I had my dog so I walked around the property with her and we walked around the pond which was great, but there was a fair amount of litter. I would suggest that the hotel make an effort on Earth Day to send some employees out to clean it up.

Had a terrible experience, They overbooked my 2 rooms i had paid and reserved, when we got there to check in the lady in the front desk "Autumn" said they didn't have any more rooms available. I told her "oh I have a reservation" As soonest I said that she started to get nervous and said oh I just sold your rooms like 5 min ago because you guys didn't make it on time. Literally I had called earlier at 3pm to let them know I was going to a party nearby and that I was going to do a Late check-in around 2am. She said even if you called you were supposed to be here at 1am, which nobody told me anything when I called earlier. She then try to make it harder for me, telling me that she was not able to issue a refund since it was marked as a " no show" and I did try to argue then she said only rooms I have left are the suites with a King size bed and that I have reserved 2 full size beds. Then she blamed that I didn't had my ID, Long story short I had to go across the street to book 2 rooms.

Good location. No frills. Clean.
Clean, comfortable room. No frills. Good location in Minnoka. Would like to see a Keurig coffee maker and not the cheap, one cup appliance. Also recommend adding a small water, snacks, etc. in the room.

Christmas stay
Clean hotel, friendly staff and large lot for parking. Had issue with their setting the thermostat to not be cooler than 70°, Im sorry with hot flashes and not being able to set it lower was unacceptable. I let the day staff know, but understood later she was new and wasnt sure what to do. So when we returned from our family Christmas gathering the night personnel took care of the situation and all was well. Bed was not as comfortable as I would have expected within this hotel chain, but I did get about 5hrs sleep. Big hotel room which was a basic king bed room. Loved the chase lounge provided in the room. All and all we had a good stay.

I used to come there all the time since we moved to AZ I stopped 2 yrs ago due to dirty conditions I thought I would try again & was very surprised how much nicer it was again I told a worker in the elevator that I wondered if hotel was bought by someone else and she said her mom was new manager !!! I said tell her she’s doing a great job and we will come back now

It was convenient as far as location. But I had left some items behind and they were not turned in. I know you can get all trustworthy employees. But I think you should do an undercover boss thing. Leave some items behind and place some cameras. I know no one wants to get fired, but you need to send a message and remind employees your honesty is important.

I found this hotel to be very pleasant. The bed was comfortable and there were a variety of pillows on the bed so I found just what I needed. Close to the highway, but far enough away that I couldn't hear the traffic. Would be happy to stay again.

The room was clean but it stunk like dirty dog! I love dogs but if a pet friendly facility that should not be noticed. Obviously the carpet needs to be cleaned regularly because it’s pet friendly. Very disappointed.

The hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to where we wanted to be. Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. However, the a/c in the room felt muggy/humid, so not a comfortable feeling and the TV was fine, but the service was spotty and would not hold the show/movie you were watching, it was in and out. The staff made a note of the tv reception issues and would have maintenance look into it.

Specifically booked this property as they said they had a working hot tub. That was not the case. Hot Tub was out of order.

Changes were made to our reservations without our notification, and our room was missed for housekeeping service the first day after our arrival. The staff in charge of breakfast were very professional and friendly, and the food was delicious.

I liked the staff and their kindness and responsiveness. The room was nice. It could have used a bit more space for our luggage, and the refrigerator had no freezer. But overall, it was a pleasant place to stay for several days.

The stay was very good. The only issue was through no fault of Hampton Inn. There was a birthday group of 30 8-10 year olds at the pool which made the pool and whirlpool essentially unusable.

It was very clean and staff were super. The dog fee was too high ($75) in my opinion. That was a real downer.
