Hotel is clean and is in a walkable distance to town's main attractions. Everything else is just bad. Ran down rooms with AC that barely works. There is no beach just giant rocks, pool is colder than the sea, terrible WiFi and repetitive food that lacks any flavor.

We have been here as a family with a small child, it is a very nice hotel that radiates tranquility, the employees are all very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and variable, the hotel and rooms are clean, the location is really great on the beach and within walking distance of the shops / restaurants, I can also highly recommend the spa in the hotel, very knowledgeable people who know exactly what they are doing, I was massaged by Dilan, a real winner in her profession, but the male masseurs are also very good from what I have heard from ladies who have been massaged by them, we will definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it.

A/C of the room was constantly out of service during our stay. Bathroom had worn out shower curtain. There is not enough space at the beach. Staff were very friendly and helpful to guests. Food was perfect except the dessert buffet.

Great location, close to the sea and just a short walk to the city centre. The downside was that they did not have a baby bed before the last night, so our baby had to sleep in our bed for two nights. When I book a room with a baby I also expect a bed.

Very good family hotel. Everything is within walking distance. The staff is great. They all succeed. There are no queues, even for an omelet! There are no wild discos. The only drawback is that the hotel is located in the center and many outsiders enter the beach and the hotel's pier.

Самое лучшее место для спокойного отдыха , цена - качество , все идеально чисто , придраться не к чему , еда вкусная , вид из номера шикарный , территория небольшая, но очень уютная и красивая. Лежаки все , как новые , пантон есть с лежаками .

can't be more close to the sea . The hotel is very compact so very convenient for a short stay, The entry to sauna and hamam is free. The food is nothing special. All staff is very nice

Un bel hôtel tout inclus. Le cadre est magnifique (architecture de l'hôtel, piscine, vue sur mer...) et les services de qualité : buffet varié et bon, accès à la plage privée de l'hôtel, piscine, sauna... Cependant, le sol de la chambre n'était pas nettoyé à notre arrivée (nos pieds étaient noirs!) et les piscines étaient très froides (mais c'est normal en ce début novembre).

Otel genel olarak temizdi. Herkesin damak zevkine hitap etmek adına yemek çeşitliliği mevcuttu. Lezzet durumu kişiye göre değişir tabiki.. Mükemmel derecede beğenmesem de aç da kalmadım diyebilirim :) Odada terliğin olmaması biraz üzücüydü. Ütü talebinde bulunduk ancak 2 gün içerisinde yapılabileceğini söyledikleri için vaz geçtik. Servis yapan arkadaşların ilgilisi ve misafirperverliği için çok teşekkürler.

When we arrived the hotel receptionist Sitki was expecting us and immediately upgraded us to a sea view room. The hotel was very clean and all the staff very friendly The food however was cold and tasteless Overall it is a very good hotel and would visit again

Mycket fint läge,bra service, rumstädning var inte helt bra för att missade städa toaletten. I all inclusive behövs förbättra kvalitet. På fyra dagar aldrig fanns någon fiskrätt och helal tiden var nästan samma maträtter.

Huzurlu ve kaliteli bir ortamda tatil....
Fiyatına göre oldukça iyi bir seçenek olduğunu gördük...temizliği,hizmet kalitesi ve çalışanların gayreti, güleryüzlülüğü kayda değerdi. Yemekler ortalamanın üzerinde sayılabilirdi. Odamız mutfak tarafı ve birinci kat olması nedeniyle aspiratör vd gürültüler açısından dezavantajlıydı. Manzarası, plajı ve iskelesi güzeldi, herhangi bir saatte boş şezlong bulmakta çok zorlanmadık. Kemer merkeze yakın olması, denize sıfır konumu pozitif özelliklerdi. Kaldığımız 4 gece boyunca sadece bir gece canlı müzik vardı, daha sık olmasını beklerdik. Wİ fi internet oldukça yavaştı, pek kullanamadık. Sonuç itibarıyle memnun olduğumuz , dinlendirici bir 4 gece geçirdik.

