Good for the price

If you really must
We were made to wait for 20 minutes to check in. The room stank of cigarette smoke and the sink in the room, which is right next to the bed stank of sewage. The breakfast served was on dirty trays. This hotel is cheap however still needs basic attention

Une déception importante liée à l'hygiène de l'hôtel mais surtout à l'inconfort de la chambre. En effet ce dernier est due à une chambre imprégnée par des odeurs de cigarettes, dans les draps, les oreillers couette et matelas. Mes affaires personnelles notement celles de nuit, sont imprégnées également : Un scandale !!! Pourtant d'un naturel objectif et discret je suis furieux qu' un tel établissement nuise à votre enseigne car des contres exemples de qualité existent chez vous. Photos impossibles pour ce type de constat.

Prison Cell…not hotel!!
This was by far the worst hotel I’ve stayed in ever! The pictures on the sight was so misleading! The room was like a prison cell!! Only had space for a bed and a small toilet and shower which was so old and broken. The mirror on one room was broken off and not replaced. The area is not safe to stay in either, drug dealers hanging around everywhere, I was surprised this hotel was listed on Hotels as a suitable hotel stay! It was so disappointing!

okay this was a horrific idea to EVER stay here!! What a mistake… were meant to stay three nights but only stayed one we got out of there as soon as we could. we were shocked as soon as we walked in. don’t trust the website or pictures it’s a scam. the area AND hotel is very unsafe you will not sleep easy! these were some of the issues: -massive window that opens the whole way very dangerous as people can get in so no ventilation with it shut. -booked two single beds and got a double bed. -got given a room code for the KEYPAD which was given incorrectly so had to be unlocked with the staffs key so once in couldn’t leave or would be locked out. -one word. bedbugs. -filthy toliets and shower so didn’t shower. -lots of noise through out the night -walls are paper thin so can hear everything. felt very uneasy. -dirty sink -tap water had a strange odour and didn’t feel safe to drink or even wash our face. -very unsafe area so were concerned walking away. -bed was so hard it could’ve broken our backs. -there was no lock on the inside of our door so we were very concerned that all the staff had access to it. -i’ve seen bare minimum hotels and this was well below that. it’s not worth saving your money…

Hôtel très sale et Bryant, ma chambre n’était même pas faite, on a donc changé de chambre, la nuit nous sommes dérangé par les clients des autres chambres et très tôt le matin par le personnel qui crie dans les couloirs, plus jamais de F1 !!

La personne de l’accueil était très gentil, les toilettes sont à peut près propre mais le sol est toujours mouillé, les douches puent, nous n’avons même pas eu le courage de ce laver une deuxième fois le lendemain. Le lit est confortable, mais nous avons été réveiller par les gens dans le couloir car c’est mal insonorisé contrairement à ce qui était indiqué,de plus les travaux nous ont réveiller aussi. Attention les toilettes et les douches sont sur le palier. Le petit déjeuné est jusqu’à 9h30 il faut y aller bien avant sinon il ne reste plus rien et vous ne mangez pas grand chose, mais le responsable nous a offert le petit déjeuné par gentillesse.

Awful experience. Mainly because of the rude and bad mannered bold French guy at the reception. Plus the neighbor is not the best after 18.00 hrs.

Chambre propre, par contre pour la gestion de la réservation ! personnel pas compétent ! réceptionniste ne sachant pas utiliser son application ou pas très informé du fonctionnement du système informatique ! il me demandait de payer la dernière nuit alors que toutes les nuits avaient été payées en ligne., il a fallu que je montre ma réservation. à la suite de cela il me demanda de contacter la plateforme sur laquelle j'avais fait la résa ! en insistant lourdement en demandant de vérifier sur son système , finalement il regarda un peu plus en détail pour s'aperçoive que le paiement manquant n'était pas la chambre mais la taxe de séjour pour chaque entré essais au moins de 6 /7 fois le code (le digit code était détérioré et tiens avec du scotch!!! l a chaque entré, il fallait retourner à l’accueil pour s’apercevoir que les codes d’accès avaient changés ! de plus il a fallu changé tous les jours le code pour le parking! fonctionnait pas !

We payed through Expedia to have 1 double bed with private bathroom, when we arrived there they asked us to pay 1.60 euros extra as a tax and once in the room we found two single beds instead of 1 double bed and there is no private bathroom. Room smelling, hard mattresses, hard pillows, noise in the night, staff rude . I will never use again and don’t recommend it , it is a scam.

Dieses Hotel was ein Satz mit X. Sauberkeit der Toiletten wird dort ganz klein geschrieben, entweder alles ist voll gepinkelt oder überall ist Wasser auf der Klobrille. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und wollte uns kein Klopapier geben als es in allen Toiletten leer war. Das Frühstück war der größte Witz, ab dem zweiten Tag konnten wir nichts mehr esse weil alles leer war & die Getränke aus dem Automaten wie heißes Klowasser geschmeckt haben. Konnte außerdem manchmal erst gegen drei einschlafen, weil dort die Nacht zum Tag gelacht wurde (Lautstärke). Die Entfernung zur Metro bzw. zum Zentrum ist auch sehr nervig. Ich empfehle euch mehr Geld zu investieren als in dieses ranzige Hotel zu gehen.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at, staff was rude, the room and beds were disgusting and don't get me started on the bathrooms and shower! I would not be surprised if they're was hidden cameras or even bed bugs
