Nous avons eu la chambre 25. Chambre sent le moisie et manque de propreté. Équipements vieillissants. Nous avons passé une nuit. Idéalement placé pour les sorties en centre ville.

Juste 1 nuit pour une soirée à l’opéra. Donc excellente situation de cet hôtel un peu vieillot mais c’est aussi ce qui fait son charme ! Par contre j’ai malheureusement hérité de la chambre 15 , dénoncée à juste titre par d’autres clients pour une odeur persistante d’humidité et de moisi. À éviter ! D’ autre part concernant le petit-déjeuner j’ai déploré l’absence de grille -pain ,inadmissible pour un 3 étoiles ! Cependant le personnel charmant et attentif m’a proposé de chauffer le pain sous la salamandre, pas idéal malgré la bonne intention. Je reviendrai sans doute espérant une amélioration pour ces 2 points négatifs.

Rengøringen på værelset var mangelfuld. Der var mug i vinduerne og lugten på værelset var slem. Personalet var venligt, men jeg kommer ikke tilbage.

Hôtel bien situé à Bordeaux. Déception sur la chambre, plus petite qu'annoncé, sans portes fenêtres... Ascenseur en panne depuis 15 jours, l'hôte n'avait pas prévenu et chambre au 3ème !

Lovely hotel, a bit dated. Staff very friendly. If you are a non-smoker make sure you do not get a room above the smoking area, you'll smell the smoke in your room. Excellent location.

Hotel stratégique pour les déplacements en ville et extérieurs. Chambres donnant sur l'intérieur tres calme. La moquette dans les chambres donne un côté un peu poussiéreux pour les allergies.

Very nice property for the value!Excellent location close to the shopping at St Catherine and within a very historic district. The Tran stops close by and is a convenient conveyance. The room was very basic but comfortable bedding and beds. There is an elevator. The staff was helpful. Though no luxurious, this hotel comes recommended by myself and husband.

Good location and nice air-conditioned room
The hotel may be a bit old, but it is in a very convenient location. The room is quite small and furniture may look old, but overall it is very clean, the bathroom is clean and relatively spacious. The room is with air conditioning which is important in the summer as Bordeaux can be quite hot. The reception is attentive and helpful.

Little gem
What a little gem. The location is perfect for walking around the city. Wine tasting and bike tours close by plus shops and great restaurants. Rooms are small but fine for a stay in the city.

The hotel rooms where much larger than I expected. The shower and toilette was separated by closed doors, which was nice. The windows looking out to the city were wide and have wonderful view of the square. The elevator is extremely old and small like a closet. Of course, they put me on the top floor. There was no in room refrigerator. It is an older hotel and has what looks like original carpet and decor. The dinner and lunch was typical and good at the restaurant attached to hotel. The trolley station was less than 1 min away.

Cannot beat the central location! Very easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, the river, Bordeaux attractions. Staff was pleasant and willing to speak English or French. Although hotel is older, rooms were up to date with regard to beds and bathrooms. We would stay there again.

Sem elevador, ficamos no 5º andar com malas para transportar. As janelas das escadas estão abertas o que obriga as pessoas a desviar. Eu estava a olhar para os degraus enquanto subia. A ponta da janela bateu na cabeça e parti a cabeça, ficando a deitar sangue pela cara e desmaiando. O funcionário foi simpático e trouxe-me gelo é ofereceu-se para chamar uma ambulância. Um acidente grave de segurança.

Excellent service in a classic hotel.
This hotel is a Time Capsule. Immediately you’re back in old Bordeaux with a classic hotel feel that is lost in the century past. It’s full of character and life. Small rooms yet comfortable with AC and nice bathroom. Everything was clean except the shower curtain which was filled with mold because the shower drained poorly. The service was excellent. The front desk was extremely accommodating. The location is outstanding. Quite possibly can’t be more central.
