Food is cold, there is a electric pot but no coffee or tea, no microwave, no phone to call the front desk, reception area has no AC. The room smells different.

Still needs to be improved
The staff weren't nice and friendly. Felt unsafe too. During my stay in the hotel, my daughter had to send me meals. She passed them to the security guard on duty. One time, while she was parking her car, a random hotel staff approached our vehicle and tried on many attempts to open the car doors. The staff went back to the hotel without a word. Luckily, the doors were locked. My daughter was so terrified. During this pandemic, we cannot eliminate the dangers that people can do to extort money and do harm. When my daughter passed the meals to the security guard as she raised the issue. The random woman who tried to open the car doors was inside the lobby, she said that we mistakenly thought the my daughter was her ride home. The hotel staff did not even apologize for the incident.

100% satisfaction
Hotel is very homely, food was just average but service is spectacular! Quarantined in this hotel and it doesn't feel suffocating at all. Value for money is definite. Giving two thumbs up for my parent's stay at Zen.

Stay away
The hotel is nowhere near the Eastwood complex. It's in a dark, bottom of a fly-over road with no nearby convenience store. It has 3 walking floors with hot and humid hallways and the loft room have a very poor air conditioning with very low ceiling. The bed is so uncomfortable and the side table lamps have chipped and broken shades. This property is a must stay away from.

It was a good stay, except for the part I expected to have breakfast included in my booking. I don't know what went wrong but I know that I have included it when I was booking online. So I was really disappointed that I had to buy breakfast outside.

Overall pleasant with minor issues.
Overall, the stay was pleasant. The service was fast. We just had two main concerns: our shower heater was defective; pillow cases were dusty (seemingly, pillowcases were not changed before we came in) - good thing, though, the housekeeping staff immediately replaced all our pillows with clean ones. Thumbs up to the friendly and fast-acting staff from the security guards, to the front desk, and housekeeping staff.

It wasnt good...aircondition noisy...balcony wouldnt lock...shower only warm...floor needs washing

No major complaints! Had a blast
Everything was good other tha the fact they forgot to clean the room when I had left during the day. They were prompt in cleaning though once I had informed them.

Fast check in and check out processing, with safe parking. Good deal for its price. Though kocation is far from mall and transport. Need to have car when booking this hotel. The place is quiet at night. In the morning, traffic is building up since its location is going to eastwood libis and ortigas area. Value for the money and good if you just want to sleep and rest.

Spacious and relaxing Staycation
We just stayed for a night but we had sound sleep as even if the area is beside highway, noise of vehicles outside is not disturbing. Carpark, even outside the bldg is safe because of 24-hr security guard. The room is spacious and of course, the restroom/bathroom is clean and water is sufficient (unlike other hotels where water in shower is a hassle).

I find the stay at hotel 878 to be convenient, omfortable, enjoyable, private, clean and relaxing, with friendly staff who are more than willing to help.. as a regular visitor to the Philippines, I can't go past hotel 878 for my accomodation

築年数はたぶん結構古い。
ホテルは周りにコンビニ・レストランは無い。一番近いショッピングモールはEASTWOOD。これは結構しゃれているし、レストランも多い。約1~2kmのタクシーの距離。取引の工場の一番近いホテルがここ。そうでなければ泊まらない。施設・環境の割には値段の割高感がある。シャワーのお湯は出るが、それほど熱くはならない。 部屋は窓が壊れて閉まらなかったので、変えてもらった。

Thank you for your comments. Since your visit, we have already added a small convenience counter where you can get sandwiches, salads, and other snacks and drinks once our Cafe closes at 10pm. We also have a Spa with Massage available on the hotel premises for guests who are tired after work. We also allow guests to order from any restaurants outside that do delivery. Front Office can assist you. We hope you will come and stay with us again in the future.

Great hotel
Excellent service. A very lovable and adaptable hotel. Very clean building. Had a wonderful time being there. The food there was incredible. I enjoyed how it was close to shops and other attractions, too. I'll make sure to stay there again next time I go on a trip to the Philippines.

Great place to stay in Eastwood Area!
Hotel 878 is centrally in Manila and in right next to Eastwood area where there is a lot of food establishments, and shopping. Hotel staff was amazingly nice and went out of there way consistently to assist, and make my stay comfortable. Hotel security was also extremely nice and looked after me when leaving and coming to the hotel on each day/night. Room was nice and clean. Bathroom was on the small side, but was clean and meets needs.

Hotel administrations was not the friendliest. Location wise it is closed to Eastwood Mall and other amenities, so excellence. If you are travelling and with low budget, then this hotel is definately for you. Has also coffee and tea makers in suits and coffee/tea is also provided.
