주말엔 밤을 새다시피 즐기는 문화임을 감안하세요.

Excellent stay. Room very clean very nice staff. Location is convenient very close to train stations buses Uber rides restaurants, etc. Two things didn’t like no lights in the street at night and the cleaning staff too noisy in the mornings.

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, and great strategic location that is close to everything. Just needs minor fixing (caulking in bathroom, minor cracks/space gaps in laminate floor. Would definitely recommend and would use again. The cook/food attendant seemed a bit grouchy when he was asked for coffee, as he was all alone with no help on December 2, 2023 during breakfast time. Could use additional staff member and maybe self serve coffee maker.

Very poor
Very poor wi-fi, bar permanently closed, limited breakfast options, no atmosphere. Only good thing was the location for sight seeing but right next door to a night club so disturbed sleep. Very poor given the cost.

A very enjoyable stay at this hotel. Close to many metro stops, just 2 mins walk from hotel. Very spacious and clean rooms. Comfortable bed and helpful staff.

The building needs better signing. We were unable to locate easily at night. Also, the front of the building should have some lighting at night for when guests return late at night. It feels like you’re walking down a dark alley to get to it.

There is a noisy nightclub on the street so the rooms on that side can be a problem. The 5th floor has a room with a super low ceiling. Breakfast was great, staff was very friendly and the location is perfect to get around.

La habitación muy bien, con balcón y muy limpia, en nuestro caso daba a la calle y no se podía dormir, justo debajo hay una discoteca o local y se escucha ruido y gente en la calle

Nice stay in spite of small problems
Nice central location. Friendly, polite and smiling staff. Clean and good intention about environment regarding both desinfection between breakfast seatings, towels and the idea about asking for eg toothpaste. BUT bad shower: took at least 3 minutes to get hot water (invironment..) and it was almost impossible to wash hair regarding to total lack of water pressure.

Good and bad
Good and bad. Nice hotel, located very close to many of Madrid nice locations and must see’s. But 2 out of 4 nights were affected by loud noise from many people in the street. We chose this hotel as it is located some streets away from Via Grande and heavy traffic, but what we wasn’t aware about was that the hotel is neighbor to a nightclub with noise of people from midnight to the early morning. So our best advise if this hotel is chosen, then insist to have a room away from the street. In our post-dialogue with the management of the hotel, we haven’t been able to agree on a descent and fair compensation - We simply didn’t sleep the 2 nights with noise. We could have reacted after first night, But in our naive believe we thought it was caused by it was the night before Oct. 12, Spain’s National Holiday. But no, another night (our last night) then there was party in the street again :( We have been offered a discount on future stay, and we claim and expected a real refund as we probably not return to Madrid in near future. One argument why not a refund is possible is that we have booked via hotels.com All in all, good hotel with bad experiences: Noise and a disappointing handling from the hotel afterwards.

Estuvimos el 16/9 y nos dieron la habitación 213 que está arriba de una discoteca!!!! No pude dormir en toda la noche Le pedí por favor a la recepcionista me cambiara de habitación y me dijo que no podía, le pedí que me devolviera el dinero y tampoco no podía Uds no pueden alquilar habitaciones que están a 3 metros de una aglomeración de esa magnitud, es inmoral y sin ética que me cobren € 180 por noche y me den esa habilitación. Me gusta el hotel, hemos ido muchas veces, pero en mi próxima visita a Madrid estaré en otro lugar. José Saavedra

Not Worth It!!
This hotel for me was definitely not worth the price tag even for its location. My room at check in was so SMALL , minimal sunlight, NO view & NO AC !! I called the front desk about the air immediately and she said one moment. I assumed she would send someone. I dozed off bc I was tired from my 8hr flight & after 1hr the room was still HOT, no one ever came to service it & it made this loud banging noise. I took a video of the noise and went to the desk and played it for her & she moved me to a different room on the 5th floor with an angled ceiling that looks like a loft in the pics. DON’T accept that room unless your short (5’4 or shorter) or have small kids that like to play bc it’s like they made a room out of attic space and it is NOT a functional room. I bumped my head on the ceiling a few times so be careful. The bathroom had a tub instead of walk in shower & I hated that bc when I took a shower the floor was soaked. The fridge didn’t work at all and the AC unit blew cold air but only in the direction it was facing which was underneath the angled part of the ceiling. I was only there for 2 days so I dealt with it. I went to another hotel for remainder of my stay. Pros: Smells nice in lobby, need key card for hotel access, staff was friendly, short walk to everything. Cons: Location.. Hotel located on a side alley street, Very dark at night with minimal lighting. Can’t see the front door right away. Overpriced with no real views. AC cooling sucks.

Horrendous noise, don't stay if you want sleep
Don't bother staying here if you wish to sleep, unless you're the heaviest sleeper on the planet. There is a nightclub right next to the hotel, it opens weds-sun midnight-6am and during those hours there are constantly drunk people outside shouting and screaming. It isn't just a bit of inconvenient noise it is so loud I honestly thought I'd left my window open by mistake at first. Then at 6am everyone leaves the nightclub and there is another half hour of hell as people are dispersing. The fundamental reason people stay in a hotel is to sleep and this hotel doesnt serve that basic purpose, how they can charge money for those rooms is beyond me. Really ruined our holiday as we were just shattered the whole time and we both ended up ill from exhaustion. I've stayed in tons of hotels/hostels from as low as 2 stars and this is by far the worst I have ever stayed in.
