Одно полуторное одеяло на две кровати испортило впечатление от пребывания. Пришлось спать без одеяла, а ночью отопление выключают. На рецепции не помогли.

Der Service und die Kompetenz der Mitarbeiter war miserabel. Als wir angekommen sind nach einer langen Autofahrt und wir uns auf ein schönes Doppelzimmer mit einem Großen Bett freuten was wir bei Expedia gebucht haben erwartet uns ein Zimmer mit zwei Separaten Betten. Nach dem wir dies Reklamiert haben war der gute Mitarbeiter überfordert. Er hatte keine Übersicht welsche Zimmer Frei sind. Nach einer weile hat er uns ein Neues Zimmer gegeben was zu unserem erschrecken schon Besetzt war mit einem Anderem Gast. Nach über einer stunde Haben wir ein Freises Zimmer Bekommen. Hier war nun leider die Heizung defekt und es wurde sehr kalt. Der größte Schrecken kam dann am Nächsten morgen . Hier ging gegen 08:00 Uhr morgen auf einmal die Tür auf und es Stand ein Fremder Mann im Zimmer. Sowas geht überhaupt nicht. Es war für mich das Schlimmste Hotel in dem ich je war. Ich kann es keinem Empfehlen .

Posizione ottima. Stanza piccola all'ultimo piano senza tende sulle finestre. Igiene un pò carente. Prima colazione all'italiana scadente. Rapporto qualità prezzo assolutamente scadente.

Thank you very much for rating us even if you have given us unjustified negative ratings on some points. For example, the window without curtain, all windows are white curtains and curtains equipped. Furthermore we did not say that we offer Italian breakfast but we offer standard breakfast buffet. Because of lack of cleanliness you could have just told us immediately. Nevertheless, thank you very much for your evaluation, we learn to improve ourselves.

Small hotel with good location
I was on a short business trip, 3 nights. The stay at the hotel was fine. The service was good, although they did speak little english they tried their best and made themselves understandable. The breakfast buffey is small but ok. All tv stations dubbed and none in english, but that is to be expected in Germany.

Good place to visit, is a small hotel however be near a subway station, near restaurants, supermarket and other places near the Düsseldorf downtown.

In the right place for DRUPA
We stayed during the giant DRUPA printing trade fair, when the cost of everything doubles (or worse), and having booked late, paid the price. Having said that, Hansa worked well for us and is right opposite the Nordstrasse U-Bahn station – direct for the Messe one way, and one stop from the Altstadt the other!

Are you kidding?
This was insulting. The rating seen on Travelocity was completely wrong. The hotel was very small, with a very weak breakfast. We gad to take turns navigating the room. €159.00 per night fee was significantly over the top. We stayed at a place in Regensburg and then in prague at less than half their rste, that provided a much nicer stay. Travelocity should inspect what they promote and offer. Had anyone from Travelocity ever visited, they would remove this establishment from their listings. I would not recommend this at all. I suspect price gouging as this was a very busy time in Duseldorf with few rooms available anywhere, hence the price. However, even at a lower rate, I would not be happy. The €159.00 just exacerbated the displeasure.

Very tiny and small but nice staff
I was between business trips and stayed at this Hotel in order to cut costs while traveling in Europe. Reviews rated the place as small but it was even smaller than I expected. The front lobby is not really a lobby - just a messy desk where someone checks you in. There is a place for breakfast but I didn't try it. The rooms were incredibly tiny. There was a small TV that was duct taped together, a desk and fridge. Surprisingly, there was a little couch that fit in room and the bed but nothing else. It was clean. If you want to save money, it is a good way to do so as it was convenient to the subway but if you want to spend any time in your room outside of sleeping, this is not the place. However, I will say that the staff are very nice and do their best to help you with directions, taxi to airport, etc.

Nächstes Mal Jugendherberge oder unter die Brücke!
Für meine Anforderungen kann ich mich über die Lage nicht beschweren, dass hat gepasst. Das war dann aber auch schon alles! Eine ältere, freundliche Asiatin (sie scheint dort 24h Schichten zu schieben) empfing mich und wollte wissen, was das Zimmer kostet!?! Als ich ihr die knapp 150 Eu(!!!) nannte, wollte sie meine Buchung sehen und meinte, Hotels.com habe da gut den Preis reduziert. So so. Alles über 1/3 davon wäre schon zu viel gewesen!. Sie gab mir dann ein Zimmer, in dem zuvor schon ein anderer Gast war, der aber nach 1h wieder ausgezogen sei. "Nicht drin geschlafen, alles sauber!". Ich konnte sie gerade noch dazu bewegen, das Kopfkissen neu zu beziehen. Die gesamte Einrichtung war einfach, extrem abgewohnt und echt alt. So sah eine Jugendherberge vor 30 Jahren aus - vermutlich kamen daher auch die Möbel. Der Minibar-Kühlschrank war leer und nicht richtig angeschlossen oder einfach kaputt. Dusche, Waschtisch und Toilette im Miniaturbad waren akzeptabel sauber, an Teilen des Aufputzspülkastens klebte dicker, grauer und schmieriger Staub. Meine Zimmertür konnte von außen nicht abgeschlossen werden und wurde wohl auch schon mal aufgebrochen, da das Türblatt rund um das Schloss gebrochen war. Das Auschecken war einfach. Nachdem 15 Minuten lang niemand am Empfang erschien, fand ich meine Rechnung neben 6 weiteren in einem Stapel oben auf dem Tresen, war meinen Schlüssel ein und ging. FÜR IMMER!

A definitely not
We actually decided not to stay in this hotel. The list of reasons is quite long: the reception desk where nobody was present for two hours, the poor excuse from the lady who finally showed up ("I had to fix my car"), the construction site in the court, the dark room because of the planks on the window. At the end, we decided that we would stay somewhere else.

Convenient for single low-maintenance male
The room was about the size of a single economy-class cruise liner. The bed was tiny (maybe 30 by 72 inches). There was no breakfast available. On the plus side, the internet worked well and the location relative to the subway and tram was terrific. There are places to grab food very close by.
