가격대비 스위스3성급 호텔보다 못함 파리 철도 파업으로 지하철이 봉쇄되고 버스마저 파업우회하는데 오지않는 32번 버스를 타라고 사이트에 올려놓고 생고생하게 만듦. 화장실 바닥이 원목이고 수도꼭지 으리으리하고 쓸데없이 힘쓰고. 가격비싸고1박에50만원.조식도 3성급 스위스 호텔과 별차이없고 우리가 그비싼호텔을 선택한 이유는 오직 에펠탑과 가깝다는것 밤에도 안전하게 오갈수있으리라는 기대감때문에 스위스의 호텔보다 2배비싼숙소를 선택했었다.밤에 여자들이 나가기에는 위험하고 거리도 20 분넘는다.파리 외각저렴한곳에. 숙소를 구하고 에펠탑에서 택시이동하는것이 휠씬 안전 저렴함

9호선 지하철역과 근접해서 라파예트, 쁘렝땅 백화점까지 접근성이 좋고(20분 소요), 에펠탑 보기에도 좋습니다. 호텔 시설도 깨끗하고, 테라스까지 있어 봄 가을에 이용하면 더 좋을 듯 합니다.

에펠탑 근처긴 하나 에펠탑이 보이지 않는 뷰였습니다 근처라서 보일 줄 알았는데 미리 알아보지를 못했네요 가격대비에는 조금 비싸지 않았나 싶었지만 이른 체크인 늦은 체크아웃에 짐 맡기는 데도 추가 비용이 없었습니다

If you intend to stay this hotel, you should also prepare what happen to you after check-out. Just after check-out, they charged me for stealing a shoehorn. They paid for this with my credit card that I showed upon check-in, without any notice or permission. I kept up with this two days after the withdrawal, checking my account. I demanded an explanation from them, but they totally ignored my request. No response, no explanation. I got the answer only after I asked customer service of Hotels.com to help me. It took about a week just to know why they did. But, when I knew why, I became a thief stealing a shoehorn. Why do I steal a shoehorn of all things? I raised objections against their claim through hotels.com. With several complaints, they said that nothing was missing when I checked out and it was the previous guest. At last I got a refund, but still feel dirty. Throughout the whole process, they never explained why nor apologized directly to me. They just asked Hotels.com to tell me they were so sorry. Sorry? kidding me? They don't know a simple common sense to apologize directly to a person who is offended by their behavior. I'm so disappointed by their service and response. So, if you look into staying this hotel, you would take risks as above. At least, you'd better not to deposit your credit card with this hotel.

파리에서 지내기 꽤 괜찮은 호텔입니다
이번에 파리패션위크 참석으로 샤넬,루이비통,지방시,발렌티노,에르메스,생로랑,스텔라맥카트니쇼에 참석항였는데 각 쇼장을 가기에도 거리가 가까우며 특히나 루이비통컬렉션장소가 거리가 가까워서 이동이 편했으며,시설이나 친절도는 싱가포르급이라고 판단합니다.다음번에 이용할 가치가 있는 호텔입니다.다음 파리패션위크나 비즈니스에 재방문할 의사 있는 호텔입니다.

Love this place! Amazing location and clean
Great service and amazing location! This was my first time in Paris and I was traveling solo and they were incredibly accommodating. The lady at the front desk even walked my heavy bags all the way to the cab that she called for me to take to the airport! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend this place.

Great hotel for the value, would stay here again.
Wonderful hotel, the staff were all very friendly, very helpful, very professional, service was great, rooms very clean and food was great, close to the metro and many cafes and shops next to the hotel, as well. Having a balcony was also a big plus.

Wonderful service
Service mindset of all personnel and extremely strong customer-oriented staff. We had a minor issue with odor in our room but the hotel personnel showed great enthusiasm and willingness to solve the issue promptly and effectively. Job well done. The hotel is also within an easy 15-minute walk from the Eiffel tower. Overall very pleasant stay.

Shower door was removed !
Location was very good, 15 mins from Eiffel Tower and Torcadero, Pharmacy is right in the corner for covid test. checked in was good, he gave me a room right away even before 3 pm, room was clean, carpet is very old and need to be replace in the room and in the hall way, my shower glass door was removed, guess it was broken? Room no.14 so when I showered water splashes everywhere in that tiny bathroom, didnt bother to asked for another room since I was there only for 2 nights and was out all day came back at night but when I mentioned to the FD agent when I checked out he said they have no idea that room no 14 has no glass door in the shower. The second day housekeepng cleanned the room and did not bother to supply me with more liquid soaps either so Comparing to other Hotels I stayed the service in this hotel was not too good, hopefully they will look at that...love the location but I will not come back to this hotel, attention to details are not too good.

Excelente ubicación, queda muy cerca la estacion de metro para los desplazamientos, prestan buen servicio en las habitaciones, muy limpio, excelente. Lo unico que no me gustó que no haya personal en la recepcion que hable inglés o Español. Nos toco esperar para el checkin porque no estaba lista l habitacion. Un poco desatentos.

Todo el personal de la reception habla ingles e una persona habla Español. El check-in se hace a las 15:00 por la tarde. Si ha llegado antes y que la habiticacion no estaba lista esta normal que debia esperar. O la proxima vez si paga 50€ euros puede tener la habitacion a la 10 por la manana. The worst receptionist ever
I have traveled worldwide from 5-star giants like Watergate to small hostels in Eastern Europe and have never encountered with worse reception administrator than in this hotel. The lady hiding her name badge from me was so barbaric that she couldn't hold 10 seconds of conversation without interrupting (with no other guests). Overall, she interrupted me about 20 times. Not only was she unable to listen without talking, but she was also randomly starting talking to other people when I was talking to her, blatantly not responding to my direct questions keeping silent, etc. In addition, she took, refused to return it immediately, and then photocopied my debit card without my permission, referring to her manager's instructions and saying that she would be fired if she didn't follow them. I said that I didn't give her authorization to photocopy my debit card then she (as always, interrupting) laughed at me and claimed that she didn't need my authorization for that. Finally, she called her manager, and the manager approved the destruction of the paper copy of my debit card image. I don't know which lawless jungle she thinks she is in and how they hired her, but that was the worst check-in experience in my life. The following day, I suppose, the manager checked me out. She was more civic, able to listen, but also passive-aggressive. This is a parody of 4 stars hotel service. P.S. They had a leaking shower and no door to the shower cabin.

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review about your stay at Maison FL. We are sorry to hear your disappointment. But even if you have posted an anonym review I could find your booking. You have booked a single classic room and you have prepaid your room. As it is well explained on your booking confirmation the credit card has to be presented at the check-in with your passport or ID card in order for us to identify you and check the validity of the booking. The receptionnist followed the check-in process with you as she would have done with any other guests. Yes we do a copy of the credit card and yes we do a copy of the ID card and after you said that you did not want to do it she called me to see if she could delete the copy which I answered yes. She did not kept your credit card and ID on hostage she gave it back to you right after she deleted the copy. Regarding the shower, there is no door indeed because it is broken and left for reparation and the leak you should have contacted the front desk to advise us a technician would have come to fix it but you never called.
