The Inn was located in a quiet area with other Inns/Hotels nearby. Reception was very nice, friendly and was quick to check us in. Room was clean and a good size. I was overall happy with our stay.

Checking in was easy, Check-in Attendant was very nice. However too much noise going on. People running up and down the hallway, vaccuming in the early hours, housekeeping knocking on my door early, while I have my "Do not disturb" sign hanging on the door knob (Even though check-out isn't til Noon) Shower head was not stable, it slides all the way down on the holder, so the shower head fell twice on me. I was a little surprised, I expected a little better from a Hilton Stay.

Warm and Nice!
The bed was comfortable and big. Loved the heater in the room and the check-in process was easy with convenience stores and food nearby. The only thing is that breakfast is an additional cost.

Hotel staff was great. My only issue was their dining. I ordered a $35 ribye for dine in. Told me it comes only with mashed potatoes and steam vegetables. And it would take about 45 minutes. I said that's fine. I came back, and steak was served in a Styrofoam box, with rice. I said what happened to the mashed potatoes? They said they ran out? They didn't asked if I wanted rice or fries instead? I wouldn't complain, but, I paid $35 for the steak.

The cleanliness of the faculty was great. All the staff was very polite. When I called for extra towels they dropped them of in less than two minutes. I would recommend this stay if you are traveling with a family.

It was usual Hilton except no one told us that there would be no cleaning services unless explicitly requested. There were no towel racks and the wet towels had to be hung over the edge of the tub. The towels were not replaced and we had to ask for dry towels. The shower had no non-slip mats and there was only one safety bar. They are obviously trying to cut costs and those of us staying more than one night had to ask for basic hotel cleaning services. The mirror was nice and big but its side light strips overwhelmed the reflection. ;

Could have been better. Average stay!
The pool was being fix for a so called 1-day issue. Per the Counter Agent, it had been a week since they started corrective action. So, over the 100-degree day weekend, other pool arrangements needed to be made with the neighboring Hotel. Two (2) ice machines were dysfunction. Which required going to a different floor. The maintenance work was working in a room across the hall. So instead of checking the door upon leaving he allowed it to slam shut multiple times. Otherwise the stay was average.