Amazing location - right on the beach, really good food at breakfast lunch and dinner! the rooms are very spacious but the bathrooms were crap for tall people as the roofs were slanted and had to lean over in the shower (its a bath tub with the shower hose in it)

Şehir merkezinde olması bir avantaj ama biraz bakımsız bir otel pek memnun kalmadım personel elinden geleni yapıyor. Odalarda terlik yok Resepsiyondan rica ettiğimde de “ne yazık ki” yanıtını aldım. Eğlence ben görmedim otele gece giriş yaptık belki onun içindir ama içecek birşeyler aradım oda yoktu.

Open buffet is very good, every day different choise. Turkish steam bath and indoor pool are very nice. Our room was nice view in front of beach, balcon was comfortable. Around 4pm, you can enjoy afternoon tea with sweets. We had great time at the Lotus Hotel. Spa staff from Kazakhstan was very nice, thank you and see you next year.

Adı sanı belli olmayan içkiler, 3 gün üst üste aynı yemekler, denize otelin iskelesinden girersen ekstra ücretli, otel güvenliği atarlı (sadece Türklere) aracını park ediyorsun "dubaları düzgün koy" diye bağırıyolar içeriden - Gece eşimle birlikte otele giriş yapıyoruz eşim önde ben arkasındayım aramıza girip bana "sen bu otelde mi kalıyorsun" diye soruyor. (Yani eşimle kolumuzda otelin bantları takılı ve güvenlik eşimin odaya yabancı bir adam attığı düşüncesiyle beni sorguya çekiyor.) Çalışanların hitap şekli çok çok çok kötü. Otel içerisinde Türkçe konuşmuyorlar genellikle Kürtçe ve Rusça iletişim var. İnanın canınızı sıkmak için ellerinden geleni yapacaklar. Biz 6 günlük ödeme yaptık fakat sadece 2 günü otelde geçirebildik. Geri kalan günlerde sadece uyumak için girdik.

Das Essen war nicht vielfältig oft immer das gleiche. Obwohl es All inclusive war musste man für einiges extra zahlen z.B. für frisch gepresster Orangensaft

Personale scortese e pessima gestione
Soggiorno di 7 giorni, acquistiamo la camera standard. All'arrivo ci viene assegnata una economy e il personale insiste che tutte le stanze sono così. Il giorno dopo torniamo con foto di Expedia e, sorpresa, le stanze più recenti esistono ma ormai l'hotel è pieno e possiamo averla solo due giorni dopo quindi la nostra vacanza è stata spezzata da un trasloco di stanza. Il personale non ha neanche chiesto scusa per l'incidente, anzi sembravano scocciati dal fatto che volessimo avere la stanza per la quale avevamo pagato. Non sanno l'inglese, comunincare è molto difficile non appena si va fuori dalle frasi standard di gestione dell'hotel - impensabile chiedere indicazioni o suggerimenti sul posto. Le camere economy sono in pessime condizioni, le standard sono quelle più nuove e piacevoli. In generale le stanze sono piccole e poco isolate quindi rumorose. Il cibo è discreto, la spiaggia è bella ma piccolissima e molto affollata (a meno di arrivare prestissimo le sdraio sono già tutte prese). Il molo che si vede in foto è a pagamento a parte, come il bar sulla spiaggia, dove non si possono portare bevande. Sconsiglio l'hotel per lo staff veramente spiacevole.

Great location, but not a great hotel
The location is great, the food is good, the staff is friendly. It looks nice from the outside, but I was disappointed with the room. It wasn't very clean and the furniture is so old. Another problem was to find a place on the beach. We had to get up every morning at 7am to 'reserve' a place by putting a towel onto the sunbed. People were literaly fighting for places. There were additional spaces on the small pier next to the hotel, but you had to pay $5 for a place there, which is ridiculous!

Schönes, kleineres Hotel!
Schönes Hotel mit direktr angrenzendem Kiestrand. Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, sauber und alle Angestellten sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Leider spricht aber keine Deutsch...:-(
