Fred, we are a property that upholds the intergrity of our property. We are saddened to know your employees failed to enjoy their stay, but as stated we are a non smoking property and if not the employee a guest of theirs had to. We are open and honest and a courtesy call was given. The assumption of a hotel attendant to have smoked in room is absurd as I am assuming that firing one up is what it is regarding to. We have professional exterminators that service the property and any issues reported are addressed properly and in a swift manner. Thank you for allowing us to respond and address the matter.

Arianny, at time of checking in if card is presented it is authorized and a hold is placed not a sale. When checking out you decide to pay cash that is the option but you will have to wait for the authorization to fall off. If you present cash at the time of checking in placed card on file for incidentals there would not have been a hold on your card for payment. We are saddened to know you misunderstood.
