If you like a room with AC, this is not the hotel!
There was no AC in the room, had to sleep with the window open next to an avenue with traffic. they didn't even have a fan to offer.

We stayed for just two nights and right off the bat we were greeted with a very friendly atmosphere helped by the desk clerk whose name was Kamelia, she was so helpfull and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. She as did all the staff welcomed my dog Jessie and really made us feel comfortable. I highly recomend this hotel and defifinately would stay there again in a heartbeat. Thankyou Kamelia, you are an asset to the hotel chain.

Iv travelled over 25 countries, driven from uk to north Iraq, twice, and uk to istanbul 3 times, plovdiv holiday inn is ultra professional, the staff are absolutely lovely ,the food is excellent the breakfast is excellent, the rooms are perfect, iv stayed twice now and wouldnt even consider anywhere else , they have achieved perfection 😇

Hotel was fine, good location near the centre, helpful and nice staff like Victoria but also others at the bar and the guy for parking. Breakfast was good and complete. TV was equipped with many different channels My room was a bit small and i almost could not pass between the desk and the bed

Eines der wenigen modernen Hotels in Plovdiv. Alles war internationaler Standard. Lediglich die Lage ist nicht top.

Bait and Switch Beware!
Bate and Switch! When booking this expensive stay, Hotels.com CLEARLY stated "Free buffet breakfast and free WiFi", then upon arrival I was told the breakfast buffet is an extra 11 Euro per person. The confirmation does not say breakfast included but when you go to book the room it still says "Free buffet breakfast and free WiFi" so this is indeed a bait and switch and I feel cheated. Otherwise hotel was fine.

Our breakfast cost is 11 EUR per room, no matter of the occupancy - single or double (even children under 13 are eating complimentary). You made your booking through a third party website where we do not take full responsibility how the details are shown. If you check our brand website you will see full clear details regarding breakfast and prices with or without breakfast. We would recommend next time to use direct booking channels for all reservations you make in the future to avoid such misunderstandings.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly, and very helpful with our queries. Our rooms felt brand new and were extremely clean, with great amenities. The hotel was located a block away from the people we were visiting which was great, and was in a quiet but accessible location.

No parking spot, expensive, uncontrollable ac.
I arrived with my car and there were no free parking spot so i parked my car to the Turkish restaurants park spot which was around this hotel. Nobody helped me to park my car to anywhere. The air conditioner of the room was central controled, I could not sleep because of the changing heat of the room. I asked the relevant person how to heat it up or down, he said it is impossible and advised me to open the windows and left my room at 4am. It was full of ridicilous and horrible things. I will never gonna stay on this hotel for my next trips. I advise noone to stay here. I could not get any satisfaction despite paying much money to this hotel.

The hotel is very good, modern, quite new by the way it looks, i had an executive room which was excellent, there are some good restaurants near by . staff are very friendly, breakfast was Ok Good coffee!
