공항과 인접한 깨끗한 곳
시카고 공항을 이용하기 위해 머물렀는데 공항에서 차로 6분정도의 거리입니다. 코로나바이러스에 대비해 여러가지로 청결에 신경을 쓴 모습이 보였습니다. 아침조식은 물, 과자, 오렌지를 개별봉투에 넣어 가져갈수 있게 되어있었습니다. 바로 앞에 지오다노 피자가 있어 시카고를 떠나기 전날 배달시켜 먹는 것도 편리하였구요.

This hotel is very nice. Not quiet, due to consistent airplane noise but that wasn’t an issue as we knew we were close to the airport and it wasn’t unexpected. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend this Hampton Inn & Suites for accommodations.

It was a nice hotel - but we had to pay $20 dollars for parking if you where staying the night !? Isn’t that what a hotel is for !? And they had the parking fee pending on my cc 3 times ????

Unfortunately, due to our proximity to O'Hare International Airport, we are required to charge our guests for parking per the city of Rosemont. Very spacious room and there are decent selection of breakfast that the hotel serve every morning. We got two little babies that traveled with us (1 and 2) and end up coming to the hotel early. We been on an almost 24 hour flight and as soon the desk attendant found out that our babies haven’t rested, she immediately let us for an early check in. I truly appreciate that from the hotel staff. This hotel is awesome!

We stayed at this location for two days and we really enjoyed our visit. The hotel was very clean and quiet. My favorite was the room, it was very clean and spacious for our family of five. My kids enjoyed the pool and their breakfasts.

Clerk asked to run my card again after booking night thru Expedia, & said it showed declined on his end. This is the second Hampton Hotel that has tried to do this, so beware as it will double charge you & you must ask for refund that takes 5-10 days!! Room was clean. The furnace was very loud and rumbled every time it kicked on and woke me from sleep. Breakfast was good and all three staff greeted us and were super nice and pleasant, area was kept very clean, stocked and neat.

Excellent customer service from the front desk to those who did the breakfast. Everything was super clean. The rooms were up-to-date and clean and the breakfast selection was amazing! Fitness room was fantastic. Definitely will be staying here again! Great job team that served us!
