Trisha, I want to apologize for the missteps that you encountered, we try and make sure that each guest is taken care in the best possible way. Unfortunately we did run into some situations that left our restaurant strangled by equipment failure that has since been resolved. Unfortunately while we try to make sure that each guest receives the rooms that they requested, we cannot always guarantee that will happen. While sites like this are a great asset to you and the properties, they are not aware of the other reservations that we already have on the books, all they see is open availability which means they can over sell a room type. Again, I do apologize for the misunderstanding and will address the front desk on how to manage these types of issues.

We were fortunate to have a sell out weekend, unfortunately we, along with others properties, have had supply chain issues with getting on of our products.
