Hello Denise, we are very happy you enjoyed your stay with us at Harbourview House however disappointed that you were unhappy with not having your room serviced. We advise on check in that the rooms are not service as most of our guest prefer to have their privacy. The house keepers are always available for fresh towels and room amenities, I am sure you saw them buzzing about. They would have jazzed up your room if you had asked.
